Property Ratings at District at 21 Fourteen
Under new management. Secured gates. Quiet place to live. This place has come a long way in a short time. I love it here.
If I can fully explain to you why this place sucks, I would.... but it’s very bad management, good maintenance dude, but the management don’t care he just wants his money, regardless of the stuff not being up to code... roaches, rats.. I found a dead one behind my stove that’s supposedly was cleaned up.
This property has beautiful updates! The new owners and management are really making some great changes!
New Ownership has done a lot of upgrades. Great looking building and the units are updated and modern. Great environment and location.
