This property is unsafe. Someone attempted to bring in resident apartment with an AK47. It was just on fox 26 news 4-10-2025. They are not good with fixing things.
administration never calls back for any issue you submit. They charges parking fees 100$ per person even if you use one car which makes no sense at all
Mostly everything here takes a long time to be fixed or handled. The apartments are nice with good views but lacking in other areas. Walls are thin so hope that you don’t have noisy neighbors. If you are facing Cle, good luck getting peace and quiet Saturday and Sunday all throughout the warmer months. Doors/windows let in every noise.
It’s okay. I love the pool but it’s the only amenity I use. The gym is tiny for how many people live here - makes it hard to plan a workout. The area surrounding is unsafe & there is nothing to do. If I were to move to hou again I would live closer to bars and restaurants. Nothing here is open. My car had been broken into in the garage & the water/water pressure has been an issue for a full calendar year.
Frequent repairs on building but otherwise pleasant experience. The accommodations and amenities are spacious and tasteful. The staff is friendly. The dog park needs to be cleaned more often, but is conveniently located.
Poor management, cheaply built building, loud noise late at night and at the crack of dawn. Take your money elsewhere

Poorly managed. The concierge is always on his phone, super rude and unprofessional! Walked in at the leasing center never got a welcome in or what could I help you with.

Let me list the issues. Terrible management. I had a flood that took more than a week just to get solved. I've had sewage drainage from another unit in my bathroom, every time they flush I had drainage on me. The maintenance takes way too long to fix things or doesn't at all. They stop supplying towels and waters in the workout facility and cleaning it daily. The pool is rarely clean and you never see individuals in there. They've tried to limit the amount of people you can have for a bbq to 2 other guest. They charge a 100 dollar amenity fee with no amenities, you can't go. to the deck after 10 to star gaze anymore, the pool nor the weight room is clean, they do not valet resident cars anymore. The manager is disrespectful. They switch peoples electricity meters. They do not replace or clean anything broken. The water pressure fluctuates through out the day including the temperature. They've had police raids throughout. There is definitely better options at this price point.

So I have lived here for a year and am renewing my lease. I love it here. The environment, vibes, pool, and views are amazing. Jorge and Monica are wonderful and try to do everything in their power to resolve issues. The building itself if a new construction so there are small things that have had to be repaired but the living experience has been 2nd to none
