The management team was exceptional to work with. With me moving back from Japan and trying to secure an apartment on different time zones was a little challenging, the young woman that I worked directly with was phenomenal and very patient. Moving in was a breeze and the apartment complex's location is awesome. everything you need is no more than a 5-minute walk away, A very nice place to live with great amenities and restaurants.

Move in process was a breeze and they really worked with me to get into the unit that I wanted . The service and even maintenance has improved a lot over the years deff recommend.

Moved into an apartment with the bathtub clogged. Made several requests for maintenance and now it is day 16 and the problem is not fixed.

our new address will be Bees Ferry Apartments, very nice and large and I found it on apartment.com. Great reviews, the pool is very nice and I enjoy the fact that it is heated pool area with grills a covered porch.15 minutes from downtown Charleston and about 20 minutes from beaches.Enjoy the area, a lot to see, I was born and raised in downtown Charleston and wish these apartment homes were there a lot sooner. john wood Chester Va.
The area is super nice/centrally located. Clean and maintained landscapes. Lots of parking for guests. Very quiet and family friendly. Dog friendly, also! I feel safe here, which is a huge mention as a single woman.
