Nice quiet location with great views of the mountains. Buildings are older but units have been generally well maintained (I’ve lived in a one bedroom & 2 bedroom here). Any maintenance concerns have been fixed in a timely manner. Complex has a nice little gym, pool, fire pit/grill area and decent sized dog parks.

Only have been here a week and I love the views and the built in fireplace, front desk ladies are really nice. The other great perk about living here is that this community is so close to rainbow gardens that I can just walk there.

Love the surrounding area and how it’s located at the mouth of the canyon. My apartment has what I need and the space is perfect. There is an opportunity to upgrade these buildings and many need repair on the outside. The office staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance is the same. I appreciate my time at this location.

I actually really like it here it’s peaceful and has a beautiful view to the mountains the swimming pool was so much fun in the summer and we even tried out the fires pits and it was nice over all I recommend for people to live here it’s super nice and so are all the neighbors

The location is awesome and I love my apartment! Great community amenities too. The apartment was pretty dirty when I first arrived, which is why I took off one star, but after a deep clean it's a great place. The staff are so helpful and kind and definitely care about the residents here.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW AND AMAZING STAFF!
We visited the complex and were VERY impressed. Especially by the leasing agent, Halle, that worked with us! She was so kind and listened to and addressed all of our questions. The whole complex has the most AMAZING views and is so much quieter than others we visited ! Amenities are great and being able to have pets is a HUGE plus for us! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! And if you get to work with Halle everything is so pleasant and less stressful.

Lovely area out of the city !
It's alot different from 2016.Ive lived here for 7 years. There has been a complete renovation outside & inside .Has a nice Pool, Gym and BBQ area with a gas fire pit with wonderful views. It's a older apartment building built in the 70s so you will hear creaks especially if it's windy.I have looked around and you have to pay more for a newer apartment that's not as big. Check it out before passing by. It's not like it was in 2018 . I am completely satisfied here and Rent is not high as the most newer ones in town . No traffic just below Ogden Canyon!

Keep On Looking, Don’t Move Here!
I have been here several months and I should of believed the reviews I have read from all the websites including this one! This complex is ran by incompetent management company, poorly maintained by their “maintenance”, the building is old and out dated and the only plus side is the Mountain View you are able to see coming down the hill to exit the complex. You as the resident should be getting what you pay for! These outrageous, sudden prices that have increased deserves much more than this crap hole... The company is money hungry and charges different prices for different residences for the same thing! Please be advised, avoid this place at all cost!

Awful
This complex is much too pricey and the management is terrible and change too frequently. Things break constantly and the elevators never work.

I'd give it 0 if I could
Money-pit. Makes promises that they fail to deliver. They change management more than any other apartment complex I've lived at. They are very corporate, and don't care about the families who live here. Understaffed and overwhelmed. If you are considering living here, i would recommend doing more research.

The Floors Creak Loudly!!
Unless you're on the top floor you can hear everything the upstairs neighbors are doing, everything!! I have complained multiple times in the last 9 months (yep 9 months). And recently the management have been ignoring me and not responding to my emails. I have multiple recordings of noise this guy makes and the thing is he is only walking and it makes a loud creaking noise it sounds like the roof is going to cave in. The walls are very thin. He wakes me up at all hours of the night and early morning. If you want to move here get a top apartment. Its a no smoking community but i saw half smoked cigarettes in the hallways and the bottom neighbors smoked weed all the time which made my apartment smell terrible. And yea there was a fire in 2017 which they never disclosed with the community.

Terrible place to live
I read the reviews before moving here but decided to move in anyway because I wanted to use the dog park for my dog. Let’s start there - did you know it only exists because the building that was there burned down? It’s also always full of dog poop. When I lived here, no one cleaned up after their pets. Moving on to the fire, I read in reviews and was told by people that this place is notorious for catching on fire. Well it caught on fire while I lived there (I had a six month lease). Imagine living alone and waking up to fire trucks and cops telling you to evacuate and looking out your window to buildings on fire. Did management ever send out a notice, apologize, or anything? No. I met some people at the dog park who wanted out of their lease due to the fire (which is understandable) and they were told no. They still hadn’t fixed the fire damage or put in ceiling sprinklers when I moved out. The buildings aren’t up to the current code, they were grandfathered in. Parking was terrible. Management not helpful. My loft was WAY TOO HOT to use for anything other than storage. The people that lived here sketched me out. I cleaned my unit spotless when I moved out and was still charged over $200. Idk.. if you’re considering living here... I just wouldn’t. There are places with comparable prices that won’t catch on fire.

Country Living Within the City
This complex is situated up a mountain, nestled in trees & grassy areas. The floor plans are lovely as well as each having a patio. Several amenities include: Pool, exercise room, lounge area, play area, fenced off area for dogs to run, (they even include litter bags, nice touch). Close enough to the city to enjoy the benefits, far enough away to enjoy the quietness of the country.

Good location, poor maintenance
I like my apartment because I have a good view of the mountains, tall ceilings, close to the grocery store and canyon, and it's not super pricey. But with that being said, I can't afford much nicer. I pay good money but everything breaks. I deal with a lot of barking dogs and loud neighbors. I wish I could afford a couple hundred more for rent to have a nicer place for my son and I.
