Cornell Midtown

Avoid at all cost. Major pest problem they will not fix. The management is terrible and rude. Such a huge disappointment-

it’s very quiet and peaceful but parking is tough cus all the reserved spots, nobody is ever parked in them. outside of that i like the security and the safety

Whole property is infested with roaches- we moved in March 2025 and have had over 10+ roaches in unit and hallways. The neighbors on floor have also experienced this. Vanessa the PM has been terrible about getting to root of the problem. Do not live here.

moving in was so simple with Anthony’s guidance! the process was great and i felt very welcomed. everything is really clean and cornell is very close to the mall which is a plus for those who like to shop. i’m glad i chose here for my first apartments! great for anyone looking for that luxury vibe

I love it here! the staff are really nice and thoughtful. there are always treats in the lobby for both residents and pets. They are also very quick in responding to maintenance requests.

The multiple price increase on rent and even the clubhouse with no justification. Also, the doors are broke allowing anyone to enter the building. There is no safety or security. The vehicle gate is always broke entering the garage as well, etc..

Amazing process and Anthony went above and beyond to make the process seamless helped with everything I needed from utilities to WiFi I m so grateful to the team!!!

Apartment is pretty well maintained and it has hot everything thats needed. Staff is so amicable and always helps us with our questions. A good experience so far

I love it here! Sooooooo peaceful minus the interstate which really sounds soothing too. The staff here is very polite and maintenance is quick to a response.!

Nice place that I just moved into last Saturday. It is very clean inside and the community is nice. I think the only thing is that people don’t pick up their dogs poop

The Leasing office has been so patient and understanding with me. I would recommend anybody that values professionalism. Still getting used to the location but the move in process was smooth

Vanessa & Jose have changed this property completely around. They are cleaning, restoring and providing security to residents. We're moving only to supplement our work, but would stay if it weren't for that.

Community is good overall, except for issues with garage gates keep open sometimes. Apartment should have been cleaned better during move in.

Amaizing place love to live here. 1 year with no problems, always clean community and all people in office is wonderful, if you thinking in move here do it great selection

Great Location. Dog poop and Garbage smells ruin the atmosphere. The appliances are old and the majority of the building needs a facelift. Doors are hanging off, paint scratched and not to mention the dog pee everywhere inside the building.

Very nice apartments with very friendly staff that are helpful. They are quick to address maintenance requests. Print for you for free and an overall, good atmosphere. It also has very good security as well. Love it!

It's a quiet community, and the maintenance staff does a fantastic job keeping it clean. The amenities sealed my decision to reside here. I highly recommend Cornell Midtown.

Good so far, Although there are way too many bad drivers here. I love how there's less people at the gym makes it enjoyable. It's clean and quiet also the neighbors are kind of friendly which I appreciate.

Hello! I moved in last month here to Cornell Midtown and I am loving it here it feels so much like home. Everyone in the office is very helpful and nice…….. I have nothing to complain about here.

I searched and searched for about a year before I relocated to Texas. Folks let me tell you; I found the perfect luxury apartments in the perfect location. I moved here about 4 months ago. The staff is friendly and helpful, the free gourmet, flavored coffee is delicious. The entire complex is beautiful, clean and smells so good! And get this; the gym on the property is open 24/4 which is a big deal for me. I am so happy here and you will be too. Cornell Midtown luxury apartments in Dallas Texas. My move in experience here has been pretty great. The staff & maintenance team are super quick and helpful in any time of need. The community is pretty quiet and I enjoy the amenities. I do wish all the TVs in the gym and pool/cave area worked and that the gate was constantly closed. The unit is nice and as pictured. I haven’t had any problems with noice or complaints even being on the first floor.

Everything has been good so far! Maintenance is awesome. Just too many roaches all around the complex and too many tailgaters coming in and out of the parking garage.

i love it here the staff is great and will work with you . always polite when interacting with them and maintenance is on point . love the amenities pool and pool area always clean nice. i always use the fitness room always cool when working out

Great experience so far! Security features makes me feel very safe and comfortable. Clean facility and great amenities. Easy and convenient access to multiple shopping centers, grocery stores, and parks.

I love how quiet it is at night…. I’m a fan of every one I have met so far…. I LOVE ALL THE DOGS in our community! This apartment is made for me! The exact amount of space…the safety/security and I haven’t even gone to the pool or gym yet!!!

Clean, quiet, and the residents has been respectful for the most part. Parking has been pretty easy to deal with BUT I WISH the gym had more to offer and not so crammed up .

So far moving here was a great decision for my first apartment. Whenever I have s a maintenance issue, it’s handled with urgency. Couldn’t be more satisfied

This complex is beautiful and has everything we need! The staff was unbelievably helpful. We needed a quick move in due to unseen circumstances and they were all happy to assist us.

These apartments have been very accommodating and nothing short of helpful I’d recommend family and friends who have lived in them and are looking for something new and exciting.

Amazing place, I love my apartment. Quiet place with amazing amenities. It was sooo easy to lease this unit. Apartment is gorgeous and so luxury.

Moving in was such an easy process. The leasing staff was there with everything I needed! They were able to answer all my question and provide me with everything I needed.

i like living here. overall great complex and staff is responsive in a timely manner. sometimes theres trash in the hallways but not often. i like the amenities

Great in communicating all the policy changes. Quite and safe community. Also got to rent the club room and great experience there. If you are a young adult I highly recommend this place

Love here amazing place best decision I ever made to move here almost a year living here with no issues, everything working perfect and the facilities are always on point.

The units are nice and maintenance is quick to fix items. The amenities are nice as well besides the gym lacking more practical equipment and few free weights. Only issue is other tenants smoking.

Me and my wife and my son was so happy we living here and this building Cornell midtown the best building in Dallas. The crew is the best. All the people is the good very clean nice fix any problem fast the manager and the manager all the office people is the best ever had.

The management it’s great but the tenants are the worst I ever have. They do not respect the complex rules, the hallways are dirty and smell bad . They used to vacuum the hallways carpets but not they don’t.

Cornell Midtown definitely makes the effort in keeping the property clean. Very peaceful community. That means the most when trying to find a great place to live.

Management team has done a wonderful job with the transition of moving into new area. Love my new residence. Especially enjoy the beautiful view of the pool courtyard. Taking full advantage of the fetch delivery system so easy

Community is quiet and clean. Neighbors tend to keep to themselves and are respectful of others. We’ve changed property management companies and from what I can tell there hasn’t been an improvement or decline in quality of living here.

Excellent Manager and Assistant Manager they are Great same as maintenance staff. They have improved the complex and still improving the cleanliness , security and loudness !!

I love it here so far! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I asked for a replacement bulb for my microwave and it was done the same day! Vanessa you’re amazing!

I have not had any issues. It has been good living here. Only thing is that people speed in the garages. But that’s normal. I love my apartment and the neighborhood is good. It’s close to everything.

Great apartments! I have had no issues so far. Sometimes the gate breaks but they're quick to fix it. Usually within 2-3 days. The hallways could be vacuumed more often though.

So far, I love living here. It is very quiet and I'm in love with my apartment. All the amenities are great as well. I'm looking forward to staying here the next 2 years.

Everyone has been extremely nice and helpful during the process of me viewing the complex and choosing the floor plan that works best for me. I would highly recommend Cornell Midtown. It’s great to have friendly office staff.
