The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Chelsea Square Apartments
Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!!!!! The management is HORRIBLE..HORRIBLE...THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND THE APARTMENTS ARE FALLING APART. Leaking roof, railings falling apart on the stairs and they Jack up the rent sky high every year. Not to mention they tow all day long 365 days a year. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
Management company is out for money. Beware that you will most likely lose all of your security deposit and potentially be charged more because of any minor stain or normal wear and tear on the carpet when you move out. Not enough visitor parking here and they were incredibly strict with towing which made it difficult to have any guests. Units are spacious but very outdated. Management company promised a lot of new amenities but only put in a dog park (hardly any dogs) and renovated the clubhouse but made it so unaffordable to rent out for events. This would be a good place to live if it wasn't for the management company.
Under new management it's complete mess, Gym will close most of the time and they won't let you know in advance, maintenance will take their sweet time to respond even if you have emergency i.e. water overflow... Parking is a big pain, I think they have secret contract with towing company to make money.
These Appartments services WAS good and not anymore with new management step in since 2016. It is very hard to work with. They try to impose charges in a sneaky way with new management terms and conditions. - Seriously service became worst and they cannot even come with 3-4 follow up. - My Neighbour reported on Snakes and Rats are coming into house and even with complaints no hard luck. - Though you have required supporting information, they charge you by reading terms. And sad part is, if mistakes are there in their side, they say things are already happened and they cannot refund. - Gym and Tennis court is worst. And you do not have any other courts to talk and have some fun time. - When ever hike on rents, they claim for better services etc. Only service they are doing is increased staff not to provide ‘required’ services. - Earlier management was excellent and haven’t even went to office in stay of 4-5 years. They provide service by phone requests and services done on same day of requests. With new management, mostly it is demanding to go every 2 months once and multiple follow ups on same request. Bottom line - I am waiting for my current lease to expire to step out, as I feel not like staying in home and working for them to stay in paid Appartments.
This townhouse complex has plenty of illegal residents living in each apartment who are not on the lease. In almost all apartments, tenants will lease out their bedroom/living room for $500 each to private residents and management turns a blind eye to this among many others. Be aware before signing lease
Worst place. Rude management. Makes false promises. Charges different amount from different people for the same. Plz plz plz don’t move-in if U are planning to!!
I have lived for about 8 years in this complex! The management has no work ethics! They do not care about your needs - all they care is about your rent $ and charge you for any fixtures! After all these years , I am looking for new home now. Very unprofessional bunch of people working there.
Since I moved in February everyone in the rental office has been exceptionally helpful!!!! Whether it's been recharging the a.c. or replacing the blinds. They have been so nice andhelpful, if I could live here forever I would! !!
Best bargain in the West End! Roomy, versatile, and convenient to everywhere! Great for a large family and with utilities included monthly rent won't break the bank. Safe, family friendly neighborhood, close to great Henrico schools. Enjoy the pool and beat the summer heat!
