Overall, Greystar management at Creekwood and 4110 were amazing. They always answer their phones and always provide excellent service to our guests. I have no complaints, even afterhours. Believe me when I say Greystar has standards that are above what you normally get from other management companies. I know as I have had to deal with management in our other complexes where we have had corporate units. Thanks to the Creekwood staff for always responding when I call and ALWAYS getting the job done, they are the best!!!!

Creekwood is an amazing community home! The office staff is awesome & the maintenance team are great as well. I love the esthetic and the atmosphere it creates. So warm and comfortable, a joy to be a resident here. Creekwood has been one of the best apartment homes I've lived in since being in TX. The office staff is always aware, and they communicate with us. The Property Manager is my favorite, she is open, honest and gets the job done. I'd had a heater issue, and she made sure my heat was working before the end of the day.

Management Staff has always been friendly, helpful and courteous I am a 10 year resident
I enjoy living here. The front office staff is always polite and they are very knowledgeable. I don't like the rising cost of rent, but I can't do anything about thaglt one. Still an awesome place to live.

Creekwood goes the extra mile to keep its residents happy. Their maintenance service is great and completed on time. Maintenance staff and management work together as a team to please the residents. If you are looking for a good night's sleep Creekwood is the way to go. If you scoop after your dog, keep your cat indoors, and listen to music to your ears and not others, then Creekwood is the place for you.

The maintenance here at Creekwood responds to requests very quickly and professionally. Additionally, each time I’ve had to have maintenance come to the apartment the Request is completed within the day. I appreciate their timeliness and professionalism with every encounter.

Maintenance does not fix your problems on the first second third go round. The place and or area is not cleaned up by maintenance when they exit apartment. False claims are made by maintenance blaming tenant for old and faulty apartment things that fail.

I have lived in and Fort Worth and DeSoto. This is by far the best community I have lived in. The cleanliness of the complex, coupled with an excellent office staff, proximity to shopping, and public transportation tops it off.
