The apartment community is overall very nice. Garbage and parking is very close to the apartment which is big for me and the floor plans are very spacious and open.

Initially had a tricky time signing a lease because the staff were experiencing issues with the website, also the holidays delayed their ability to get it fixed. Admittedly it was a little frustrating seeing the prices jump up day by day while we waited for the site to let us send in an application. I kinda wish they honored the price it was when we first expressed interest - but i won’t take off a star because as of living here, the unit is beautiful, I’m happy with the amenities, the community, everything was easy to set to get moved in. I’ve only lived here for a week but so far I’m really pleased

I recently was promoted to a new position in Denver, and I was able to study the area and narrow my choices down to four places. Capstone was #1, and I prayed when I came out to see my choices that it was as good as it appeared online. I made it my first visit, and I never visited the other choices! Dan’elle was so easy to work with, especially long distance between Chicago and Denver! The building and apartments are well built, so noise isn’t an issue from other apartments, and everyone seems very friendly that I’ve met so far. There are a lot of bunk reviews online, and I can tell you from experience now to look at all of them, and you can figure out who is just disgruntled and who’s being honest. As a new resident, I can tell you that I am so happy that this was the place I’ll call home. Please take a good look at this property, I highly doubt you will be disappointed!

There is a lot that I like about the appartment community. 2 stars were lost when the unit I moved into wasn't clean and the flooring and carpet are badly damaged and should have been replaced before I got here. The unit turnover standards are too low.

Cozy and quiet. Thick walls and floors, all appliances work, water pressure is good, parking always available, and people are nice. Can't complain.

Management changed just as our lease was starting so I can’t fault the new management for some of the shortcomings of the complex since they’re trying to get their bearings. Maintenance is incredible and always punctual.

For comfort and apartment living You want to live in Capstone. The admins put forth a lot of effort and are friendly. The maintenance crew is meticulous and responds quickly. Everything you may need is close by at this location. You're going to adore apartment living once you see it.

I absolutely love it here. The staff and maintenence personal are amazing! The apartment is beautiful. The neighborhood is clean, friendly, well maintained and safe. The complex is close to everything I need: highway, stores, restaurants and the mall.

It’s been touch and go throughout our time here. Really just wishing communication about long term maintenance would be better I.e. the pool being closed from November to may with no updates.

The entire process was smooth and painless, from scheduling a walk through to applying to move-in. The staff was excellent in assisting me throughout, including fixing a small error regarding a storage space. The apartment itself is excellent so far, and feels safe and secure. A problem with the garage door was fixed promptly. I would encourage anyone looking for an apartment in the area to consider this community.

My apartment is pretty nice and I enjoy my living space, but it feels like everything has gone downhill a bit recently. The front doors to the building seem to be a chronic issue, as they are always damaged in one way or another. Many of the other residents seem to have no regard for cleanliness of common spaces and its not uncommon to see someone's dog's pee in the hallway without cleaning it up. Many of the issues I have with this apartment don't have anything to do with the amenities (they're good), or the maintenance and front office staff (also pretty good), Its the other tenants that just don't care and make the common spaces gross and unpleasant.

Just moved in but so far it is good. The staff are really friendly. There is not a lot of noise from the other apartments. Everything was clean when I moved in which is nice.

It's an okay experience. Pros- Maintenance is good They clean the common spaces often Sometimes they arrange get-together Cons- The previous leasing office staffs were good but they are not here anymore. There is shortage of staffs, they keep changing & not as friendly as the previous staffs. Takes too much money when someone moves out We might still stay here but might not refer this apartment to our friends anymore

Don’t waste your time living here. They don’t care about their residents unless you’re actively discussing money. Unhoused folk all over the inside of properties, trash rooms, and sleeping in stairwells because doors are not fixed properly. FREQUENT break-ins in the garages you pay for because they leave them jammed open. Leasing office closes early without warning. Hot tub has been out of commission for months. Printers in leasing office never work properly. Maintenance leaves dangerous messes in your apartment (even with registered animals in the space) and performs major work (such as drilling into and replacing locks) without notice to the resident. Items often stolen from residences due to a lack of care of security from staff. Gym never cleaned or sterilized. COMPLETE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY ON SECURITY ISSUES. The only high-end kind of living this place has to offer is high-end prices and high-end BS from their staff. They do not do anything but cover for themselves and leave their tenants to suffer. Been living here for more than a year and it’s only gotten worse. Considering getting my attorneys involved as they skirt all issues and have knowingly broken lease agreements.

Great location. Rent pricey for apartment size. No parks nearby. Previous management was not responsive. New management in place though. Nice pool. Decent gym but a bit small. Pelotons broken for 6 months

Absolutely love my new apartment. It is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Very close to all the shops. Love the maintenance team! They have done an amazing job keeping the property clean and beautiful!
