Phenomenal move in experience. Jordan the leasing specialist was very communicative, friendly, and professional during the entire leasing process and after. I love that Cadence is pet friendly and there’s a lot of space to walk my dogs. The gym is really nice with all the equipment you could need for an effective workout. Love that valet trash is daily!! The interior of the apartments is beautiful and you can tell it was built with quality materials. Another added benefit is that you can flex pay rent and also every rent payment made has a positive effect on credit score. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home.

Just moved to Cadence apartments in Frisco and it has been an exciting new chapter in my wife and I’s lives. It has been a great location for us that is in close proximity to work and access to the things we want to be happy. The cost of the apartments are a bit high but worth it when all the amenities and features are being provided.

Cadence at Frisco Station is conveniently located in the Star District in Frisco, Texas. It is nestled in the heart of the Dallas Cowboys community. As an employee of the Residence Inn I decided to make Cadence my home after touring over 10 apartment communities. They offered the best amenities at an affordable price. They were one of the few apartment complexes with a closed off garage and key fob entry only access into the building. It allows for a secure and safe residency. The pool is also very private and requires a resident to access it. The facility is quiet. The staff is friendly and attentive. The maintenance crew was fast and efficient in repairing, not just replacing, my dryer upon move in. I have already referred several people to this location. I believe it is the best choice in the area for your long term needs. Bri, Jack, Victoria and Ben have been amazing.

Cadence at Frisco Station is one of the nicest places I’ve lived in and has amazing amenities- swimming pool, grilles, two level gym, meeting spaces galore, pool clubhouse, valet trash pickup and recycling, pet washing station, plenty of parking. Not only that, but the location is great. Shopping and restaurants are close by and for the most part it’s a pretty quiet neighborhood. Can’t ask for anything better than that. The property team has been very welcoming and have been very communicative.

Our particular unit was great until they built the new units next to us blocking any view, however, management can't help that. Our actual unit is all screwed up though; doors have gaps in them; so called master bedroom is smaller than the guest bedroom. Guest bedroom has large bathroom with one sink and master has small bedroom with 2 sinks so go figure that one out. Closet spaces are super small. Kitchen has a lot of storage space and den has a lot of natural light. I don't like having to "tip-toe" in my apartment. The floors are not of good quality and I've heard that the tenants under us can hear every move we make. Management is really good and responsive so nothing wrong with that.
This is a great community and they are very quick to take care of anything that is needed.
Cadence is our first apartment we’ve lived in. We are thankful to have found such a community focused home. Our experience form start to end has been a breeze. I will definitely be recommending other looking for a place to call home to check out Cadence!

I have lived at the Cadence at Frisco station for the last year. I live in one of the townhouse units and it is absolutely stunningly beautiful. What makes the experience of living here so incredible is the amazing staff. The office staff and the maintenance do not just work in the building they have become family. they go above and beyond to make this feel like an amazing home. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the building and then credible staff that works in it.

This apartment complex is certainly not worth the money. The walls are thin and allow a tremendous amount of noise from the other tenants, making sleep difficult. The management often does not respond to requests or complaints in a timely manner. Furthermore, the amenities are sparse and lackluster. All in all, this is a location that should be avoided unless you have no other options. In addition to the troubles already mentioned, the exterior of the building is in poor condition and it lacks basic security considerations. The entrance is inadequately lit and there have been multiple instances of suspicious activity. The parking facilities are also inadequate for the number of tenants and do not contain any security measures. On top of all this, the rental rates are unreasonable relative to the quality of the accommodations. In short, this residence is an unwise decision for anyone in need of a place to live. Finally beware of hidden fees. They decided to charge me an extra month rent after I confirmed my lease end date and vacancy notice months in advance. Also after getting approved of two of my guests parking permits they had been towed, to make it worse it had been on Christmas Eve, and when I asked the towing company / front office and showed them my permit they basically said to pay and that they aren't going to do nothing about it. I left this apartment complex 6 months in advance and was told if I broke the lease I'd pay twice as much as if I just continued the monthly payments there even though the apartment management didn't hold up their end of the contract of maintenance/ security issues. This is a horrible way to run a business and I'm glad I'm moving away from this apartment complex and hope this saves someone from considering this place of residence.
Here goes on SOME of the issues here: The noise level was bad before but has amped up with more people moving in. I feel that we are on a racetrack with cars zooming by at all hours of the night and day and all the time. We rarely have a day that there are not street sweepers or trucks beeping, etc. Oh, and don't get me started about the fire alarms that consistently go off and stay on for sometimes 30minutes to 60 minutes, yet no compensation for almost splitting my ears in two. The apartments have no insulation & windows are not sealed properly, thus you will hear everything outside as if it is inside your apartment. If we could, we would pay the lease break fee and get out of here, it is that bad. The apartment layout itself is great, but that is all. We moved here from out of state sight unseen and was told there would be green space once the build was completed; that we would have a view, and that there would not be a building obstructing our view. Hmmm.....in reality, what we walked into and it was too late at that point was an apartment across the street from a huge glass building where we have obstructed views on all sides and no green space. The renderings on the website before we got here were about a community and greenspace, and health and wellness space, but reality is that you are surrounded by commercial buildings and sidewalks with no green space. Unfortunately, what was even worse is we found out after we got here the building was sold to Greystar and we had issues with them in CA, they were very difficult to work with and customer service was not at the forefront. The only good thing here is the maintenance team, they are fabulous, so nothing bad to say there. Another reason to stay away is the delivery system. Don't think the delivery drivers will carry your packages up, no, that would be too hard. Instead, your packages will sit down on the general floor where anyone can take them. It has been a constant sore spot since moving in. They use a parcel system here and that is where all your packages will go, even if you have paid extra to be delivered to your doorway. So, to recap, stay away if you value your peace of mind, a good night's sleep, deliveries to your door, good service and a community, oh, and greenspace with a view. You will not find that here. You might want to look elsewhere if any of this matters to you.
Cadence at Frisco station is a work, life and play experience. From the customer service to the maintenance team everything is on point. I can walk to work and to the bar and be home within minutes all while walking.
The Cadence at Frisco station is an amazing place to live. Walkable community, beautiful building, great amenities! The staff is incredible! They made me feel like family and aim to please. If you were looking for an incredible place to live in the great city of Frisco walkable to the star with everything you could want this is the place for you .
Do NOT move here is you cherish peace and quiet within the walls of your own home. You’ll never get it here. Gridiron Road and Hall of Fame Lane have nonstop cars racing through with modified engines along with motorcycles. The Frisco PD won’t do anything about it. People driving by with extremely loud music blaring from the cars. All the traffic and noise the Star brings with their almost nightly events. What a nightmare. I’m highly considered spending the $7500 just to break my lease for some actual peace. Definitely won’t renew it. I wish I had read this review so I never would’ve signed the lease at all.
The worst experience I had living in this apartment. Had to move to another place because just so many things aren't maintained cleaned or even trash being picked up. Dogs no on their leash and odor so bad in the hallways.

We've lived in a few communities in Frisco, and Cadence at Frisco Station is our favorite! The amenities are great - we love the grills, gym, and close proximity to great restaurants and bars.
Cadence at Frisco Station was a wonderful place to live and met some great new friends through the events the previous management would host. They wanted to know the community and recognized we were the customer. It has completely changed with the new property management. Seems more like a burden when we approach them with any questions, no follow-up and no engagement with the community. Also, they do not enforce rules like overlooking tenants using their unit as a VRBO. Just be friendly, try a little and remember tenants are the customers.
Not what I imagined it to be. Many flaws that never get repair or checked on. People park their cars right in the middle of the street and garage gate usually always open. Doors don't work properly to even enter the apartment. Worse decision I've made.
