It is a very nice community. Everyone I've met have been friendly and welcoming to us. The way the community is landscaped, one could forget it's in the desert southwestern part of the country. It's feels like a quite retreat from the city or other parts of the country.

This place is so clean and neat; the units are spacious,, There are so many Units, yet the place certainly is free of boistrous parties (yes, even some areas have a problem with "old enough to know better" renters causing a havoc. A monthly calendar of ACTIVITIES and EVENTS are given to everyone- so much to do! There are rules, but easy to comply with - and EVERYONE is so pleasant to talk to. That makes a world of difference.

I work midnight shift doing healthcare, when I leave out my door I feel so secure because we have security guards driving through making sure everything is safe and peaceful. When I return home in the morning it's just like I left, peaceful and very quiet with my neighbors waving with a smile in the morning as they go off to work. I've been here over 3 years and my neighbors are like my family, we encourage one another and always let each other know that if ever in need of anything we are always available and that's pretty awesome because you won't find that in any other neighborhood ??

I have lived here in Destination for five months, and have enjoyed being here. I like that there is a Newsletter to let you know when and times things are happening here. Also places to go. We have enjoyed our time here and being able to let our little grandkids swim at the pool from 1 to 4pm is awesome. The people here are very friendly. What I really like is how fast the maintenance technicians respond when we put in an issue.

Love the people in the office and love my maintenance crew. Love our community activities only thing is, is we need our old chef back cause the food hasn’t been that good.

This is home. Not an apartment, but, home. The office staff is more like family. There is probably not a problem that the maintenance staff couldn’t fix! They will always find a solution.
