Duo West Champions

Ya está corriendo mi segundo contrato aquí. Con la administración nueva esto está marchando diferente. La propiedad es muy grande pero pienso que debería estar limpia como antes, el baño de chicas del Gym de la fase 1 estaba sucio y no había papel higiénico, el área de Grill en la fase 2 todo sucio. Pocas veces uso esos espacios y cuando voy está lleno de personas que seguramente no viven aquí. Grupos de 10 personas enserio? Chicos de la residencia “ costa Vizcaya “ entran aquí con permiso de residentes de Dúo, sin chicos pero vamos sin supervisión es un desastre y molesto. Me favorece vivir aquí porque está a 5min de mi trabajo. Está bueno , no está del todo mal solo hay cosas que mejorar, mi lugar perfecto sería un complejo de departamentos que tenga estación de carga eléctrica para vehículos, y estaría cool cancha de deportes. ?????????? aqui hay mucho espacio fuera fenomenal! … me gusta vivir aquí solo que se notan las diferencias con la antigua administración. Espero todo salga bien ????

I haven’t had any issues from the moment I moved in. It’s peaceful, serene, I love seeing the duck wobble around owning the place.

My family moved from California, and being such a big move and change, Ms. Jeri was super sweet and helpful the entire way! She helped us sign all the lease documents and even did a virtual tour for us to see everything prior. The pricing was right and everything looked beautiful! I had no issues filling out paperwork or receiving paperwork and documents we needed. I will say trying to contact the leasing office through phone or email is tough, BUT when we arrived here after our long trip, they were all so sweet and helpful! They gave us the keys and we were just so relieved to have a such a beautiful and much bigger place than what we had in California! Our time here has been wonderful (minus the occasional bug) and we genuinely love living in this complex! We can’t complain at all because it’s like living in luxury compared to places in California!

Not up to snuff since new ownership. The staff are nice but I don’t think the new ownership is providing adequate support. Would not recommend moving into this community until and unless it returns to The Resort style property it use to be.

My ac was repaired promptly and within the day I placed my maintenance request

Duo west has the potential to be one of the best in the city...with a few changes that I've mentioned...they have great staff/ maintenance ..very accommodating, nice layouts of the units...very on point about things that go on in the duo community...love that is a non smoking community....with a few to fix they could be #1 in the state of Texas ...I love it here.....keep pushing duo..we are patient but handle those few things and you will attract more people....people make decisions on what they see ...remember that...if it looks good to the eyes people will go for it....thannnks

Don’t have any major compliments. Always room for improvement.

I absolutely love living here.I HAVE BEEN HERE 5YRS It’s right in the heart of Houston yet it’s peaceful. We have pons. We have walking trails inside the Apartment complex Peaceful sitting ponds We have two fitness centers they’re constantly putting on community Food events I’m sure I’m leaving at a lot more. It’s just a really nice place to live.

This has to be the absolute worst apartment complex, no follow-up. You can’t contact the office for anything by call, voicemail, or community portal message. All reviews are from people that haven’t actually lived on property. They’re in for a rude awakening. Thefts in complex now are at an all time high. Trash cans are full to the point it spills into the parking lot. I’ve even noticed mice in stairwells late at night. The most despicable thing of all is the system had a “glitch,” and overcharged on rent and instead of actually taking a look into it the team member in the leasing office made up reasons why it was so high. Don’t rent here I’m warning you.

Melissa is the one you need to ask for! She went above and beyond with my touring experience by providing lots of helpful information. The location is ideal for me and the apartment I chose is the best for my living needs! So excited for the rest to come. Thanks Melissa!

The 24/7 fitness centers are great and pools are beautiful. Customer service from office staff and maintenance are always helpful. Loving my apartment so far!

I had the pleasure of living in this apartment complex. From the moment I stepped into the community, I was captivated by its serene ambiance and stunning surroundings. The meticulously maintained landscaping, lush greenery, and peaceful atmosphere truly made it feel like a tranquil oasis. One of the standout features of this complex is its exceptional staff. From the leasing office to maintenance personnel, everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure residents' needs were met. Whether I had a question, needed assistance, or simply wanted to chat, they were there with a warm smile and prompt assistance.

Very welcoming , Briana was very sweet and understanding. During our tour Briana made us feel super comfortable and welcoming. Definitely recommend on renting here perfect environment for our kids and pets !

Worst place you could possibly choose to live, rethink your decision. Office staff is awful, your car will be broken into or stolen. Gates are always broken.

The ladies in the office were very helpful during the process and answered any question I had. Maintenance is always quick to work on my orders and are very friendly. This community was a great choice for my family.

We did a walk through with Ms.jeri a couple of weeks ago and really learned this has to be place for my family and i, It all felt so welcoming and very very safe place to be. We said yes to a home and super happy to be apart of this community!

I really made the right decision moving here. It has been quiet and very welcoming and accommodating especially since giving birth. The staff has been amazing and very courteous to me. Extremely well-mannered and helpful. Always responds quickly. And the maintenance team is phenomenal! I keep forgetting to ask their names but they all have helped me out a few times when seeing me struggling. Thanks for all you do guys!

The leasing agent Elizabeth was amazing from communicating throughout the process and answering so many questions. The property itself was beautiful well maintained and the units were very modern.

The maintenance team is amazing. They are quick to answer work orders and will answer any questions you have.

I have had an amazing time living in this apartment complex. The staff in the office all the way to the maintenance team have been great. Always very great with responses to any of my questions. The apartment is always well kept. My neighbors are quiet and respectful as well. Thank you for a peaceful living.

I currently live at this property and would highly recommend it. The property is beautiful and the office staff is outstanding!! Elizabeth helped me on move-in day and in the past 15 months of living here she has always been so helpful and very responsive when I needed anything. I can’t thank you enough for all of your help Elizabeth :) Frida is also so sweet, generous, and a pleasure to work with.

I enjoy living here, its quiet, peaceful and overall a great place to live. Management really takes pride in taking care of the property to looks its best at all times.

Do not recommend this apartment complex. Overpriced, lackluster Management Team, Thin walls and Ceilings.

I have absolutely loved this place from the moment I pulled in. Very modern, open concepts, all of the staff have been super friendly.

I absolutely love everything about this complex. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. The building is SO clean and well maintained. The pool, fitness center and clubhouse entertainment area is perfect. Easy access to the mall and hospital. And the apartments have everything. For one they are pretty new, Washer dryer, balconies, new kitchen appliances, etc. And if you love dogs, this is the place! So many friendly animals!!

The staff are very nice and helpful. It’s a big community 2 fitness centers and 2 pools, all appliances are included on the the unit even the washer and dryer. Highly recommend them.

Office staff and maintenance, including the front door techs, all work as a team to do a great job. Apartments look nice, pool looks awesome! Overall, Cortland is an awesome company!

I love living here. The atmosphere is incredible and the office staff ensures we have a healthy and positive environment to live at. Whenever I need assistance, I go to Elizabeth - she is simply the best! Everything is nice and upgraded and it gives my apartment a "clean look" - I cannot imagine living elsewhere!
