Overall an excellent place to reside. Quite, clean and the service request are resolved quickly and professionally. I’ve lived here 1 1/2 years and I have no complaints.
Was a good community and place to live but lately the experience here is not so fruitful. I personally referred my colleagues earlier who later left because of the experiences they had. Parcel rooms, front gate, Community maintenance are all below par now
I have been living here now for 7 years, and the property has come a long way from when I first moved in. I enjoy coming home and seeing the beautiful landscape as well as the property being cared for the way it is now.
The community needs a lot of improvements like improved security gates, infrastructure, cleanliness etc
Cortland McArthur is a beautiful estate in a convenient and safe location with excellent services, great amenities and friendly and reliable leasing agents. I absolutely love living here and would definitely recommend it to others!
The apartment Amenity is good , but the rent is at higher end when compare to market
Great community, clean, secure, everyone is nice, and great location. It is expensive, but it is also the best apartment complex I have lived in. If I do leave, it would be due to the price being too much, not that I can't afford it, just that I'd prefer to save more money then spend it on rent.
Apartments and mainly exterior need weekly cleaning. Hallways often have food and trash
Cortland MacArthur needs a lot of improvements in the community including regular maintenance services. Regular water problem has become a routine during last 6 months. Also security gates are not functioning properly.

Best place to live in Irving. Very close to everything like groceries food. Have different cultures people. Have best maintenance team who fixes issues within the time of reporting an issue. This place is awesome so far. love the gym and dog park. Parking is a little ehh, but still a solid apartment. Office staff has about 0 faces from the time in but honestly it's for the better

Great community and extremely safe for single woman. Management team and service team are very responsive and friendly. Overall great place to call home.

I moved here November 2021 and it’s been a great experience so far. The community is always clean and quiet. Management and staff are always respectful and polite. I would recommend Cortland MacArthur to friends and family.

Cortland MacArthur is home to me! I love everything about this community - the amenities, the team, the location. The office is always happy to help me which is the main reason I decided to lease here.
Nice location, clean community, frustrating parking situation
Great place with great amenities and close to DFW.
Cortland brand has very good standards however sometimes community management team should understand resident problems and address it instead of apologizing. Overall I give 3 stars for this community.
Great place to be!!! The customer service of every leasing agent is great!! Highly recommend living here if youre looking for a calm and quite place.
If you are looking for a quiet community with a helpful and supportive leasing and maintenance team; this is it. However, there are several vehicles/Bikes with very loud motors and the owners are disrespectful and drive around in circles late at night. I'm talking 2am. Its disruptive a breaks my sleep. Sometimes it sounds like they get together and race.
This place is a horrible place to live. I moved into this place Oct 2020 and I had to be moved into a unit since my first unit was filthy dirty. The carpet was disgusting and the walls were infested with bugs. I am in my second unit now. The unit at first seems ok but there are many issues that came up and the management claims there is no problems after you point them out to them. I had a roof leak and had to complain multiple times before they fixed it. Then there was water stains all over the ceiling and walls and I pointed them out to them, there employee came in and took pictures. They said they would fix the leaks and they never did. After I submitted another request, I get an email from management stating there is no signs of water marks anywhere and there is nothing that needs to be painted or fixed. This is after they took there own pictures of the problem. I currently have an AC problem. The AC blows warm and humid air. I submitted a request for service to fix the AC 6 times and emailed the manager directly a few times (his name is Shelby). They kept saying there is nothing wrong and the AC is functioning fine. I bought my own thermometers and humidity gauges just to prove it to them and they ignored all my requests. I would avoid this place, but I recently moved to Texas and hard to move at this point.
