The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Hi there - our team strives to go Beyond Expectations for you, all day every day! Thanks for letting us know.
Clovis Point is a great place to live! It’s very quiet both outside and inside (can’t hear upstairs residents). The pool, clubhouse and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. It’s just a short walk to restaurants, shops, movie theater etc. If you have any questions or concerns, the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Hi, your review about Clovis Point made our day! Thanks so much for taking the time!
We have lived here since 2021 and do not see a reason to leave! Our home is lovely and open with loads of natural light, our appliances are top of the line and quickly repaired by maintenance when needed, and the amenities are top tier! Monthly community events provided by the staff create a friendly atmosphere, and the clean grounds that lead to trails or into town are always bustling with active residents who obviously enjoy living here. I have hosted three birthday parties in different reserved rooms provided free residency, and they have all been beautiful and fun. The show kitchen that leads to the pool and spa are especially impressive when hosting events! The staff are kind and always willing to help, but more so than that, they respect residents’ privacy and communicate in a respectful and proactive manner.
