I’ve lived in Boston for a few years now and of all the places I have lived, the best by far is Clippership. The staff is phenomenal, the amenities are amazing, clean and well taken care of. I would recommend everyone I know to live here.
These guys are incredible. The location will surprise you - by far the best view in Boston (straight to the clocktower over the water). And I think the best management team in the boston area. Specifically Houssam, Emma and Joe are absolutely incredible. They make it feel like home, and go way above and beyond to take care of you. A lot of the other buildings we've stayed in - especially in Seaport - don't give you that kind of feel. Couldn't recommend it enough. 3 years in, looking forward to 4!

I sold my place in the South End and couldn't wait to get to Clippership Wharf. I was drawn by the water views, ease of kayak access, ease of train/water taxi access to town, the peaceful meandering harbor paths, and the historically diverse character of Eastie. During my move Rylie and Emma were available to me at all times, whether by phone, email or on-site, and they answered all of my questions. They never seemed bothered by silly questions and always maintained a positive attitude. Moving is always a stressful experience, but they made it less so. I'm so pleased to be part of the Clippership community and looking forward to getting to know my new neighbors.

From the moment we met Emma, we knew this property cared about their residents! She was polite, helpful, professional and very friendly! Throughout our year lease, the building was well maintained and the staff work very hard. Whenever there were concerns, everyone was very responsive to ensure we were taken care of. Excellent package handling, their concierge director Houssam, the entire team were such wonderful people. Apartment was up to date, beautiful kitchen. Smallish bedroom. Limited closet space. The view spectacular! The location so easy to get around, the T is in front of our door! A wonderful team that cares about residents. If you’re a pet lover, this is your heaven. We had no pets, but if we did, this would be the place. A special shout out for the team that handles the trash. They are so fast and hardworking! Thank you for a great year!

I’ve lived at Clippership Apartments in East Boston for over 3 years, and I can honestly say it’s been an incredible experience from day one. The location strikes the perfect balance—close enough to downtown Boston for an easy commute, yet tucked away just enough to give you that peaceful, small-town feel. The property is always impeccably maintained. From clean common areas to beautifully updated landscaping (the recent spring refresh was stunning!), it’s clear that the management takes real pride in the community. The views of the Boston skyline are breathtaking, but the real highlight here is the people. The staff is second to none—professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Emma, in particular, has been a constant bright spot. She’s warm, welcoming, and truly goes above and beyond for residents. Edgar and the rest of the team are just as terrific. I recently moved into Clippership Apartments, and it’s been an amazing start! From day one, everything has gone smoothly — the leasing and maintenance teams are incredibly responsive. I had a small repair request right after moving in, and maintenance showed up almost immediately to fix it. It’s been such a refreshing change compared to past experiences. The views here are absolutely unbeatable. Watching the Boston skyline, especially at sunset, is something I look forward to every day — it truly never gets old. Another thing that stands out is the sense of community. Coming from Cambridge and Somerville, I can honestly say the neighbors here are much friendlier and more welcoming. People actually smile and say hello, and it feels like everyone genuinely cares about the community. The location is perfect too — the subway is right outside the building, and there’s a great mix of restaurants, cafes, bars, and grocery stores all within walking distance. All in all, I’m so happy I made the move to Clippership. If you’re looking for a beautiful apartment with great people and breathtaking views, I can’t recommend it enough!

Living at Clippership Apartments has been a wonderful experience! The amenities, like the gym and lounge, feel brand new and are very spacious. The staff do an amazing job keeping all the shared spaces spotless, and I especially love having the outdoor grill area. I have a 7-month-old, and we both enjoy spending time in the baby playroom — such a thoughtful addition for families. A huge shout-out to the leasing team — they are always helpful, incredibly kind, and often organize fun events for residents. Any time I had questions, they made sure to assist right away. I also had a maintenance request recently, and the team responded immediately and took care of everything. The concierge team is equally wonderful — always warm and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better: the subway station is right across the street, and there are plenty of great restaurants, cafes, bars, and grocery stores within walking distance. And of course, the views from East Boston are absolutely stunning — I truly never get tired of them. Overall, I couldn’t be happier to call Clippership home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, convenient place to live!

I love living at Clippership. Super conveniente to go downtown right above the Blue line. The view from my apartment is arguably the best in all of Boston for the skyline. Amenities are clean and always maintained.

I totally love the view from Clippership , it’s probably the best one in the whole of Boston , plus with community events and all it’s literally the cherry on top , they organise and every event with so much perfection, and make sure everyone is having fun , we had a really fun paint night today it was absolutely amazing!

Clippership is hands down the best apartment building on the East Boston waterfront. The leasing team (Emma, Kelly & Brandon) are always on their game for fun events and activities for Clippership residents. We have been living here for over a year now and recently renewed our lease because we love it so much! Such a great community and team. Me and my girlfriend had such a wonderful experience touring Clippership and applying to an apartment here. Emma was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful during the whole process and even afterwards. Emma really made us feel so welcome and super excited to move in! Everyone at clippership was so nice and helpful, especially Emma! I took a tour with her and you could see how close of a community the property was. She knew everyone and even the dogs by name! On top of that, the units are so nice!! 10/10

The complex is right on Boston Harbor which is in and of itself gorgeous but the staff is really what makes living here worth it! The whole front desk staff - but rapes Houssam and Joseph - are wonderful folks and really make it feel like home! They all know their residents and are more like fantastic neighbors than staff in that they really seem to care about the well being of the folks living here and genuinely make my day better coming home from work knowing that they will be the first folks I interact with after a long day! The leasing office staff is also super easy to work with - both Emma and Olivia have helped us on separate occasions figuring out billing or reservations for the amenities etc and do a fantastic job of simplifying what can sometimes be a complex lease agreement!

Have lived at Clippership for 4 years now, the apartments are super modern, very nice finished, the views are 5 star, the overall community. Emma and the entire leasing office are super nice and professional, my dog loves visiting them everyday, maintenance staff and concierge service are top notch and always quick to help. Summer and nice weather make this one of the best locations in the city.

I'm a homebody so where I live really matters to me. I'll pay for a place that makes me feel safe, comfortable and welcome and I found it here. Maria, Nat and Mario at the front desk are probably the best concierge staff I've ever met in any building. The facilities are clearly well maintained. There are great amenities. I almost don't want to keep singing its praises because I don't want more people competing with me for resources! But the nice thing is that it never feels crowded. I'm not waiting for elevators, gym equipment, etc. we are just missing a pool, our fancy neighbors have pools but we sadly look on at them in envy. Maybe one day!

I love living at Clippership! The location is the best and I can guarantee that you will not find a better Boston view. The T is SO close to the apartment complex, which is a great perk. The leasing and property management team are SO awesome. During my search, I was liaising with Emma, who’s the community’s gem! She is incredibly sweet and was so patient and professional. She made the move so much easier for me and gave me all the information I needed at the time. She always has a smile on her face and is ready to help! I also love how many events the leasing team organises - helps us get to know our lovely neighbours :) Our maintenance team is super efficient - they have dealt with any issues that I have raised in a prompt manner, which is a huge relief. As for our concierges, they are some of the best in the city! Houssam, in particular, is incredible. He’s so kind, professional and enthusiastic. I am so grateful for Clippership and Bozzuto!

I spent 3 years at the Clippership Wharf apartments and it was great. The building has good quality apartments and the amenities are really cool. There is a concierge always available to assist. Never lost a package and every time I asked for a facilities request it was done the very next day. Its always clean and I never had an issue of hearing people in other apartments. I highly recommend.

My partner and I have lived here at Clippership for a little over a year now and have really grown to love the place. Building has all the amenities you could need in a city apartment, and being up along the harbor like this is hard to beat! The reason I am leaving the review however, is to compliment Diana and the rest of the Bozzuto team for how accommodating and helpful they have been over the last few weeks. We are in the process of buying our first place, and they've worked with us a handful of times to find a move out date that works best for both parties. Definitely would recommend living here, if we had not purchased we would have stayed here longer, and Diana and Bozzuto definitely played a big role in that!

Clippership is a great to live with amenities like a full gym, work from home stations, grills, fire pits, and more. The apartments are updated and spacious. The property is well maintained and had a beautiful view of the city and Boston harbor. There is a blue line entrance right outside the building making it easy to get around and there is a convenience store and coffee shop just steps away. There is also programming and opportunities to meet others in e community. Overall we have enjoyed living in the Clippership apartments and recommend it to anyone looking to move to Eastie!

Love the light from large windows, views of Boston from within and around the apartment are spectacular! The attention given to the gardens, grassy areas and common spaces communicates care of place and the people who live and visit the areas. I feel like I am in a neighborhood in East Boston.

The location is nice and the views are beautiful, but: 1. The managment and lease agents are unpleasant and rude, and in many cases dishonest. 2. The surroundings are very noisy - airplanes noise, port noise, street noise and noise from neighbors due to very poor isolation between apartments. 3. Not really pet friendly I wouldn't recommend this building to anyone.

I could not be happier with my decision to live here. The building amenities, the community staff, and the views are unmatched. Being right next to the Blue Line we're close enough to the city to be downtown in minutes, and with the added benefit of having waterfront views it's the best of both worlds! Especially during this unprecedented time when we're all confined to our homes, I constantly feel blessed that I have the luxury of spending all of my time here, whether mandated or not. We have everything we need and a management team who makes the living experience incredible. We're very lucky.

Living at Clippership has been wonderful and has exceeded my high expectations. I love the beautiful, modern, and comfortable apartment and stunning views of the Boston harbor. I have also enjoyed the incredible common areas and amenities (especially the gym with Peloton bikes and outdoor seating.)
