I had a bad experience touring another apartment so when I saw this one, I was weary, but when I got there, a young lady named Lisset was very informative and explained everything to me. I am so happy with my new apartment, very thankful for such great customer service I received from the office team since day 1. My move in process was very smooth and fast the property manager, Sandra help me a lot and cared for all my needs I am truly happy we have a great manager that cares for her residents. Besides everything it is in a perfect location near the Hobby airport and so so many places to go eat.

We moved into the Nathaniel a few weeks ago.....I cannot say enough good things about this place and the management! Sandra went above and beyond to help us get the unit we truly desired. Additionally, she worked relentlessly to ensure the move-in experience went as smooth as possible! On move-in day sandra was extremely courteous and helpful in getting all questions and potential issues resolved. The property is extremely clean, safe, and quiet! I came to tour this apartment complex a few weeks ago and was guided by Ms. Sandra! She was very sweet and gave an in-depth tour. She answered all questions and any concerns I had. Her attitude was very positive. She was very patient with me because I know I asked a lot of questions. I’m considering moving to Houston and this apartment complex is where I would like to stay. They are very nice, in my price range, & I loved my tour!

I've been living at The Nathaniel for about 3 months now and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The management team is responsive, friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, often within 24 hours, which is a huge plus. Sandra the manager is doing great, the community is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. I appreciate the thoughtful landscaping and how the grounds are always in great shape. The amenities including the pool, gym, clubhouse, dog park, etc. are top-notch and make everyday life more enjoyable.

They is very poor management. They try to make the apartments seem better then they are. When something breaks they never fix it. They even put a sink faucet as a shower head in my friends shower. These guys just really suck. Highly avoid renting from this place. Houston has way better places then this dump.
Terrible rat problem. My door has been messed up since I moved in and they won’t fix it. Half of the time there is no hot water or water at all. It floods with the smallest rain. The list goes on.
Yes the price tag was a very good reason for me to move in. When we moved in they were still fixing doors, then I left the house for a couple days and there were mice and roaches in the apartment when I came back. There were holes they chose not to fix after countless times asking them to fix it, and they would randomly shut the water off at times and we would have no water. Very unprofessional management. This whole experience was a waste of my time and money. I moved as soon as I could.
There are mice all around people don take there trash to the dumpster they leave it in the hallways ask for my back door to be fixed never got fixed this place is being run down pools are green an wish I would have looked around longer to find nicer place to have my family
moved in at the beginning of October. and I have a roof leak since moving in that has yet to be repaired. this place is filthy dont move here
I have family that live here, and the views are spectacular. every time I have visited, the grounds have been very clean and well-kept. I have lived in many well designed communities and Cabo San Lucas Apartments is top ranked in my book. Very nice kind-hearted and professional staff.
I haven't been here for a month yet but it is simply amazing. The staff is friendly and the service is exceptional. The building itself is very well maintained and looks pristine. The environment around the building is also very safe with access to many shops, restaurants, etc. Great place to start.
I've been living here for about 2 months now and here's what's I can say, great amenities, very friendly on-site staff , and decent street parking. So far, I am very happy about our decision to move here. The neighborhood is also great!! I couldn't recommend them enough!!

I moved in last week and I am in absolute heaven! It's very quiet here and the leasing office staff is so helpful. They have made my move in so easy and any small maintenance touchups that I've needed have been done immediately!!
Even though my experience living in Cabo San Lucas Apartments was too short till now, but was great result so far, It's comfortable to live in a fantastic location surrounded by all required needs, In addition managed by high professional staff of management , employees and service team.

The building is located perfectly in the middle of Houston!! I cant get enough of the spectacular view from my apartment overlooking the entire city and the new amenities. Managers are more than willing to help with anything i need, night time security. Everything looks Amazing here!!
Beautiful, modern building with very welcoming staff. Building manager was very helpful and accommodating. Not all applicants could be present at once so he allowed multiple showings. He worked very closely with myself and our broker, making the whole application process seamless. Highly recommend working with him and commend his staff for being so organized and quick to answer questions along the way!
Have been living here for just under a month and the whole family is loving it. The amenities are fantastic, the maintenance and front desk staff are all friendly and helpful. I can't stop raving about the building to everybody and anybody!
