As one of Dallas' newest and trendiest mixed-use neighborhoods, Dallas Midtown has everything you could want and more: boutiques, theaters, cafes, restaurants, and entertainment venues, along with office space and luxury apartments. Dallas Midtown is located directly east of the Dallas North Tollway, with I-635 as its southern border. Spring Valley Road is to the north, and Preston Road completes the neighborhood borders.

I've called this place home for five years now, though it was previously named Village On The Green. Moving in was an exciting adventure, and over the years, I've developed a strong connection to the community. The charm of the neighborhood, with its friendly residents and beautiful green spaces, has made it feel like a safe haven. As I settled into my routines, each year brought new memories, making this place not just an apartment, but a true home filled with warmth and familiarity. Understandably, major changes can stir up a mix of feelings. When the ownership changed, I was unsure about what to expect. Would they treat us well? Would the community spirit remain? However, these concerns quickly faded as I got to know the new owners and their team. They approached the transition with a gentle, thoughtful mindset and genuinely cared about maintaining the positive atmosphere. Their friendly attitude helped ease the worries, and I soon found myself looking forward to the changes rather than dreading them. One of the most incredible things they’ve done as a thank you for my continued residency was a complete renovation of my unit. Walking into my apartment felt like stepping into a brand new place! The gorgeous kitchen island became the centerpiece, surrounded by sparkling new appliances and modern lighting. The sleek window shades perfectly matched the high-quality fixtures throughout. This thoughtful gesture really made me feel valued, and it was a delightful surprise that added joy to my everyday living. Beyond that incredible upgrade, what truly impressed me was their commitment to their word. They have always been responsive and quick to help when issues arise, showing they genuinely care about the residents’ satisfaction. Recently, I faced a problem with an incorrect water meter reading. At first, I felt anxious since it took a little time to resolve. However, the management team kept me informed and worked hard to find a solution. Their dedication to addressing concerns reassured me, making me appreciate their approach even more.
