This is an attractive, well maintained facility. The maintenance staff is awesome and the place is kept in great repair. The leasing staff is very responsive. The floor plans are spacious, have crown moldings and granite counters. It has a resort feel particularly around the pool. It’s a relatively quiet community. I’ve lived here happily for more than 5 years.

We have lived here for almost 18 months in building #16. The community is quiet there are outdoor grills and many grassy areas. We have reserved Parking never had an issue with someone parking in our spaces. The otherwise open concept for parking is nice for visitors so we don't have to worry about them getting towed. The 1 bedroom unit is spacious and maintenance comes right away to fix things. Parcel locker is a wonderful service so I don't have to worry about packages being stolen from my door. The pool is pristine and we enjoy it in the spring and summer as much as possible. Landscaping comes twice a week and does a great job picking up. Door trash pick-up is reliable. Car wash/vacuum are appreciated. If gate is broken they fix quickly. App to open gate works great. The office addresses issues quickly also sending emails or texts to notify residents of any issues and resident events. Wish there was a playground area for kids.

Very satisfied with the living experience in the community. Every single staff member is kind and attentive. They get treats for the kids on the holidays. Their communication is always a priority and fast. Even through difficult events because of weather conditions etc. they respond fast and give us everything we need to stay informed. Definitely recommend!

I love the apartment in Cortland Copper Springs. The complex is very quiet , and the areas are kept very clean. And the most important the security is excellent.
The place is great. Greats customer service, good people, nice neighbors, good pool, nice gym (could be better tho).
Recently moved in after transferring from another Cortland apartment and it’s exactly what I was expecting. Love the finishes and space and the maintenance and office workers are very friendly and helpful. Love it here!

Im from Oregon and this is one of five places I saw. I been here almost a year and I still love it. I feel safe. Everything stays clean and landscaped and maintence is the best. Haven't had any big issues and if I did they respond really quickly. I will renewing my lease for this price!
Place has a major security issue. It’s nice but it’s not actually a safe place to live.

This is a great place to live. The floor plans and decor are great. The pool and fitness center are top notch. The maintenance staff and their responsiveness is awesome. And management is friendly and helpful, although there is a bit too much turnover. We are on the third manager since I’ve moved here and none of the leasing staff I met with when I moved in are here now. The location next to 290 makes it easy to get anywhere from here. I really like the car wash station as it makes it easy to keep the inside of my car clean. And although I don’t have a dog, I like that the dog park allows people to have one someplace where they can let the dogs play off leash.

I lived here for about 3 years. The staff is always helpful. Property is clean and quiet. Maintenance works really to get work orders completed fast. I loved the fitness center and their yoga classes they have every Wednesday. Had to move to another Cortland community due to my job transfer. But you will love it here.

The staff are fun and helpful. Huge fitness center and nice grilling station. I wish they had more resident events but I plan to renew. We love it here. Been a resident for 2 years now. The apartment is so much like home. My children love the pool and the gym. Community is quiet and clean. Walking distance to the high school my kids attend. They hate riding the bus so that makes it very convenient. Office staff have always been very helpful. We plan to renew next year.

I really like living here. The apartments are spacious, attractively decorated and the floor plans are excellent. I like the high ceilings as I don’t feel cramped. Also the large balconies. No apartment is sound proof, but these are better than most. The pool and clubhouse are attractive and the gym is great. Definitely don’t need a gym membership. The service from the maintenance and leasing staff is awesome. I could wish the front gate didn’t malfunction so often, or that it opened using the RFID signal from my ez-tag. I hadn’t thought I’d use the car care station, but although I don’t wash my car there, I use the vacuum often.

The property is nice. Its quiet, close to 290 and all the shopping and food areas. The team is very helpful from the office staff to the maintenance department. Love it here! And you will as well. The residents are also so nice and courteous.

A wonderful quite community near 290. I have enjoyed my stay. The office staff and most of the maintenance staff are very helpful. LARGE fitness center and next door to Starbucks.

I think it's awesome that the second floor on the end buildings are the top unit so you don't have to lease a third floor to not have anyone above you. It's too hot in Texas for all those stairs! It's nice that the fitness center is open 24/7 because of work schedule. Close to Beltway 8 so super convenient for getting to IAH. Big shout out to Kevin, Heather, Jake and Sonya in the office for everything! Mad love.

Love this apartment! Clean, quiet, spacious but what makes it better is the maintenance team always responding right away and the office team is so friendly. The pool is amazing and gym is huge, I may start using it soon. Overall great place to live.
