After living here for almost a year. The apartment is great. Thick walls. I barely hear anyone, I actually don’t hear anyone. I don’t really like living right next to the main road, that’s pretty loud. The parking, trash valet, and 24/7 concierge are the only things that is keeping this experience alive. Most of the appliances are outdated and could use some remodeling.
Great quiet place, respectful tenants and stuff, security patrol every now and then. Internet cafe calm you can take naps ??. Good for the price too

I love this place! The 24/7 concierge makes me feel safe and secure living here as a single woman. My apartment is very spacious and well laid out and overlooks the pool area. Super quiet - I never hear any noise from neighbors. The tennis court was the unique selling point for me and the gym is well equipped. I'm SO living the life!

I lived here for two years in 2001 when my home was being remodeled. My experience was great. At that time I said if I ever sold my home I would come back to Deerwood. Well I sold my home and have been here five years in November.

Our first year as Deerwood residents has been exceptional. We love it here! Communication between staff and residents is outstanding. The property is always kept clean. The maintenance staff is wonderful and always eager to help solve any problem, big or small. We feel safe at all times, thanks to all of the security measures in place day and night. The best apartment I’ve lived in thus far. Very spacious, great AC, the water gets super hot which I highly appreciate. To be near the street and right next to the fire station it’s surprisingly still quiet.

Everyone has been very nice! The staff has been very helpful. I would like to know when the pool has regular cleaning. Would also appreciate the machines being dusted between the pulley weights.

I've lived here for two full years now. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped me through the application process which is not the easiest but it was worth the trouble if you want a quiet, nice, neighborhood feel while living in an apartment. I am very happy to live here at Deerwood!

Living here has been a truly pleasant experience for me. I feel happy, safe, and very comfortable in this place. The facilities are always clean, and the environment is peaceful and pleasant—ideal for resting and living calmly. Additionally, the location is excellent—very central and with easy access to everything I need. I also want to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the staff who work here. They are always attentive to my safety and well-being and are very helpful at all times. It’s a place where I feel welcome and cared for. The units are beautiful and the entire property is equally beautiful. The maintenance crew is quick and actionable. The concierge services is extremely helpful and professional. The management team onsite is very receptive to outreach and do their best to help with what ever you bring to them.

Maintenance of apartment remains very good. The community within the building is also good and continues to improve. Reliability with power and water has been better due to adjustments from the city.

This is a great place to live. It's quiet, peaceful, yet in an area of town easy to get around. The apartment designs and amenities are fantastic, also the management treats us as a real community. Along with a concierge and maintenance team that go above and beyond, with beautiful landscaping, it is definitely a place I'm happy to be part of.

Way Beyond Measure The Management, All Of The Staff Here At The Deerwood Is Extremely Friendly and Courteous, excellent Concierge Service and Extremely Helpful For Seniors For Whom Are It illiterate “ like me” sadly I know a little bit yes but the Manager Cindy and her Assistant Are Very Friendly and Understanding. I love this place and hopefully soon they will erect a dog run area and I am proud to be here residing at The Deerwood In Tanglewood!!

I love the complex and the beautiful design of the apartment and it’s very nice and quiet I wish they would have free access to the gym and the computer room that would be great instead of having to go to the library to get to the computers

Meghan was the best when setting up the tour, signing the lease, and moving in. She explained everything in ways that were easy to understand and helped make moving in a smooth process. The amenities are great and you can tell that the staff take care of the building.

Deerwood is more than just an apartment complex. There is a sense of community and caring. The apartments are huge, and the surrounding grounds and amenities make you feel like you are in an idyllic environment, because you ARE! I enjoyed My Experience applying and now about to move into Deerwood. The only thing i am not giving 5 stars for is because i have an older fridge. I would have liked to have the fridge shown in the model. I hope my stay is as wonderful as the reviews are!! I am excited to become part of the Deerwood family.

Unfortunately our side-by-side refrigerators do not fit in all of our floorplans like yours. I can assure you your stainless steel refrigerator is not a n old refrigerator.
