I have been a resident at Hammerly oaks Apartments for about 30 years. I have never had any issues with any of my neighbors. The grounds are kept up nicely. The buildings look updated. Maintenance does a great job and in a timely manner. There is very good communication between the management staff and the residence. I have been very very happy here.

Nice people live here. Maintenance for laundry rooms can be better. Nice showers were the temperature doesn’t change on you when you are using it.

Hammerly Oaks isn’t all bad. There are parts that are good but respectfully the bad out weigh the good. If you are looking for a quick way and cheap living stay here but don’t expect world class top tier living. The amenities do not work or you will not have access to them and the neighbors are sketchy. I highly suggest if you dare move here to get ring cameras for the interior and exterior of your apartment.

Overall okay apartments, just make sure you have no mold. And you’re okay with getting paint chipped off your car due to small parking spaces. Also the front leasing office never answers. Not much noise disturbance. Schools are near.

Great area, plenty of parking for residents and guest, rooms and living area are spacious, love the app makes requesting service or reporting malfunctions a whole lot easier

Muy confortable, silencioso, limpio, el estacionamiento tiene muchos puesto y eso me gusta mucho no tengo q andar dejando mi carro afuera, es muy cómodo para todo

I’ve been living here for almost two years and I pretty much love it. I’m usually never in this area but I wouldn’t consider myself moving anytime soon.

Here is súper confortable apartaments, the best place to live in the spring branch area, so secure, quiet and clean, front desk answered all my questions about the property, and parking lot, they have a 24/hour emergency line, if something happens like to your restroom or something even if the main office is closed they fix the problem immediately as they can, i leave my voice message 30 min after they fix my restroom, thank you!

Amazing! Very clean apartment complex! I recently just moved and it’s so peaceful here.. Leasing office is always helpful with anything!! I love living here

The apartment is clean , I enjoy the view on my balcony . Really close Gas station . Manager of the apartment are really nice they help me throughout the leasing application . Really appreciate their help .

Mi experiencia este año asta ahorita tranquila No he tenido ningún problema Han venido ha hacer las reparaciones que se necesitan gracias , no he tenido problemas con los vecinos todo bien

Hasta ahora todo bien los servicios prestados están muy bien, las áreas verdes se mantienen limpias, la oficina administrativa ayuda mucho, no tengo quejas sobre el conjunto

La experiencia a sido agradable,es un lugar muy tranquilo,los aptamentos estan bien ,en recepcion te atienden bien tratan de ayudarte en lo q necesitas lo mejor poaible,cuando se rompe algo despues q lo notificas bienen rapido lo de matenimiento

Hace poco tiempo que vivo aquí. La atención del personal de oficina excelente. Son cordiales, respetuosas, humanas, muy capaces para el puesto que desempeñan. Muy importante para mí es que son muy receptivas. Me recibió Diana, muy jóven pero con una madurez y amabilidad extraordinaria. Al personal de mantenimiento no lo conozco. Muchas gracias y bendiciones para todos.

The staff and leasing office are very nice. The apartments are very affordable in a good location. I would definitely recommend to check them out.

Nice community! Great Staff! Always available to answer any questions and or concerns. Would recommend and refer. The park nice very kid friendly and safe.

This has been the absolute worst experience I could imagine having. It took 4 months to fix my dishwasher. The oven does not work. The bathtub has leaked the whole time I have been here. The only thing that has been updated is the toilet to one that uses no water so I have to plunge it EVERY SINGLE TIME i put more than 3 squares of paper in it. Maintenance tries to say they can't come out because of my dog. I told THE SAME PERSON 3 TIMES that my dog was chained up on the patio....I mean this place is the WORST!!! THE ROACHES OMG I cannot...everything I open I have to put in the fridge...I could go on and on all day with a litany of complaints!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Hammerly Oaks is a great community. The staff is very helpful and kind. And the property is clean. And our gates are always working! Happy to live here

Everyone is so nice I love it here thank you to the girls at the office for always being so helpful the time I have been a resident here at Hammerly oaks been such a great experience

Size is nice, neighbors are respectful. Not much security, and most apartments have a roach problem. Parking is a hassle if you work late at night, but no car theft so far.

I love living here is so quiet and well kept. The staff are very helpful especially Diana and the maintenance team is very efficient with their work and the time it takes to get it done.

It is very nice except several things have done by Grey Star when they bought this property, one of them is the parking assignment. Otherwise it’s very nice, there was criminals stolen cars, tires and open car doors in the pass, but now it’s kind of quiet. Last thing to share, please prevent people from repairing their cars inside the complex. Thank you and happy new year

Neighbors are occasionally a little noisy but overall a good little community. Paint was still wet when I moved in and had a light roach infestation but has since been handled

It is an older building complex but well maintained. Staff is nice and helpful. My apartment was clean. Wish there was a ceiling fan. Nice open concept and the bathroom is really nice.

Quiet neighborhood, parking spaces are small, gym never opened, maintenance staff are ok. Leasing office never answer the phone even if they are in the office. Overall a nice place to stay

It's okay. I like the office staff. Satisfied but not with the parking. The spaces are too small and now there are more dings on my vehicle

My experience since moving here has been great. The neighbors are kind, it’s quiet and relaxing. There’s a small park and a pool for my daughter and I to hang out at. The staff is amazing at noticing everyone on anything.

I like how they try to keep the property clean and organized, maintenance doesn’t take to long to show up to fix issues, the parking spaces can be very limited sometimes.

Son apartamentos cómodos y tranquilos, nunca he tenido problemas con ningún residente, con el parqueadero de mi vehículo tampoco he tenido problemas, lo único es que pocas veces se ha ido la luz pero el equipo de trabajo de Hammerly a Sido muy profesional y han dado una satisfactoria respuesta, el lugar es agradable la piscina está disponible 24/7.

The managers are excellent. They go above and beyond to help out the residents in need that are maybe struggling or going through a tough time. I was recently in the hospital and couldn’t go to work so I got behind on my rent. But thank God the staff was able to understand and work with me.

Calm and peaceful, nice place to live at, and also up to date with all our needs, also good maintenance, nice parking spots, the gym area need a little more weights and machines

It's far the worst experience of renting i have had just because there customers serves is terible i ben having birds on the side of my apartment frying in to the ceiling and not to mention,, the roach,, it's ben a very long 9 month i can go on and on

I literally love it here so much. It’s so calm, no drama. The neighbors are so calm the whole community is so calm everybody’s very respectful very demure.

Everything is awesome except we were promised a microwave and yes we got the microwave except it never got turned on or installed but everything looks good
