Dominion at Oak Forest

So excited and happy about Dominion Oak Forest. When moving to a new apartment I was looking at a few main features: Area (neighborhood/safety), Aesthetics of Apartment Unit, and Leasing Office Staff Attitude. Area is super close to 610, and it is on the same road as a Catholic School, and seems to be maintained well. The apartment is gated and has two different entrances for Entrance and Exit. When it came to aesthetics, the unit Patio Access and Kitchen WON my Heart! Granite counter tops and white cabinets, stainless steel. The BESTTT part... kitchen comes with a Bar Area that includes mini Bar Sink and Beverage Fridge. I love this feature! Two bar seating areas. Bathrooms were nicely finished, and they have fancy lights/fans in all rooms. The apartment complex is intimiate with not too many units and ample parking. They even have a mini dog park which I love and valet trash pickup. The Pool is super nice ANDDDD best Part.. open all year round, with weekly maintainence as its heated PLUS open til 10pm. The part that SEALED THE DEAL for me were the Leasing Staff. Ms. Schreeda and Ms.Cheryl were soooo welcoming and sweet and took the time and patience to explain everything there is to know. In fact, Ms.Schreeda went above and beyond for us to make sure we felt really happy and pleased with our decision. She was so easy to talk to and truly made us feel welcomed. Ms. Cheryl gave us so much information, even about the local schools and area. She was able to help when I was having trouble filling part of the application out and even advocate for me when I did something wrong to get it fixed. They made sure to work with my schedule to ensure i could move in when i needed to. Absolutely ECSTATIC to move here. And seeing the other reviews, and the affordable price range for this area, its been confirmed that this is the right choice for me and my family!!!

Love this place, about to make my year and I definitely will be renewing. This place is always well kept. I see them outside every morning making sure of it. I have lived in “nice” apartments where the pool and grounds are always dirty. It’s never like that here. Also, another positive is that when I put my work orders In the apartment responds relatively quickly and I have never had to ask twice.

Great area. Great staff. Great Manager. Property stays clean always. Im very amazed. Neighbors are friendly always. It feels like a perfect Community. Im happy I moved Here.

I''ve been here for 3 years and I love living here. The staff is friendly, maintenance responds quickly to issues. THE POOL is gorgeous!! The planned social events are always fun and a nice way to meet new neighbors. I love it here!

This is my first review of any kind online. Ive been impressed with how much this place has come along in its renovations. When you first arrive you'll be greeted by some outstanding property professionals, Mary and Lilly, who will go through great lengths to accommodate your needs here. They are very friendly duo and I enjoy coming in and talking to them on a regular basis. They always ask how things are going and if I need anything. The things I like about this place is that it is a small community compared to other large properties. They really cater to those looking for a small more private environment. Ive been here for over a year and have already renewed my lease! As far as amenities go they have a fabulous resort style pool that is salt water based. Not chlorinated. The landscaping is outstanding and you will see it throughout the property. They do have a modest dog park as well as a small gym. The property owners have gone through great lengths to make this a really comfortable environment for not only families but singles as well. So give this place a try! You'll be pleasantly surprised!

I've been living here for a year and just renewed my lease! I'm so glad I chose Dominion at Oak Forest. It is important for my needs to be taken care of and my voice to matter at the place that I live and I get that here. I'm in the 780 sq ft. apartment and it is very comfortable. I have hardly had to call for maintenance and if I have, it is something small that gets done same day or the next, no later. The ladies in the office are very knowledgeable, friendly and they work efficiently and they have the answer to all my questions. They listen to me, and I never leave the office upset. The one time I needed a major repair, management treated my case with urgency, and they came through with every word they said. They wanted to make sure I was comfortable throughout the time it took to get my repairs done, and I was treated with excellence. Parking is no problem and it is covered parking. The landscaping is beautiful and its a pleasure to walk around here. I am so glad I chose this smaller more private apartment company versus the larger ones I always lived at. It makes a world of difference when you know that management and ownership are just as invested as you are in the place that you live.

I absolutely love my apartment. Management is very attentive and fix any issues asap! I highly recommend them :)

I've been here a few months and I am in LOVE with apartment! The staff has always been a Pleasure to deal with. They are so helpful and kind. The amenities are to die for! I am happy I chose this is my new home! So will you!

Oh my goodness I'm so in love with this community. The pool is legit....#saltwater. It changes colors like what pool dose that? It has a huge cooking station with a smoker....... mmmmmm I haven't even seen this at a apartment complex either & pub style giant outdoor games too. YASSSSSSSSS....... Whoever owns this place really put some thought into what renters like myself really want and looking for in a apt. This is a huge score for me. My apartment really feels more like a home not an apartment. I plan on staying as long as I can.

I've lived in a lot of different communities and I honestly have to say this have been by far the BEST experience so far! The level of customer service and professionalism they deliver on a daily bases is almost uncommon nowadays. The two young ladies in the office are always so pleasant and helpful. Grounds are spotless no matter what time of the day I walk my dog. I feel so relax & clam when I'm home. It's truly a nice bit of fresh air to say, I actually enjoy going home to a place I love being apart of. Thanks Mary & Lili for making this experience one that is defiantly at the top of my list of places I lived & loved! Keep up the good job it makes a huge difference to people like myself.

Been in these apartment almost a month and I’m pleased 100% I love all the new amenities and renovations there doing to the whole complex! Excited to see everything once it’s finished

I have had an amazing experience here at Dominion. The staff is super friendly and is willing to help with every situation! I moved all the way from Mississippi and they made me feel right at home.

Great apartment community. I have lived here for six months, they worked with my rental history. Great management staff. Unit is very nice, completely remodeled, stainless steel appliance, front loading washer and dryer. Granite countertops. Great price for the area and the amenities.

Really happy and pleased with my new pad. Grounds are nice and landscaping is refreshing. Office provides good service. Really enjoy the pet park nice touch.

Moved here 4 months ago and I am so in love with my apt!! The staff are so friendly and very eager to help! Everytime I've gone in ive seen the manager talking and dealing with residents personally...which is a HUGE deal with me. Last apts I lived you'd swear the manager was the all powerful oz that nobody ever sees! The maintenance are also friendly and I've had 2 request and both were competed the same day! Landscaping is gorgeous and I'm proud to show off my community when friends come over. I highly recommend Dominion if you are looking for a home rather then a shelter!

What a amazing experience I hade with the leasing agent. The tour was amazing great & beautiful units WOW how amazing they are everything is new. New air conditioning, New designer ceramic floor, New designer door and light fixtures, New granite countertops, New plank flooring, New energy efficient windows and doors just beautiful......

They did an amazing job with giving all the information needed. I feel like i know what to expect when i go and find an apartment there. Thank you very much.
