We have an attached garage so that’s such a big deal for us. You can’t find attached garages in this area. We love being able to walk across to Rudy’s bbq or down the road to Wingstop. We absolutely love Mandy and crew, they are such a great team and make us feel like home.

We sold our home and decided to rent an apartment instead of a rental home and we took a chance and boy did we make the right choice. We love the apartment, we have attached garage which is such a bonus because it's a rare find with apartments. The gym is nice and clean and you can tell our service guys take great care of our pool and landscape.

This is my first ever apartment and I love it here! The landscaping creates a resort feel to the complex. The pool area is fabulous, and the grilling area is always clean. The front office is always helpful. I love the gym and the amenities. Small details like the cold towels make me happy. I feel safe and I am really enjoying my apartment.

I love everything about living here! Coming from a house, I was initially worried about downsizing, but the built-in garage made the transition so much easier. There’s plenty of storage space and great privacy. The community is peaceful and quiet. The office and maintenance staff are fantastic, and everything is always kept in top-notch condition.

The staff is friendly and attentive. If anything needs fixed they come right away. The host fun get togethers. The pool is tip top. Everything is awesome, unless, of course, if you need your dishwasher to clean your dishes. If however, you enjoy handwashing dishes, this is the place for you!

The attached garage is such a plus for my family. The 3 bedrooms are so spacious it feels like a cozy house and not an apartment. We are excited to move in next month!!!

These apartments are so wonderful! The units are very clean, I never have any trouble with pests, rodents or trash pickup. The neighbors are friendly. Absolutely no break-ins, crime or stolen packages. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed and will complete any maintenance requests the very same day. Courtland Sugar Land is a great place to live!

I found out about Cortland Sugarland, when a friend of mine moved in here. Eventually, I found a townhome I like, and moved in a month ago. I am very pleased with my new abode, and office and grounds management are about the best I’ve ever encountered. For anyone who is looking for a quiet place with all the amenities, I highly recommend touring the townhomes here.

We have really enjoyed our first year at Cortland Sugarland Apartments. The management team, the grounds and the apartment have been great. We especially love the spacious closets, garage, and daily garbage pick up. We also enjoy the pool area and monthly community fun nights.
