Property Ratings at Brickell First
I regret to say that my time at Brickell's First Apartment was nothing short of a nightmare. From the exorbitant rent to the abysmal state of the amenities, not to mention the discourteous management, this place left much to be desired. I feel compelled to warn others about the multitude of issues I encountered during my stay. First and foremost, let's address the exorbitant rent. The cost of living in this building is simply unjustifiable given the quality of the apartments and the overall experience. It's clear that Brickell's First Apartment prioritizes profit over the well-being and satisfaction of its residents. Moreover, the management team's attitude towards the tenants was consistently rude and dismissive. Any concerns or complaints were met with indifference or, in some cases, outright hostility. It's astonishing how a company that relies on its residents for its success can be so callous and unresponsive to their needs. The amenities were in an appalling state of disrepair. The fitness center was nothing more than a collection of outdated, malfunctioning equipment. The pool, advertised as a relaxing oasis, was perpetually dirty and uninviting. It's clear that maintenance and cleanliness are not priorities for the management of this establishment. Adding to the litany of problems, the presence of drug dealers and prostitutes was a constant concern. The lack of security measures allowed these individuals to roam freely within the building, creating an unsafe and uncomfortable environment for residents. It's distressing to think that one's safety and well-being are compromised within the supposed sanctuary of their own home. In conclusion, I strongly advise against choosing Brickell's First Apartment as your place of residence. The exorbitant rent, rude management, rundown amenities, and the presence of drug dealers and prostitutes make this building an unsuitable and undesirable place to live. Spare yourself the stress and disappointment and explore other, more reputable options in the area.
Worst apartment complex in brickell, horrible management. Lived here for 2 years and I cannot fit enough into this review. Save yourself the trouble and do not move here

Beautiful community, apartment is very spacious, customer service is the best. This is a community not just a rental building you feel lile part of a family. All the staff is amazing,the manager is great Mrs.Costa takes care of any situation right away. I LOVE LIVING HERE. I would recommend this building 5 stars.
I have been living here for 3 years now. I love the building as it is not too big and busy. I don't hear my neighbors or any noise. Yanellis our property manager is amazing, she is always looking to help the residents. They have the best maintenance staff, security and cleaning. Plus the small gestures such as xmas parties and 4th of july. The property manager really cares about their residents. I love living here!
More than a rental aparment it feels like a home, the holidays are the best, clean, excellent staff, spacious apartments very comfortable, and Yanelis is the best manager! Love it
