Broadstone Post Oak is now managed by RPM and I have seen significant improvements in the property. I have lived here since 2018 and the previous admin was filled with empty promises of renovations and upgrades. I trusted them and only saw rent increases with no improvements. Since the new management, we have already received new carpet, painted walls, and the pool has been redone. Everything looks great and the office staff is very helpful.

My package was stolen from in front of my door, this is an enclosed mid rise, which you need a key fob to get into yet my package was stolen that cost $160. This was actually the second time a package of mine was stolen so I actually try my best to not to have things delivered if I can because I don't live in a safe environment, when I told the office they advised that I speech more money to get a ring camera. There are plenty of communities where you would pay comparable in rent and they have security guards and security cameras. My car was also vandalized in the garage granted they are in between management right now and that happened under old management but there is no adequate security in the garage or cameras. another tenants car window was busted out maybe a week ago. There is no communication that has been coming out alerting of tenants of these crimes so I would like to just warn anyone looking to move here that it is not safe. I saw someone walking their dog around the pool people are having parties at the pool with loud music and weed smoking. I reached out to the new management company which is called RPM living I have yet to hear back. There are so many other nicer communities in this area I encourage others to look elsewhere.

Very decent community close to malls, public transportation and highway. Easy to commute any part of the city. Property management are very co-operative and helpful.

Living here has been great. It was my first time renting an apartment myself and the process was less daunting than I thought. The community is quiet and everyone I have seen has been nice. The location is great and most things I need like grocery stores and the mall are SUPER close. Being able to walk across the street to the gym is a huge plus. Overall very happy.

It’s a good community, I love the location. It is expansive with poor service. Pool is always ice cold and cannot be used anytime in the year.

Need, improvement, need security, need to replace gym equipment, need some tv on for news channels, need to fix coffee, cups and creamer all the time, need gym towel and water bottle at the gym, need to fix parking lights, need to clean hallways smells a lot .

Place sucks! Don't move here because it's unsanitary with roaches! They don't take care of things in a timely manner. You can't relax without roaches crawling!

I've lived here for about 3 months now and honestly; this is the best community I have lived in. I have a view of the lake which is amazing. The community is well kept, and the office staff are super nice. Can't beat it.

Beautiful sleek and modern luxury apartments with a Kodak moment of the Post Oak lake. Easy to access from the freeway and literally walking distance from the mall( trust me I walk to work every day) There is also so many amenities including a virtual golf room, club house and beautiful gym/cycling and yoga areas. Also you have parking access direct to your floor and trash make life easier. Please see a Thom or Louise! They both my made stressful unplanned additional apartment finding so much easier and stress free, they really are phenomenal!
Staff at Broadstone Post Oak are top notch. I love coming home to a clean and and well kept apartment. Maintenance respond to issues at a very manner. I resigned my lease for a second year and the move was smooth.
My truck was broken into and the apartments continued to make excuses when I called to speak to the front office about the issue. I've contacted the corporate office about taking off additional charges on my account, but they are giving me an a difficult time even though I have a voicemail from the front office regarding my move out.
Moved in almost a month ago and love the complex. I can't really think of anything negative in the slightest. The apartment is great. High ceilings, pool, and everything else, but the view of the lake and Williams Tower is outstanding and what makes this complex really stand apart. Jason has been great. Erica and Nicole have also been extremely helpful. And Michael has been helpful as well. Really really love it and excited to live here.
