Bellrock Summer Street

I am a long-time resident of the community since new construction in 2019. I have experienced much downside, some of which is no fault to management. From inception of leasing, I was able to enjoy a downtown view which was lost since the construction of the property next door. I would appreciate consideration of a reduction in rent due to the loss of that luxury.

Bellrock has been amazing! As someone coming in from out of state, they made it really easy to communicate with them and get everything done that I needed. The apartment has been everything I wanted it to be and more!

Rudy has been incredibly helpful with my maintenance requests! He is always prompt, professional, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of efficiently. I truly appreciate his hard work and dedication. Jenny made my leasing experience absolutely amazing! She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process seamless. Her professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed—thank you, Jenny! Mark is always so helpful! No matter the situation, he is friendly, approachable, and willing to assist in any way he can. His excellent customer service makes a big difference. Thank you for all you do Bellrock Summer team, I love my new apt home!

The unit is very nice I love the space that I have. The hallways, parking garage and over all appearance of the property is really bad. It’s very sad. The residents are defeated and just give up at this point when it comes to the appearance and cleanliness of the unit outside of the apartment. Feels like I live in the ghetto sometimes.

I was really excited to move to bellrock, on the first week the music after 11 form my neighbor was really bad, the elevator is always dirty, I request for one service three times, the key on the app stop working, people on the front desk is really rude, I sent all my info for my emotional support dog before I move in, the day that I move in I ask if everything was ok with my dog and the girl on the front desk say yes, now 5 month later, you are telling me that my doe is wasn't registered, to be honest I'm really disappointment of the Bellrock apartments, I'm just waiting to my contract ends to move from here.

Avoid the headache that these pseudo "luxury" apartments are. This place is far from being luxurious as the facility's site claims. The first red flag I came upon was the previous tenants notice to vacate left on the dirty counter that was supposed to be clean. Her name and info were on their, no respect for privacy. Someone literally got shot while walking their dog across from the cemetery right across the street;I'm talking 10 ft across the street. From what I hear this is not the first violent act. Vehicles have gotten stolen and some apartments have even been broken into. The amount of times I have had to sleep in my own living room because I had to avoid obnoxious,unruly, and loud people that apparently don't work on a random Tuesday night is insane. This place rents out to Airbnb. I have had to tell multiple air bnb tenants to please take their phone calls and balcony parties inside at 3 am when I have to wake up for work at 5:30 am. These people have no manners they roll their eyes at me as if I'm the inconvenience. As I write this at 3:10 am the airbnb renters below me were out drinking,cackling, and pouring beer over the balcony. If you call the after hours number, nothing happens! Another huge issue with this complex is morbidly unregulated parking. The amount of people that park here that do not have a lease is asinine. They don't park on the top floors as instructed, they leave their trash on the garage floor, and management does nothing. They will not get towed like the hazard red signs indicate. If someone parks in 2 spots, management has to approve the tow. Meaning if its after hours you're out of luck.There's a man who even runs a car renting business on the 1st floor,he himself takes 8 spots. Suspicious vehicles wait to sneak in through the gate late at night, probably the same people stealing cars. Some tenants let their dogs urinate in the garage,others pour cooking oil over the parking garage wall onto walkable areas near the dog park. For one that's dangerous for pets and second it's just dirty. I have had multiple packages stolen,which I have also communicated with management about. Safety is of no concern. These units do not house respectable people who abide by rules,and management does not care.

DO NOT sign the lease. Once you signed and it’s over. Get ready to pay for over 1K for all BS cleaning fee and whatever they want to name it. Also They will tell your deposit is ZERO even they made you paid to moved in. Gate is always broken, dog park gate is always broken, EV charging is broken. They like to suck your money and never fix any problems

I lived at this property for 2 1/2 years & its only gotten worse. There is a new management team every 6 months or less. The garage gate is ALWAYS broke & they have frequent car break-ins. The gym temperature is HUMID & annoying to work-out in. There’s always a water leak somewhere in the halls saturating the carpet & they have roaches. And beware upon move out they will charge non-sense fees for leaving a crumb on the counter.

Genial lugar, muy tranquilo, el personal de trabajadores es estupendo y las áreas de recreación se sienten muy relajantes. Además de que todos los servicios de mantenimiento etc. Se cumplen sumamente rapido

Bellrock el lugar ideal para vivir con tu familia , muy lindo, tranquilo , confortable me siento muy feliz de formar parte de esta comunidad estoy muy agredecida con todo el equipo de oficina que nos ayudaron desde el primer día con la realización de la aplicación y todo el proceso, ?? ??

I have lived at this complex for just about 2 years. Since I have been here I have seen 3 different management teams with the most current team being my least favorable. The property is nice but there has been an increase in crime over the past several months. The first week of Jan ‘23, my vehicle & a few others were broken into while in the garage. I immediately reported this to the office & I was told there would be a review of the camera footage and be notified as soon as IT completed this. It is now one month later & I have not heard from the manager. Ive called for a follow up & no one returned my call. The manager also never sent out a community alert of this incidence to fellow residents. In addition, there is a lack of security presence on property. I DO NOT recommend this property with the management team that is currently in place.

If you are thinking of moving here, skip it. It sucks cuz it’s a beautiful property but the tenants living here will make you regret everything. There always dog poo around the hallways, trash bags on the doors, loud music all the time, no control at all at the pool, on holidays or weekends the pool would look like a water park full of people, loud music and you will see people boiling crawfish at the pool. And not even to mention that a couple weeks ago I come home from my job and get received by around 8-9 police patrols because there was a shooting in an apartment. YOU DONT WANT TO LIVE HERE.

Do not live here. Management is horrendous. We have had discrimination issues, noise problems and have feared for our safety in this complex. After explaining our concerns management completely dismissed us. Then the ownership changed again, and in that process was not taking any form of online payments for rent. We were out of town over Labor Day weekend and were notified we were late for payment because we couldn’t hand them a physical cashiers check and when trying to pay in the new portal, it took more than 72 hours for the new system to verify our bank information. Due to their change in payment acceptance and lack of notice and assistance we received an outrageous late fee of over 100 dollars; even though we were only 3 days past due because of their new system. We let the management team know we intended to move at the end of the lease and they did nothing to let us know our requirements or remind us when the 60 day notice was. Now, they are forcing us to pay for additional pro-rated rent because of their negligence and mismanagement, resulting in us being scammed out of 100’s of dollars. If you are thinking about living here please reconsider as this is the shadiest management group I have ever experienced.

The leasing manager is completely UNPROFESSIONAL and rude , also they are infested with ROACHES.. I've talked to multiple of my neighbors and they have the same problem. We reported this disgusting issue multiple time and NOTHING has been done. Do your self a favor and save your money!!!

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. As I type this it's 4am in the morning and a party blasting LOUD music at the pool has been going on for at least 3 hours now. Sadly this isn't unusual. The management does not address ANY resident complaints. These parties are a constant problem, in fact apparently most people that live here don't have careers and can party 24/7 Sunday through Saturday. They have someone who answers calls/complaints after hours and never once have I ever received a call back, though I've been repeatedly told it's part of protocol that they do. There was supposed to be a police officer that lived on site to respond to these complaints but with absolutely everything at this complex that isn't consistent and when I called last week I was told there isn't a police officer/security on site at all. The walls are SO paper thin. You can hear everything from your neighbors conversations as if they were standing in your apartment to god forbid they have a sound system. The turn over rate is the highest of any place I've ever lived and everyone I've spoken to thus far always give the same reason for leaving, yep you got it, inconsiderate resident and poor management. There are way too many apartments with better management in Houston to settle living here. If you value your sleep, if you have an early start to the day, or if and especially if you work in health care DO NOT MOVE HERE. UPDATE 6/5 response to managements canned response: No you DO NOT respond to residents calls ever. Not once. Why don't you do something useful and take care of the issue?! Here it is again after 5am and for 3+ hours now someone has been blasted music. Isn't that a lease violation per the quiet hours clause that YOU have us sign in the lease agreement? So technically isn't management also violating the lease by CONSISTENTLY AND CHRONICALLY choosing to allow this to go on?

Since the day I called to make a tour appointment, to the day I moved in, the whole process was so smooth and had no complications. Staff were so friendly and helpful all the time. 100% recommended

We love living at Broadstone! Great amenities from the rooftop to the yoga studio, clean apartments with beautiful counter tops & features, quiet neighborhood despite it being busy part of town, decent rent rate, and friendly staff. Thank you!

Living at Broadstone Summer has been great. Chris made the leasing experience very easy and answered any questions or concerns about the apartment quickly. The leasing team has been awesome and makes sure that anything we need is taken care of.
