BAD AIR CONDITIONER UNITS. If you love living and sleeping in a hot apartment. Nasty swimming Pools. Roaches/Stray cats running everywhere. Dog poop everywhere. They tow your car and your guests. Ugly overgrown landscaping stolen stripped cars parked in the back. Sad sad sad

When I stayed here sewage water was coming up throw the floors smelled trouble !!!roach infestation!!!!! broke my lease to get out these apartment then the pets pooping everywhere also rude office people too…….

Do not sign a lease here . Bugs everywhere . Even in refrigerator do not look and lease here

First I want to start off with the maintenance manager is a rude lady, you do work orders and they’ll take their time to go fix it, something MAJOR happened In the unit I live in, she was aware of it, the whole ceiling from the living room colapse, it took her to that point to send them to go fix it this would of been prevented if she was to called the guys to go the day after they had went and no one was home... I repeat don’t move In here!!!

Stay away from here unless you want roaches in your food. Moved in and out in 24 hours still fighting with them years later save yourself the trouble

I’ve lived here four months now. I am pleased with the apartments and staff. There are a couple things that need to be fixed- the gate, and the parking lot tends to flood. The complex stays on top of the landscaping as I am always pleased to see the beautiful flowers upon entry/exit. The maintenance staff has been very attentive to my needs and have handled all of my maintenance requests- the same day . The rent is affordable and I haven’t had any pest control issues- but I’m sure if I do... they’ll take care of it as swiftly as they have my maintenance requests. I’ve referred 2 people already- and both have moved in. They also provide a rent credit for referrals. Del Mar also plays virtual bingo from time to time , and I have one a Walmart gift card ??. They care about their tenants, or at least that’s my experience. One other thing I like about this complex, they live and let live... not hung up on the way you decorate your porch or balcony - unlike other apartment complexes.

Extremely rude & unprofessional. Worst living decision I’ve made in my life I wouldn’t recommend unless a last resort. Roach infested, walls and ceilings caving in, plus haven’t been remodeled in years. Tried to charge me 50$ for a replacement parking sticker after I explained my original sticker being gone on a totaled car. Please don’t give Del Mar apartments your money!!!!

I lived here for three years. A great portion of my kids life was spent here , we had ups and downs but when martha and her team came in and started to host parties , networking events, health care events. They started paying attention to the tickets, they started to do what the other managent team could not do. I started to feel more at peace, i gave my kids and us another year before we found our home. The not so well is that yes it wil lflood when it rains heavy. It was not like this before hurrican harvey . After harvey, the community gets flooded after heavy rains. Not to a point where you cannot drive out of there or water is going into your apartment. USE BOOTS! As long as you treat themanagement team with respect. They will work with you. They are getting strict with parking but this is due to their attentiveness to the security of the resident. There is an officer even when you dont notice he is there. Security has been heightened. Overall great schools! If you want close schools to where you live this is where to live.

Don't bother coming here. Waste of money. Dents in the floor that have not been fixed yet. I'm scared the floor might cave in. Pipes are never properly fixed thus causes constant dripping which increases my water bill. Laundromat is caked with spiders. Exercise equipment in the gym room is always broken. These apartments are a complete mess. Save your money and go elsewhere. These apartments may look decent on the outside, but on the inside it's poorly constructed and has several problems that maintenance never seem to fix properly.

these apartments are horrible!!! roaches, rats.. maintenance fails to exterminate. bad plumbing issues i always had a sink or toilet clogged. constant robbery, and young men using weed in the laundry mats and apartments never do anything about it. people drink in plain day light and walk around the complex while kids play outside.GATES never worked either. these apartments are not safe at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED IN.

Worst mistake I ever made was moving here!! DO NOT MOVE HERE.... RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! I moved here to be closer to my job & school and its been a nightmare. When it rains this entire complex floods so badly that The entire parking lot gets covered in 4 ft of water. Ive witnessed my neighbors being robbed and beaten by burglars and # of times, in front of my unit floods for weeks at a time bc their sewers are so backed up. I now have rats and fleas on top of the roaches they continuously fail to exterminate. Ive been bitten numerous times. The bad kids scratch up your cars and beg you for money for their parents. The office management does not like to help you or are unable to help you. They have a "special system" set up to where when you go to pay your rent it doesnt pay your rent it pays the building you live in's water FIRST then your rent so then they charge you a $60 late fee bc you didnt pay yourfull rent then its $10 every day after that. The air conditioners barely work and the doors and windows are poorly weather proofed. The rats eat all my food. The water from ALL THE SINKS & TUB come out colored and smell like boo boo. The bad neighbor kids broke my bedroom window and the apartments charged me $75 for its repair. The neighbors tried to break into my unit and left something stuck in my keyhole... Apartments replaced my doorhandle but told me I'd be responsible for repairs. The kids pee in bushes and ride shopping carts in the parking lot. So much to tell.... PS the pictures of the deep water is not from the hurricane this was taken January after it rained for a couple hours. It does this everytime it rains.
