I have lived in many apartments across the country, and this is by far one of the best. The front office staff is extremely helpful and the maintenance staff is always on point. Everyone is very kind, courteous and respectful. The property is very safe and within walking distance to HEB, Specs and many restaurants. I highly recommend this complex!!!

The front office is completely inept and a pack of liars. Constant crime in the garage with no action taken by the office staff. They'll hide camera footage from you. During the Texas freeze in 2020, I went without electricity for two weeks while the other half of the building got their electricity back within 5 days. There was black mold in my carpet that the front office did nothing about, and they will try to charge you extra imaginary fees when you move out. Avoid this place at all costs.

Used to be decent but now....not so much. Elevators were out for 3 weeks (even though they were broken for months they did decide to call someone until they didnt work), a/c can't keep up with Houston weather, they keep jacking up rent even thought the quality of the complex is quickly declining, pool was closed all summer for 6 month for an unknown reason (hot tub still closed), water is randomly turned off, management is poor at responses, top of garage scrapes the bottom of cars....list goes on and on. Avoid this place at all costs because even with unfit living conditions they wont allow me to terminate my lease. Thinking about legal action.

At first it was okay to live at these apartments. Later on the issues became more persistent and noticeable. The walls are paper thin, the management office is fake, my apartment was flooded not once but twice, and the the move out process was reallllyyyyy bad. Look else where for something better at a comparable price
We moved here in 2019. High water bills. Stove breaks. Shoddy repairs. Loose outlets.Traffic Noise in bedrooms.
