Property Ratings at Cashel Springs
i've had several more issues with hvac unit. According to RPM management they replaced the outside unit with what appeared to be a "used" unit twice. During the times hvac broke down again, I've had to go to hotels and miss work due to 90 degree apartment. Management could care less they have only reimbursed me for one hotel stay. They agreed to give me a habitable apartment only if I pay almost $400 more a month for rent. I declined and decided to move now that my lease is over. Now they are refusing to issue a refund for PREPAID rent. I can't make this up. This nightmare is unbelievable. Not only does management refuse to address the issue with fungal growth found on HVAC coil. They also refuse to address since I've lived here I have not been able to open all the windows in the unit. I have an email of a manager telling me to just open the window when I sent them a picture of 85 degree temperatures. Due to AC going out again. I literally have an email of a Regional manager telling me fungal growth found in hvac coil is not alarming to Cashel springs management. Nothing gets repaired here! When I first moved in I supplied management with a long list of repairs needed to be made...Not one was ever made. RUN RUN RUN!!!! Not only will there be possible health/heat risk. You won't enjoy your stay here and it's not worth the amount they are charging. I've never been late with rent, never been disrespectful, never even raised my voice at management. The issues you will have to deal with here if you sign their lease are simply not worth it. I leave this review is to warn other's to avoid this nightmare. THEY already have my current unit with fungal growth in AC coil listed as available for rent for $200 bucks more monthly then I'm paying right now. All still while refusing to fix anything in unit and refusing to refund my pre paid rent. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The communication from the leasing office is very prompt and satisfying. Every need that I request from them is met. I have no complaints about Cashel Springs. It is definitely proving to be a good decision.
The staff here rarely answers the phone. I’d love to schedule a tour, (I live on the other side of town and have a busy schedule) but that’s really hard to do when there’s never anyone around to answer the phone regardless of the time of day. Completely turned me off from the property.

Hello, we apologize that you have experienced difficulties getting in touch in with our team and we would like to assure you that this is not a proper representation of the quality customer service we aim to provide. We want to extend our community manager's direct email to you, here: CashelSpringsMGR@pinnacleliving.com, in hopes that you will still consider us as your future home. Thank you for reaching out to us, and we look forward to showing you all that our community has to offer our residents soon.
It is a quiet place to live. My only complaint, is that there is not enough parking. If you were to go out somewhere early, nighttime, when you get back, you have to end up parking 2, maybe 3 complexes down. It can get quite frustrating.
I would recommend because its affordable and a nice basic apartment. It's also a pretty quiet neighborhood for the most part.
The community seems to be quiet and safer than some oher apartment communities.
I would because the complex is quiet and the people in the leasing office are so nice and warm
They were fantastic! Identified the problem with my a.c., fixed it quickly even though they had to rewire through the attic! I appreciate them!

I find this place a good place to live. It is quiet, and is nice to have cameras around.
Its very quite an very nice the time I have been here I'm very happy
The neighbors are friendly an they watch out for you. Once you get to know them......Reach out an Be a True Neighbor...
I just love it here! Very comfortable, a definitely step up from my last apartment. I feel much safer and happier here.
This is the best living evironment ever! You have access to all the major free ways and mall. The staff and maintenance are the friendliest ever! My favorite is the pool and 24 hour gym access!
Property Manager at Cashel Springs, Responded To This Review
Dear Resident, thank you for highlighting everything you love about Cashel Springs! We appreciate your feedback and look forward to continuing to provide you with the best in apartment living.
First of all, We are under a lot of construction and I can tolerate some of the inconvenience but coming home after a hard days work and not having hot water is very frustrating! This has happened on several occasions! Second of all, The gym is considered an amenity but we haven't had access to it in six months! Third, The pool area is supposed to be open but, you guessed it, there's a pad lock on the gate! Why?? You work hard for money to pay rent and you should expect to get what you pay for because they expect to have they're rent on time.
These apartments are the worse I have ever live in I have not one good thing to say move at your own risk. 1. Apartment office changes employees constantly as well as managers communication is horrible you can never talk to someone in the office is always a call center who has no idea what goes on in the office. 2. Maintenance is horrible took over 6 months to take care of simple repairs caused by there foundation repairs. 3. My car was towed 2 times withing 3 months of living there. 4. There a constant smell of weed throughout the complex at any time of the day even people smoking in front of my apartment door. 5. There is not one bit of security any one can come is as they please the front gates don't even work. 6. The apartments are old you get what you pay for literally. Biggest mistake was living there do not move here!!!!
I can honestly say that leaving here is decent for the price. The only problem I had was a leak that came from upstairs.
I've been living here for 4 years and during this last year of me staying here things have been appearing on my lease, such as added charges to my rent without telling me and parking was ok until they changed again. It was ok with the last management that was here, all and all just be careful when moving here.
Cottages of Champions Forest has its ups and downs. We are a young couple and living here has been equally good & bad. The Pros: Good Parking Nice Management You are in a VERY good area Everything you need is in a 15 minute radius. The Cons: Apartments are rundown Bugs easily sneak in Front Gate isn't secure Hit or Miss with your neighbors(Ours smoked marijuana & it wasn't pleasant) Apartments are a bit high Its not exactly a "you get what you paid for"but it is Home. A 6 month lease worked out for us very well. I hope you find this useful.
This apartment does not look so good on the outside but the inside is nice! They make sure when you put in a maintenance call they get on it right away. The only bad thing is I kept my house clean as a whistle and there were still beetles behind the fridge and stove area. Also the cabinets look like they have been water damaged and they would not let me replace! People at the apartments used to be better... I loved Racquel. But they recently changed owners and the new people don't really care about anything you have to say. Laundry facility is also nice just have to go certain days because there's only a small amount of washers. At least they always keep the gate closed!! But you need to literally get out your car when typing the code in... It's way too far away
They aren't bad, trying to get better. Have been bought and company is putting money into the place, fixing things that no others did. Finally have security cameras, and Heather at office is amazing.
The amount of space I got for the money is definitely worth it! Unfortunately, I've had some mishaps since. Firstly, I walked out one night to find my car getting lifted by the tow truck (I had been living there for 2wks. After talking to the driver, he said they have been having this problem as the complex was trying to move to parking passes and had not assigned every resident one yet. Thankfully, he dropped my car without any issues and just told me to talk to office staff ASAP. I went the following morning to speak to Gavin, whom is not very knowledgeable, to let him know my problem. He was definitely worried my car might've been towed but I had to tell him "if you knew yall were issuing passes, why didn't you issue me one when I first moved in"..he did not have an answer and just issued mine instead. I also had my rr sink leaking and had to put in several notices for them to come fix which I have not checked to see if they have yet. (I just never unpacked my rr stuff.) Other than those issues, I have not had any problems with parking or neighbors. If you choose to move in here, ask ANY question you may have because Gavin will not willingly tell you anything...everyone else in the office, however, are very informative. Lastly, the office is not keen on informing the residents of changes as quickly as they should, but you'll eventually be informed with a notice on your door.
I've lived in this apartment complex for 6 months now, some of the pro this place has are the appliances that are very energy efficient, the space is decent and fear in regards of the price, I've never had issues with water or AC, maintenance staff are very respectful and professional no need to call for the same reason more than once, office staff is very efficient and helpful, during storms the apartment complex is flood free.Cons will be parking there is no reserved even if you want to pay, pool is very dirty always I haven't been able to use it not even once, no care to green areas that could give a prettier look to the place in general.
