The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cinnamon Ridge Apartments
Great place to live I've been living here a little over 8 year's and I feel that every year it has gotten a little better each year. The only thing iI feel that needs to be improved is handicap parking, knowing that they have 6 people within 4 buildings they only have 3 handicap parking spots, and when they just repainted the parking lots. Otherwise very well managed and all the personal staff are very nice, and easy to work with. So far the best management company in 8 years here and 4 yesrd at another apartment complex, I would highly recommend the apartment complex the most for your money square footage and amenities.
Wonderful Great location and I've had zero issues with the apartment since moving in February. Everyone's been very accommodating and kind, definitely my best renting experiences.
Great Place! We love living here, been here for a while now. It’s a great community, near a lot of convenient places, and just really homey. Wouldn’t change a thing about it!
Top of the line management Everything is maintain at the highest level. Grass is always mowed ,driveways are shoveled in the winter and any issue you have with your apartment is taken care of professionally and quickly.
Maintenance request He was prompt and he fixed the problem. I am satisfied
Fix toilet knob They immediately took care of the issue! Such an immediate response to a medium problem. Great team of support here! So lucky to have found them!
The staff is amazing, the Maitence team always does an amazing job and goes above and beyond, without having to ask. Any thing you need the office staff is always willing to try and help. The property itself is huge, lots of space, the apartments may be older but one of the best places around Eagan in my opinion. The apartments are well maintained, love that there is a washer and dryer in unit!! They’ve been making changes/renovations to the buildings since I’ve been here, that all look amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect community to live in.
I can’t write the review I want due to character limits BUT absolutely do not sign a lease with them- I like to call this place a “last resort” complex. Garages have no gutters so the doors are constantly frozen shut and I’ve had to call-in to work, reschedule plans, and call the office/maintenance several times to try and get the problem fix but ended up surrendering the garage. Maintenance will let themselves into your apartment as they please. Outdated. Hallways stink 24/7. LOUD!!! The management/office people are rude and could care less. We’re moving out and paying double rent until our lease ends.
Put a request in 2 months ago about black mold and a broken oven/stove and nothing has been done. Paying 2020 prices for a kitchen that hasn't been updated since the mid 70's
My wife and I wanted to thank the new staff and new management for the improvements over the last couple of years. Things have greatly improved, especially the staff attitude and attention to getting things done. Before it wasn’t that great, but WOW what a difference now. Glad I stayed after all. Close to my work and not the traffic issues I had at my last place.
I would like to say everyone needs to see this place. We took a tour and found the staff very helpful and the units well kept. Fresh paint and obviously professional maintenance makes for very nice interiors. We are moving to the area and have looked at many apartments and this one is very high on our list. With everything going on, we really like the in-unit washer/dryer so we don’t have to go out to shared laundry facilities. The grounds are well kept with lots of open space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Our dog even gave his approval as we walked around. (Yes they accept pets)
I lived here for 4 years. When I first moved it it was great. They have central air, washer and dryer in the unit and the former staff was great. The last year I lived there the property was sold and they have all new staff. The apartment itself was really outdated. When I first moved in the price was great. Then they started charging extra for garage, water sewer and trash. They jumped up the rent. My apartment constantly smelled like weed from the neighbors and you could hear people yelling and playing music all day and night. The new apartment staff did not care and said call the cops. The cops were there every other day. The hallways constantly were dirty, smelled and things were broken. I had packages stolen because the new staff would just leave them out on a table with no supervision and anyone could just walk in and take them. The new staff was rude and condescending. I would not recommend this place for anyon
We live below an employee and all they do is stomp around all day. Office won't do anything about it and he doesn't care. Seriously so annoying and can't enjoy a night at home because of it
This is a good location in Eagan just the property itself isnt very nice. Lots of police activity
the apartments are very outdated and old appliances. They also make rent go up every year and you have to pay all utilities even water. Its in a good location though. But not worth the price.
I have looked at these apartments twice in the last couple of years and the leasing agent who works in the office was very rude to me. He helped me both times I was looking, he was arrogant and condescending, and basically laughed at me because I said I wouldn't be able to afford this property, and I had to wait 10 minutes for him to even acknowledge me while he wrapped up a personal call on his cellphone. On top of that he showed me an empty apartment and it was very dirty. I wouldn't rent here. And would seriously consider retraining your staff.
Something is always breaking and when I call maintenance it takes over a month to fix it every single time. Plus rent goes up every year and the apartments are so outdated and when they to update things they want to charge an upgraded fee. I will not be renewing this year!!!
This place has more room then my other place and this place offers your own washer and dryers. Your own garage which has plenty of room in it. Garage openers with them. So far the place is a fair place to live.
Very happy to be moving into a place that works with you. They have been very kind and working with your needs.
