Property Ratings at Broadstone Vintage Park
I have lived at Broadstone Vintage Park for a year now (08/01/2024 - 09/02/2025) and could not say enough great things. Catherine, the leasing agent has been wonderful in answering my emails and promptly helping me with any requests i have ever had. The community and even the surrounding community is clean and well kept. My building, (bldg 1) was quite and peaceful with no problems. One of the things that impressed me the most was how quick and diligent the maintenance men were with my requests. I didn't have very many, clogged up drains, AC was acting up, and replacing my smoke alarm but each request was followed with some form of communication to coordinate my availability and within 24 hours my service request was taken care of. All of the amenities are wonderful and clean, the people are friendly, and the park being next door is a HUGE plus if you have dogs or are active. It is not very often when you find an apartment that you feel peaceful and safe at and that is exactly how I have felt for the last year. I would renew my lease over and over if I didn't prioritize getting my dog a backyard. Thank you Catherine and Broadstone Vintage Park.
'Staff works continually to keep the property clean and service the needs of the residents. 'Great amenities. Easily accessible to the salons, cleaners, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers gas stations, various places to go for family activities (games, bowling, arcades, etc.). The Vintage is a very clean and quiet area.

The complex is great and the staff is exceptional.
I used to love living here. Going on over three years now and this property continues to go downhill. They don't keep up with the property lawn and landscaping maintenance (everything is dying), they don't enforce pet owners to pick up their poop and it's literally like a danger zone everywhere you go. They allow renter's to put whatever they want in their "back yards" and it looks like trash or an overgrown plant fest. I have repeated asked for pest control to come out to get rid of the bug infestation in my unit for almost 2 months and NO ONE ever shows up but they mark it as "complete." The mail room is a disaster and today I found a homeless lady sitting on the curb outside my apartment. Serious, the rent they charge needs to reflect their service. Frustrated.

I have been living here for only a week and the experience has been wonderful. It is a very quiet, organized, clean environment with a beautiful view of the trail, the social areas are very pleasant and the staff was always willing to help me with the application and move-in procedures. The services they offer make daily life easier. Thank you very much.

This is a very beautiful and well lit with lights throughout the night for safety. The units are gorgeous in the inside with high end Applicances and awesome finishes.

The apartments themselves are nice and new of course, which is why I chose to sign here. However, just like many other complex’s they are built cheaply with insufficient insulation for noise purposes. And noise is a huge issue here, at least for me in my building/ area of the complex. If it’s not the blasting music from peoples cars all of the time, it’s someone’s dog barking or howling for hours, or the upstairs neighbors sounding as though they have mutated into water buffalo possibly, and aimlessly roam about all day and night moving furniture around (somehow still managing to play fetch with their dog inside of the apt, in between). I was ultimately informed “sorry, it really is just a roll of the dice” regarding to whom we have as neighbors and their lack of common courtesy or not. Only adding to the fact of also being given the wrong apt upon moving in, and being stuck with it (long story). Parking is also an issue. I wish I could say that my experience has been great, but it hasn’t. Most of the office staff are very helpful and friendly when needed, and I will definitely give credit where it’s due. Other than the few hiccups that have occurred. Take my review as you wish, but I just figured I’ll be honest about the situation and let others know noise is definitely an issue. Yes, I’m aware that some noise does come with apartment living. But, it should not be to the point of a person being miserable almost 24/7 when at home.

Ive had a great experience here so far. The community and amenities are nice and new and the management, Luca especially, has been really nice and accommodating. The location is great as well.

So far I'm enjoying my home. The parking SUCKS but other than that I'm happy I made this place my new home!!!!!

Residents get to park in front of their building and guests park on the outskirts by the entrance. Broadstone vintage Park is a wonderful new apartment living community. The apartments feature wonderful finishes with high end appliances, and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The office staff is extremely courteous and professional. Location is excellent - I highly recommend this community!

Overall, I really enjoy living in this community. Love the layout of my appartment unit. I usually take a couple of weeks getting used to a new home but at Broadstone, I felt at home the first day I moved in. Management is super friendly and helpful. And the gym is really nice compared to other complexes I visited.

I love how open the apartment floor plan is. Also, the staff is very helpful and the amenities are endless here. Plenty of parking and the gym is just unbelievable.

Broadstone Village Park, is absolutely one of the most gorgeous living community. Im super excited to be living here. Everyone in the leasing office is truly friendly and very knowledgeable of their job. The inside of my unit has just about everything that I need to call this place a HOME.
