Camden Franklin Park

This apartment community is top notch. Carrie, community manager, is the entire reason we came to this property! She has been manager at another property, and we followed to this one because of her. She goes above and beyond. Also want to give a shoutout to Uju for sending me video walkthroughs while we were in Florida and making the move so easy. Mandy also helped with a couple minor issues we had. Entire staff has been amazing and property is well maintained.

The lobby made me feel like I was at a 5 star resort. The Decorations for Christmas are beautiful. Just moved in recently. This place is incredibly beautiful and well managed. We had I small hiccup with our move in. Mandy handled it wonderfully, she treated it with the upmost importance. She made our concern a top priority and ensured it was addressed right away. What a great place and amazing staff! The maintenance crew were very professional and knowledgeable with the repairs needed.

My wife and I have lived here since March 2019 and absolutely love it. The location could not be better, tucked into Tower Circle next to Franklin park gives the feeling of seclusion. In addition to the park, the walking trails go from the front door in all directions for miles with access to many nature trails without leaving a sidewalk or walking path. Located right off I-65, it is 25 min to Nashville and 25min to the airport. With quick access to the tremendous shopping in the area, you can walk to Wholefoods, drive to Publix, Sprouts, Kroger, Cool Springs Mall and Downtown Franklin in minutes. Excellent dining is walkable- Brixx, Bricktops, Perry’s, Just Love Coffee, Juice Bar, to name a few. The new management has been a game changer. They came in and immediately solved problems previous management ignored. Their communication is highly professional, keeping the residents updated on changes or repairs. I cannot say enough good about the new management team. We really love living here, but had considered leaving due to the neglect of the previous management. We just resigned and are relieved to be staying in such a garden spot in Franklin that we enjoy so much.

We moved in a year ago and have loved the complex and location. New management took over a few months ago and since then everything has gone downhill. Not to mention our rent is increasing an outrageous amount and they are no incentives to resign. How are you supposed to afford a 16% rent increase?

I have been living here at the Cameron for almost 3 years and found the experience quite pleasant.

The Cameron is perfectly located for all conveniences and 20 minutes from the airport. The Apartments are beautiful in both design and color. The leasing staff, maintenance team and property managers are ALWAYS friendly, professional and available! They really care about you as a resident!

I would never suggest anyone move here if they care about needing or wanting good customer service. Once they bring you in and sign the lease, you are nothing to them.

Quality apartment home, great amenities, and access to green space!

Cameron has really made us feel so comfortable and happy. We are so cozy in our 1 bedroom apartment, our view of the city is amazing and the quality Cameron has provided us with is spectacular. I can definitely feel at ease knowing I can live with the privacy we have.

Love living here! The scenery and the central location to shops, restaurants and my gym make it even better!!!

Green space. Extremely dog friendly. Location is awesome, (5 min. to downtown Franklin, 1min to highway, 5 min to downtown Nashville). Hardwood floors throughout. Quiet and peaceful. Lots of green space!!!

The Cameron at Franklin Park is truly an A experience. The staff is communicative and thorough and the grounds are impeccable. This is the third community I have lived in in Franklin and it is by far my favorite. 10/10 recommend.

Cameron Apartment is one of the best Apartment ever I have lived. They have all the best possible amenities that an apartment community can provide to the residents. Wonderful workout room clubhouse, yoga center, community events, conference room, quick response of management on any concern, discounts on restaurants or fast food centers and free coupons, luxurious environment are most beautiful attractions of this apartment. Although the prices of the apartments are relatively high, it is worth of paying if you earn good amount of salary or your income source is good.

Prices have gone up friendliness, attitudes and authority of new personnel, maintenance has gone down. It has become a big corporate environment rather than personal family atmosphere.

Preston is the BEST! The whole front office staff is super friendly and helpful.

The staff at The Cameron at Franklin Park have been great since moving in a few weeks ago. Lisa is awesome and answers my questions, and any other needs in a timely manner. Jason is very knowledgeable and was pleasant.

The best place to live in Cool Springs

The Cameron is Luxury Living located in the heart of all shopping, dining and daily life necessities. It's surrounded by a beautiful park giving the residents a peaceful nature setting. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are plentiful. The Property Managment Team is very friendly and responsive.

A great place to live in middle Tennessee, close to everything, excellent management!

We’ve been here for about six months and we are very satisfied living in this apartment. The amenities are great and well managed, nice events held at the community space, and also we could move in very smoothly thanks to Annette!

Our lease at Cameron is soon to expire. Our ENTHUSIASTIC desire to renew the contract for 14 months, perhaps, provides the complete review of the property. Annette, our leasing consultant, imparts professionalism in the most gracious and genial manner. The maintenance staff is superior and responsive. We genuinely enjoy the attached parking garage and appreciate the cleanliness of the facility. The amenities are well-appointed. Cameron adjoins Franklin Park, which offers picturesque scenery and the ideal space to walk, jog, or play. Carothers Pkwy provides trouble-free access to a wide range of commerce and eateries, minus the crowds often found at the Cool Springs Mall area. Interior delivery lockers provide secure 24-hour access to Amazon, UPS, and Fed-Ex packages. The residents are kind and respectful, most of whom appear established in careers and vocations. We recommend a visit to Cameron before you sign your next apartment lease.

Awesome choice to live in Franklin! The move in process was super easy, thanks to Annette. The property is beautiful, the residents are nice, and my pups love the dog park! I would highly suggest a move here, if you are on the hunt! You will not be disappointed!

The staff here is the best! They are attentive to residents needs, they go above and beyond to arrange resident events! The grounds outside are professionally maintained and always look good! Annette the leasing agent is exceptional in helping residents!

I've been here for about a month and am loving it. The tour, signing the lease, and the move in went smoothly. Annette was wonderful and very helpful! The amenities are great - can't wait for summer to be able to use the pool. I especially love all the green space outdoors! Everyone is friendly and takes care of their space. Very convenient to the interstate and all Cool Springs has to offer. Highly recommend!

The Cameron is so nice! It feels more like a luxury hotel. I feel very safe, and visitors have had no trouble getting in to the building.

Im very happy living there with the exception of the noise from upstairs residents but am moving to a top floor unit next month. Preston has been super helpful with that process and making it all happen.

Just retired from Nissan and switched from 14-month lease to monthly as we will be building a home and was shocked to see a nearly $500 a month increase! It's too much hassle to move twice (from Cameron to another apartment building) but we were extremely disappointed to be treated that way by Cameron.

As a new resident, very pleased with conveniences, comfort and parking of Cameron.

Relocating to a different country has been so stressful, it's like recreating a whole new life. Moving to Cameron is one of the only processes that actually went smoothly and gave me more joy than headache!

By far the nicest community I have ever lived at. The ammenities by themselves are really nice but what blows me away entirely is the speed and efficency that service calls are addressed. The maintenance crew seem to genuinely care about the residents and their buildings which is a huge breath of fresh air compared to other places I've lived.

We have been very happy here, application, lease, move in and settling in has felt great. We lived in another complex before here but Cameron has exceeded our expectations. It's very nice and new but the big perk is the quality of the management and staff. Excellent!

Amazing facility with extremely friendly staff. Great pool and gym, and TVs all over the common area if you just feel like being out of your apartment.

All staff work hard to keep good and beautiful facility since built new. Gym, Pool even trash shooter is keeping clean. Out side grass is keep green and School bus come directly to entrance for kids off safety. so convenient to access any where.

The staff has done an amazing job of working diligently to provide a superior living experience for the residents of Cameron at Franklin Park, and I'm grateful to be here!

The overall complex is very impressive and maintain at a high level. All the amenities that the facilities provides on this site ready adds to the aesthetics of the place; and because of the location it is only minutes to the stores.

Cameron is a great place to live. There is a real community feeling thanks to the efforts of the staff. The building has fantastic amenities including large fitness gym, separate exercise room with large screen from which to select from a variety of virtual exercise programs. The pool with lounge areas, fireplaces, and BBQ grilles and dining tables make it a great place to spend time with family and friends. The adjoining walking paths, amphitheater and pond are an added bonus. I work at Nissan and the adjoining walking path is an extra convenience.

I love this place. I've been here for a year and 12 days. I renewed my lease. The community here is friendly and diverse. Hospitality of the staff and our community gatherings have been the reason why I stay. My daughter loves it here too. She doesn't want to move anymore. We came form other appartment communities here in town and there are none like Cameron. Out doors and indoors are both relaxing, enjoyable, and have allowed me to be sociable. I love inviting my friends over, even if there are too many to fit into my apartment. Entertainment here at Cameron is fantastic. Really, fantastic. Outdoors or on the property near by, inside my own apartment or in the lounge Cameron feels like Home for me and my guess. I really love it here. Community meetings here have been the number one reason why I renewed my lease and the hospitality. I've become this friendly person I didnt know existed. Thank you Cameron for opening your doors just over a year ago...and I'm still here.
