Overall, Greystar management at Creekwood and 4110 were amazing. They always answer their phones and always provide excellent service to our guests. I have no complaints, even afterhours. Believe me when I say Greystar has standards that are above what you normally get from other management companies. I know as I have had to deal with management in our other complexes where we have had corporate units. Thanks to the Creekwood staff for always responding when I call and ALWAYS getting the job done, they are the best!!!!

Creekwood has been one of the best apartment homes I've lived in since being in TX. The office staff is always aware, and they communicate with us. The Property Manager is my favorite, she is open, honest and gets the job done. I'd had a heater issue, and she made sure my heat was working before the end of the day.

Creekwood goes the extra mile to keep its residents happy. Their maintenance service is great and completed on time. Maintenance staff and management work together as a team to please the residents. If you are looking for a good night's sleep Creekwood is the way to go. If you scoop after your dog, keep your cat indoors, and listen to music to your ears and not others, then Creekwood is the place for you.

I have had a great experience here at creekwood and would recommend this place to others! The management is very nice and willing to help or answer questions. I’ve had no issues with my apartment and am happy with the complex.

I have been living at Creekwood for the last four years and I am very happy. It's kept clean, it's quiet, and the staff is wonderful. Whenever you need fixing the maintenance crew is there in a hurry.

Maintenance does not fix your problems on the first second third go round. The place and or area is not cleaned up by maintenance when they exit apartment. False claims are made by maintenance blaming tenant for old and faulty apartment things that fail.

The management team here at creekwood are very professional and friendly. They are willing to work with you to provide the best experience! Every time I called the phone was answered and question were handled with ease. I also had and easy time moving into my apartment!

I have lived in and Fort Worth and DeSoto. This is by far the best community I have lived in. The cleanliness of the complex, coupled with an excellent office staff, proximity to shopping, and public transportation tops it off.

Tengo 15 años en este vecindario, es muy tranquilo, bueno en lo personal no he tenido ningún inconveniente, ojalá y nunca lo tenga. Es una comunidad muy confortable y segura. Yo recomendaría este complex como su vivienda. Se que la economía no es muy buena, y los precios si es un poco alto. Pero aún así estamos muy contentos viviendo aquí. Gracias
