Cortland Sugar Land is a beautiful and Great community to live in. No smoking environment, Quiet surroundings, great amenities, well maintained with a great community staff.

Cortland is a fantastic place to call home. The entire staff is awesome. I could not ask for more kindness and caring while having a beautiful private setting to live.

I love the Cortland and have been here for several years. The staff is friendly and the maintenance staff is amazing. Property always feel safe and clean. All issues are addressed in a timely manner.

So far Cortland has been wonderful!!! Many nice folks and quiet which is something I love!

My husband and I moved here three years ago We were looking for a house at the time. After a few months we realized that we loved everything at Cortland . Mandy, John, Augustine and everyone here are efficient and task oriented as well as kind and caring. This has become home and I’m grateful to live here.

I love everything about living here! Coming from a house, I was initially worried about downsizing, but the built-in garage made the transition so much easier. There’s plenty of storage space and great privacy. The community is peaceful and quiet. The office and maintenance staff are fantastic, and everything is always kept in top-notch condition.

I have been here for 6 years now. This is home. I love the apartment and especially the staff. They take such great care of all of us.

The staff is friendly and attentive. If anything needs fixed they come right away. The host fun get togethers. The pool is tip top. Everything is awesome, unless, of course, if you need your dishwasher to clean your dishes. If however, you enjoy handwashing dishes, this is the place for you!

The attached garage is such a plus for my family. The 3 bedrooms are so spacious it feels like a cozy house and not an apartment. We are excited to move in next month!!!

These apartments are so wonderful! The units are very clean, I never have any trouble with pests, rodents or trash pickup. The neighbors are friendly. Absolutely no break-ins, crime or stolen packages. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed and will complete any maintenance requests the very same day. Courtland Sugar Land is a great place to live!

I found out about Cortland Sugarland, when a friend of mine moved in here. Eventually, I found a townhome I like, and moved in a month ago. I am very pleased with my new abode, and office and grounds management are about the best I’ve ever encountered. For anyone who is looking for a quiet place with all the amenities, I highly recommend touring the townhomes here.

We have really enjoyed our first year at Cortland Sugarland Apartments. The management team, the grounds and the apartment have been great. We especially love the spacious closets, garage, and daily garbage pick up. We also enjoy the pool area and monthly community fun nights.

The apartments here are in good condition and the location is great. The best thing about my experience was Alishan. He was just so incredibly nice and listened to all the things that were important to me in my apartment hunting. Not ready to pull the trigger yet but when I am, I know who I'm calling and you should too.

Been living in cortland sugar Land for over a month now and I have nothing but praise for it. Since the start Alishan has helped me through all difficulties and made the moving process the easiest thing in the world. Would not have been able to do this without his help and would recommend everyone to live here, the gated community and residences here provide a sense of safety and community where all come together and create great memories.

We've lived at Cortland Sugar Land for over a year now and it's been a great experience. We love that it's a small gated community. The staff is friendly, helpful, and understanding. If we have any concerns or questions the staff is always prompt in responding. They make sure that their residents are well informed of things happening in or around the community. We've enjoyed living here and calling this our home.

Cortland Sugar Land is a fantastic place to live. Most importantly, it feels safe and quiet inside the gated community. It is one of the few apartment complexes in the area that have attached garages and ample parking for residents and guests. The landscaping is beautiful and the pool area feels like a resort. The manager, staff and maintenance are friendly, professional and responsive. A bonus feature is that smoking is not allowed in the community, which is great for people who have asthma.

I have lived here since 2015, it's more like a community than an apartment complex. The management and maintenance staff are great, they go above and beyond for the residents.

So far so good! The grounds are beautiful. Daily front door trash pick up. Great friendly communications from the office team. Timely responses and fixing of anything that needs it.

Living in Cortland Sugar Land apartments is like living in a gated condominium community. The grounds are well kept and the property and maintenance staffs are always cordial, pleasant and professional. A special shout out to Alishan, Stephanie, and John for always being responsive when you have a question or request!!

From the moment I toured to moving in the entire staff could not have helped more. The apartment was spotlessly clean and all appliances well maintained. I am so happy with the entire complex this is what having your own space while living in multi family homes should be like.

I moved here a while ago and I love this place. The property is maintained so well and I would never want to leave. Alishan and Steph are the best and know how to make residents happy. Love this place and the team.

Honestly, Cortland has be awesome. The staff here are very responsive with anything we need. It’s fun too. There was a Christmas bingo with loads of prizes (not to mention the spiked hot chocolate). Great way to meet the neighbors. Alishan, Stephanie and all the staff are the best. Tammy

Really enjoyed my tour here with Stephanie. I won’t be moving until May so I have no submitted an application yet but as soon as the large one bedroom is available I’m snagging it! The complex is very clean and maintained. I was surprised it wasn’t brand new. Excited to move in next year!
