nice place to live. have lived here for a few years. plan to renew depending on the rental rate. the place is mostly safe. The garage is a little small though.

The location is convenient. It’s close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. It’s a safe environment for the most part. Great security system but does have small defects sometimes. The fire alarm system is unbearable at times. It goes off in the entire building even though your apartment is free of smoke. Maybe it’s for safety precautions but nevertheless it’s a pain. Other than that, updates to the community is a plus. Also, the staff is great at engaging their residents. We have events and even food trucks come serve us!

Great place to live. Management is very understanding and works with you on improvements to the property. This is a family and pet-friendly place to call home and even with this they are able to keep the property clean to the best of their abilities. Location is awesome, too.

Living at this apartment complex is ok, I know they are trying to make the complex better by doing renovation. The location is amazing, the complex is safe and the staff members listen to your queries but the constant fire alarms, roach situation and elevator breakdowns should be address. I hope they finish soon the renovation, so we can enjoy the new amenities.

I just moved into Domain West a few weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. As a single guy new to the area, I was looking for a place that felt modern, safe, and social—and this place checks all the boxes. The apartment itself is spotless, with high ceilings, updated appliances, and plenty of natural light. The amenities are what really sold me though—between the gym, pool, and lounge areas, there’s always something to do without having to leave the property. Parking has also been super convenient, which was a big factor for me. The staff has been awesome since day one. They made the move-in process simple and really took the time to answer all my questions. The community here feels welcoming, and I’ve already met some friendly neighbors. If you’re looking for a place in Houston that combines comfort, convenience, and style, Domain West is definitely worth checking out.

I really enjoy living here — the building is clean, safe, and now has a new technology for access, which makes everything very convenient. The common areas are well maintained, and overall it’s a comfortable place to live. The only issue is that the fire alarm goes off quite often, which can be a little disruptive. Other than that, everything has been great.

It’s been great so far! Appreciate the upgrades to the complex. Maintenance has always been quick for me. False fire alarms were going off for a week but that has been resolved and hasn’t been an issue since.

When I came home last night (07/02 10:00 pm)someone vehicle was parked in my reserve parking space (I have the picture to proof). The next morning( 07/03 08:30 am), I went to check and try to move back my car to my reserve parking. Another vehicle park in my reserve spot, and that vehicle not even has a resident permit (I have the picture to proof). A lot of time I seen a lot of non resident park at resident floors(I have the pictures to proof). Please take action on this matter seriously. Not just sent out email notice to residents, because the invaild parking people might not even living here. Please do some real action like towing or lock the tire, they have to pay the penalty to unlock the tire. This is extremely influence our actual residents parking problem.

The only problem I have is bugs on my apt and I don't leave food out. Other than that the place is lovely and people are really friendly. I can always have my questions and concerns answered quickly. My son and I love going to the pool and out for walks in the beautiful neighborhood behind the complex.

Nice and easy. I am on the ground floor so move in was pretty easy as well. The only problem was internet because we move in on Saturday and we only got the internet Tuesday. Everything else is fine and i am hoping for clubhouse to open again.

Modern apartments, great amenities (pool, gym, etc.), helpful staff and a convenient location, covered seven-story parking near the highway and shopping make this complex very attractive. Great community. They are working on improvements but have some more to go with the screening of residents who move here. As with anyplace some people just don’t respect where they live. The staff is amazing and always eager to respond.

The spacious design of my unit makes living at Domain West very welcoming and homey. Being able to use a widely available community club, as well as a spacious gym and yoga studio makes leaving the property difficult haha.

nice place. have lived here for years and have had an overall good experience. Some of the neighbors are overly sensitive to noise and complain but don't realize when they live upstairs their noise comes downstairs easily. If they complain about me, I complain on them back.

People are nice for the most part. I've forgotten my key fob when walking my dog early in the morning once or twice and my neighbors have been kind enough to help me out. I just wish people in the pool area would be quieter at night! Sound travels insanely well in the courtyard

I’m experience has been great so far. It’s quiet it’s very clean. Maintenance is fast when you put in a work order. The office staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. I would definitely refer a friend to the community.

Alexia was great. She patiently took me around explaining each and every part of the community. I love how clean the entire community is. The gym is spacious not as small as the ones I have been to when I was looking for an apartment. The swimming pool is really amazing, I love the thought put into it and the seats around it. It’s giving 5 star hotel. The gaming room is cool, though Alexia mentioned that it will be moved . I’m really looking forward to the new gaming room. The club house beats all the club houses in the communities I have been to during my house hunting. What makes it stand out is the multiple TVs. You could be watching one and another person watches another one. How cool is that. I’ll be taking one of the apartments on the 4th floor. I so love the view from my balcony. I can’t wait to have my breakfast there or relax on the balcony after a long day of work

I like living here,t there are some things that need improvement. Maintenance should perform the tenant request on a timely manner. Also the freight elevator it's being an issue, we understand that you are still trying to repair it. Other than that the amenities are great, we like the renovations performed at the pool and patios and the apartments are in a great location.

This place has gone down hill. Dogs barking at all hours of the day. Trash thrown everywhere. Loud music at all hours. And the smell of weed is ridiculous. The only thing this place has going for it is the office staff and location.

Great community but the residence was not up to par during move in. A lot of missing or damaged pieces. But yet very clean property and nice staff.

I have been living in Domain West for a year and a half now and I am very happy with my choice. The apartments are spacious and bright, high ceilings, everything you need for a comfortable life is there. I would especially like to note the modern design and high quality of finishing. The pool and gym are a great place to relax and exercise. The staff is always responsive and ready to help in any situation. The location of the complex is also very convenient - there are all the necessary shops and cafes nearby. I would recommend Domain West to anyone looking for quality housing in a convenient location!"

The cost to live here is going up, however things are not improving. When there are issues in the apartment they are brushed aside and there is no follow up. Instead of spending in construction for the communal areas it should be spend to address current issues in the units.
