The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at CARRINGTON COURT
I lived at Carrington Court for 5 years, and I loved living there! I would recommend this place to anyone. It is well kept, friendly, safe, and just overall a wonderful place to live (especially if you have children) the office staff is top notch! I moved out 4 months ago into a town home to accommodate my growing family, otherwise I would continue to live there! I would definitely live there again! I don't understand the negative reviews. It feels like home to me.
The washer and dryer are not efficient and so it will be necessary to use the laundromat if you don't have a unit with a washer and dryer. They stopped accepting packages and so the entry has unsecured packages all over (ya no thanks, I will have to get a locker now too) You spend money on laundry and if you have any deliveries there is another cost to factor in. Office speaks condescending and unprofessional during interactions , I have had my fill.

They don’t care about your personal clothes in the washer... they will take your stuff out of it soon as the washer stop! Door keys doesn’t work.. won’t fix it after getting a new key. Kids will pee and pop in the elevator! They will NOT clean up the mess..or smell... it toook them two year to take out the “RUG”. Will not take care of noise complaint after hours. Getting harassed by neighbors and the office would not take care of it.. people will blast music so hard you can feel the vibration.. and they still won’t take care of it. When you request maintenance...the office will not notify you and they will walk in on you
