Cape colony is one of the best place to live in Houston. The location is conveniently reachable to highways and just couple of minutes drive to Walmart, HEB etc. Emergency maintainance are met immediately with the support of friendly and helpful staff at the main office. Highly recommended for a pleasant living environment.

Cape colony is warm the ladies are professional and its quiet and home!
This is the perfect apartment if you want a walk in a park, close to a mall and great restaurants. The area is well maintained and staff is always helpful. Unlike other apartments in this area, lots of trees. Donna Merrell, Houston, Texas
