I have lived since 2021, and by far leasing staff is the best ever, especially Teri, the lovely manager. We like where we live now

I wanted to wait a month of living here so I could give an honest review of the building and staff. First of all, I wanted to start off by saying that there were a few hiccups in my move-in process (ones that were completely out of the hands of the staff/owner). It was a stressful situation and without going into detail, there was an issue with Dominion Energy and Kristie (the office manager) took it upon herself to call on my behalf without even being asked to try to fix it! I was so appreciative! There are a lot of reviews on here about maintenance orders being slow, but that is not my experience. In fact, there was one day where I put in a work order and less than 5 minutes later, Glenn came riding up on his golf cart to fix it! I was amazed. I think people need to keep in mind that he's doing so much! I have lived here for about 40 days and have not seen ONE bug. No cockroaches, gnats, silverfish, ants. When I moved in, it was clear that it had been fumigated and repainted/re-carpeted. Its also very quiet. I rarely hear my neighbors and some of them have pets. The apartments are clean, safe and inexpensive. On top of that, the area is amazing! You're within a 5 minute drive of 4 grocery stores, 2 drug stores, TONS of restaurants and more. Plus you can get to either downtown Richmond or Short Pump going 10 minutes in either direction so it's a PRIME location. I really enjoy living here and I definitely see myself extending my lease for another year.

Applied for an apartment, paid, and was accepted but was told a few weeks later that the unit wasn’t available anymore because the tenants want to continue their lease. I was given another unit and a week later they said it wasn’t available either. Finally got another unit and they tried to make the rent 200$ more for the same floor plan as the one before. There is no one in the front office 95% of the time and all calls get directed to the call center automatically. Terrible management and sluggish workers. The call center is very annoying as well. They are no help at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX

When me and my roommate went for a tour it was super nice and índigo made our experience so much better! I enjoy the tour and the people!

I have been referred by a friend about this apartments. Initially I have been nervous but after talking to Manager Lisa, the process looks simple. The apartment and unit looks cool with lot of options which includes all the required amenities. Great place to live.

I am so very impressed with this community!! from the staff to the grounds....just everything...the layout!!! everything...this was head and shoulders above other properties that I visited!! I loved the clubhouse...and the gorgeous pool...!!! being near entertainment...shopping...and dining...are very important to me!! and this community was all of those things!!! I hope to one day call Champions Club home!! it really was serene and gave off the vibe that it was just simply home!...I LOVED IT!!

I look forward to living in this community and moving forward with the leasing experience here. The neighborhood is safe and residents are polite, near shop centers and gyms, great location. Wonderful closet space... it’s a must see!!!!!

The rental office staff members are extremely polite and resourceful. I look forward to becoming a new tenant in the complex and look forward to using the wonderful amenities offered throughout the community.

The apartment was very clean during the walk through. Very spacious very nice. We really liked the apartment. Great place to live!!! Nice location, adorable, affordable apartments and great staff. Leasing Community Manager was very helpful. I would refer my family and friends to live here anytime

This community is very clean and the associates are very friendly. The community manager herself took us for the tour two times without asking why for the second visit. The rooms are very spacious and the rents are less compared to other apartments

I love this place, the people who work here are so family friendly. The complex is in a good area. The apartments give you a cozy feeling! Cant wait to move in!

As a resident of Champions Club, I would like to say thank you to the leasing office and maintenance staff. They are professional and prompt in their responses when I have questions and they work hard to maintain the property. I just wanted them to know that I appreciate their efforts!

I toured a 1 bedroom (upgraded model) and was impressed with how nice it was. I really liked the hardwood floors and the spacious closet. Also, the environment is has a calm and homey feel to it.

I was looking for a good place to live by referral from a family member I visited the Champions Club I loved the place, very cozy and good neighborhood, I recommend it as a good place to live

I just wanted to say that based on what I've seen this is a very attractive community in an excellent location. My interactions management thus far have been very pleasant, and they are very forthright about utilities, school districts, and other living arrangements. This is a well kept community with flexible leasing options and a place I could see myself staying at for a significant amount of time.

I was recommended by a co worker to check out Champions Club. I took a tour around the complex and I was not disappointed. The manager, Ms. Sil, was helpful, hilarious, down to earth and answered all my questions. I‘m looking forward to moving into this property.

We moved here in February, from the start of our search Sil was fantastic to work with. It’s almost been a year and we will definitely be renewing our lease, great place for families, pool, fitness area and overall very safe!

Walked into the property office and was instantly impressed with the service. The tour guide did a great job explaining everything and answered every question I had. Wonderful experience.

Visited Champions Club today and toured the community. Sil was very welcoming and informative. She answered all my questions and explained everything with great honesty. The community was clean and the apartments were spacious with plenty of light. Definitely recommend this community.
