This Is a Condominium

Just want to clarify. This is a condominium, not an apartment building. All of the units are owned by separate individuals. Half are owner occupied, half are rented out. So you'll be dealing with a landlord directly, not a management agency. That said, it's a quiet, well run, and very safe building. Easy walk to coffee, movie theater, grocery stores, restaurants with fun bars. Metro 15 min walk away. Bus line near front door. Friendly residents. Good mix of ages, demographics. Great place to live.

Property is OK

Its a bit far from most of the good parts of DC. The old people who live here question and report anything that isnt normal which is annoying
