      Chroma's staff members are awesome, they are really helpful and friendly. But there are also too many malfunctioning components in the unit when we move-in, mal functioning fan and curtain, kitching light not working, no-internect wifi points, dirty washer. I would rate the experience 10/10 if they room is better prepared before I move-in.

      I've been a CHROMA resident for almost 3 years. The staff has been amazing and helpful, and they've always been responsive to my problems. The amenities are also great -- I'm especially fond of the free weight setup in the apartment gym, which is complete with a deadlift platform and a squat rack. (You can use this review once you add a squat rack to the gym)

      Luxury apartment with poor security

      I recently moved in here and was initially impressed with the amenities, friendly staff, and location...Unfortunately my experience has been impacted by security and communication issues. My expensive e-bike was stolen from the underground parking garage after just one month. The bike locker had a broken door and a history of theft, which staff was aware of, but didn't communicate or address in time. Looking at other reviews it seems safety and communication are common long-term issues at this location. I’m hopeful that improvements will be made based on resident feedback to ensure this doesn’t keep happening.

      As a travel nurse I was in the area for a contract and knew immediately this was the place! Perfect central location for anything you could need and staff was so friendly and easy to work with.       Great location, Helpful staff.

      We moved into Sentral SLU last week. Tracy is amazing! She found us the perfect apartment for our purpose, processed our application quickly, and was always available and responsive.       Location Location Location

      Sentral has a great short term rental apartment! I've been staying for three months and couldn't ask for anything better. It comes fully furnished with everything I need and really tastefully done. The staff have been nothing but helpful, thank you to Katie, Jennifer and Joe for being so responsive. I had an issue was a broken window and maintenance fixed it the same day! I've loved having an apartment that is centrally located to many amenities while I've been in Seattle for my internship. The leasing office had so many great recommendations to check out in the city! I would definitely stay at Sentral again.

      Very Accommodating Stay

      Really enjoyed my stay at Sentral SLU while I was there for a month for work. Great location where I could walk to the office and nice bars/restaurants were right by too. The apartment was comfortable and had everything in the kitchen to make some meals instead of always going out. I was missing a few items in my apartment but Katie at the front desk was able to replace everything I needed in a timely manner. They even hosted a great bbq while I was there! Next time I'm in Seattle I will request my company to put me at Sentral again!

      Excellent Short-Term Rental Experience

      Sentral SLU has been an excellent short-term, furnished rental. The apartment is decorated well with premium appliances: Samsung TV, Sonos speaker, Moccamaster coffeepot, a large & comfortable velvet couch, virtually new dishwasher, fridge, washer, and dryer. It's decorated well and includes pots, pans, silverware, toaster, and a broom + dustpan for basic cleaning. While this is significantly better than essentially every other short-term rental in the Seattle area, what sets Sentral SLU apart is the staff. I don't worry if or when an issue comes up because I have full confidence that the staff will address any and everything that arises. Anthony the Operations Manager was extremely accommodating and ensured that not only are issues resolved but that I'm comfortable and enjoying my stay. Katie has gone above and beyond to respond to any inquires, resolve them through whatever means possible, investigate any questions, and keep me updated on status changes. Sentral SLU is well-designed and comfortable - great location, gym amenities, common areas, and keypad doors are excellent - but the real difference is the staff there and the care they put into ensuring the whole experience is stellar for residents!

      Moving in

      I have been beyond pleased with the staff, the amenities, and already maintenance of Sentral slu! I just moved in and Jennifer, a sales manager, was a huge help on all levels of aiding in securing me the perfect apt. I was moving from Montana, and Jennifer stayed in contact with me answering all questions with quick responses (literally even on her day off-she is awesome) and sent me photos and info of each apt of interest. Jennifer was honest about layouts and features of the apt and was able to get me into a place even after hours and everything she talked about has aligned perfectly. The apartment itself is well kept, the gym is nice-small but great machines, the park across the street is super cute and aesthetically pleasing as well as dog friendly and clean, and I can walk to south lake union in just about 5mins. I feel very safe, comfortable, and at ease with this move. The staff are truly on it. I was able to move in a day early and before I had to even point out, Jennifer had sent maintenance right away to the apt to fix a small paint spot. The whole process has been a breeze thanks to all these helpful staff members, they’ll even help ya carry up packages :)

      Great Community

      We have been here for a little over a month now and love the building. It is conveniently located next to a lot of restaurants and shops. The staff here is extremely helpful. I had the pleasure working with Tracy, Anthony & Joe. The maintenance team (Steve & Isaih) is very responsive and very sweet. Love living here!!!

      Affordable Luxury In SLU

      1) Luxury Amenities: gated garage, washing machines in units, modern dishwasher, gym, new building, not much sound leakage from neighbors. 2) Location: SLU is a nicer area that is safer than surrounding areas. Close to many Amazon offices. 3) Property Management: Joe, Tracy, and Tatianna (who is now replaced by Anthony) quickly responded to all of my needs and seemd to bea always available in the lobby. I always felt supported and they even throw apartment community events every once in a while. 4) Affordable price: cheaper than competitors in the area. You can choose 3, but not(all) 4 of the above. Sentral (used to be called Chroma) is a sweet spot who want luxury without throwing extra money at rent.

      Best Seattle Apartment by FAR!!!

      I normally don’t write reviews, but after living in Sentral SLU for 3 years I am happy to recommend this place to future seattlites and Washingtonians. Friendly, helpful, lively staff, clean and centrally located apartments, and month programs to meet and greet other residents are the winning combination to keep me there. Special shout to custodians that fix and repair at a moment notices. And the rest of the amazing staff Anthony, Joe and Tracy. Notable other features is the park in the front, gym, and free coffee machine downstairs. But I could go on and on. Hope this was helpful in making your decision.

      Great Place to Live in SLU!

      My soon to be home

      I came in for a tour and was shown around by Tracy. The property is really nice and has great accommodations. I have a service dog and having a safe place for him to go bathroom is important to me. Tracy was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained to me there is an MFTE unit available and I can apply. I am really looking to moving to this property. I lile that they do resident events and have a really involved and available staff. I felt safe welcomed and the main floor even has dog treats. The property is really clean and well maintained.

      Decent stay with very good community

      1. Location: The place is located near to all major offices in Seattle. The neighborhood is peaceful and calm. 2. Staff: Right from the check to touring the place, helping with mailbox, the staffs are extremely kind and helpful. A big shoutout for Anthoney who helped us a lot during our initial days of stay. 3. Facilities: They have complementary coffee available most of the times, nice pool table, printing options, etc. Overall this place is safe and good!

      Great place to live!

      My husband and I have lived here for a year now and we love it!! We love this area so much and think it’s a great neighborhood and centrally located to many parts of Seattle! The staff is also very friendly and good at responding to any questions or concerns you have!

      Skip the hotel

      We loved are month long stay here. The apartment was bright, comfortable, well equipped and way less expensive than staying in a hotel. It was nice to explore the cool neighborhood bars and restaurants around the neighborhood, but it was equally nice to be able to buy groceries and cook at home. All the staff was super friendly and helpful and was always very prompt resolving any small issue we had (a small repair was needed on a light). We will definitely stay at Sentral SLU anytime we visit our family and friends out here in Seattle!

      Heart of Seattle

      I stayed here for just over a month while transitioning to a new job out of state. The furnished units have everything needed to have a comfortable home away from home. The building is located right in the heart of the South Lake Union area which is located in walking distance to some of the best bars and restaurants in the city. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with anything from places to check out nearby to helping with mail. So much better and way more affordable than being smooshed into a tiny hotel room

      Luxury Living - Wonderful!

      Sentral SLU is a beautiful apartment complex. The lobby, game room and rooftop patio are beautiful. The apartments are modern with high-end appliances. The staff is wonderful to work with. Highly recommend if you are looking for luxury living.

      What's not to love

      We absolutely love the place. Every single staff members are extremely helpful and accommodating. They always have a smile on their faces and are happy to assist with any request, even something so trivial as packages. I've lived at plenty of places where asking a question or putting is a maintenance request is the worst thing you could ever do. Aside from the amazing people convenience to downtown, my work (Amazon) the building is well managed, clean and fun. The gym is top notch!!!!!! We love Sentral

      Building and Neighborhood

      This is a beautiful community and neighborhood! I visit my sister here often and felt the need to drop a quick review for the community. The staff and the upkeep of the building are both amazing but the neighborhood is one of my favorites. coming from the suburbs into the city I can see why she moved here! Very close to the freeways, Downtown Seattle and the Space needle. All in all 5-stars from me.

      Community Staff & Building - PHENOMENAL

      Just wanted to take a quick second to give credit where it's due. I have been staying in a short-term furnished apartment and the building amenities and staff over exceed what I thought I signed up for. The Maintenance team, Steve and Isaih, have been such a joy when I have had my minor apartment issues. Completed in a timely manner and their communication has been stellar. The amenities, especially the GYM, have been so convenient to use and are well-kept. Last but certainly not least, Tatianna and Tracy, have been so helpful with my questions and I am always greeted with a smile and two people who enjoy what they do (which seems very hard to come by in this type of industry).

      Great place to stay!

      Staying at Sentral SLU has been amazing since day one! I moved to Seattle last minute and struggled to find a place to live. I'm so happy I found Sentral. Management has been fantastic and accommodating during my temporary stay--helping me extend my stay multiple times, helping with maintenance requests, etc. I highly recommend it!

      The Best Place To Stay

      I am so glad that I chose Sentral SLU for my temporary stay. Im liking it here so much that I actually wish I could stay here instead of moving to my new permanent apartment! The apartment was in perfect condition when I arrived, and the staff is amazing (especially Tatianna!). The gym here is also great, and I love the complimentary coffee in the lobby. Regardless of how long you are looking to stay, this is the place to be!

      No Less Than Stellar!

      Sentral SLU has been amazing!! I’m so happy I decided to go with this Sentral for my temporary stay until I move into my permanent place here in Seattle. The apartment has everything you need from champagne glasses to all the kitchenware to simple things like a broom and dust pan. The hallways always smell so clean. The gym is perfect, has everything you need and it’s never overcrowded. I feel very secure being here. I didn’t bring a car so I’ve been walking everywhere—this location provides the ability to get to a lot of places by foot while still having that residential neighborhood feel, which I personally love. The experience from start to finish has been no less than stellar! Sampson and Tatianna feel like family and that’s a special feeling to have when you’ve just moved to a new city.

      Place to stay

      Unsafe at all

      I hope I can rate zero star. Somebody broken in my car and stolen my stuff, which was parking in the paid garage. The leasing office does not want to take any responsibility. They do not have any cameras in the garage and insists they cannot do anything. The office people are very rude as well. I feel unsafe and will never live here again and I do not recommend it to any of my friend to live here as well.

If you are able to determine a description of events, or missing items, contact Seattle Police to report a crime. We take your safety and security very seriously. We offer controlled access garage to include electronic entry only and offer monitored camera access at entry points.
