The staff and the maintenance crew have all been super helpful and friendly as we’ve moved in. Apartment is great. My family loves it and my son has already made some friends playing soccer by HEB.

The application and move in process was simple. I felt informed the whole time. The apartment was clean and move in ready I would recommend to anybody wanting to be in the area

I’ve lived here for over a year. While the property has its good moments, the ongoing issues with maintenance and management make it hard to recommend. Smaller frustrations cropped up early on, such as amenities being quietly taken away without explanation (the lobby coffee machine and mail room vending machine disappeared not long after we moved in) and the business centers being left messy or unusable. On their own, those things are minor, but they’re disappointing for a “luxury” property. The bigger problems have been hard to ignore. Repairs take far too long, whether in-unit or throughout the building. The maintenance ticket system is slow, and there is no clear communication about when staff will actually enter your apartment. Visits feel random, which has led to multiple coordination issues on my end and has left my partner uncomfortable with them dropping in unannounced. When a resident on the 4th floor caused major water damage, it still took over six months before all repairs were finished in my unit. During that time, parts of my apartment were essentially unusable. The fire alarm system has also been a nightmare. It has gone off repeatedly without being fixed properly, to the point where residents don’t even take it seriously anymore. That is not just an inconvenience, it is a safety concern. Overall, when everything is working properly, the apartments themselves are nice. But the lack of consistent upkeep and poor follow-through from management has made living here frustrating. Unless things change, I would not recommend signing a lease at Bell Frisco Market Center Phase 2.

Very nice and cozy apartments with cool amenities and the staff here is awesome. Apartments are close to a few shopping centers and located in the middle of everything!

All staff has been so kind & has answered all of the questions I have, since moving in! Since moving in, I haven’t had any experiences with disturbing/ loud neighbors. My experience living here has been peaceful and welcoming!

Blanca has always did whatever she could to help me so I am graceful to have her working in the office and also the African American young man has always been very helpful and I appreciate at that.

Alexis in the office is great! She is always really helpful. Maintenance staff is great! work is always done efficiently.The amenities are where it is lacking, gym equipment is always broken. The key fobs for the 2nd building are always needing to be re calibrated to work on most of the entrances which is a pain point to have to go into the office constantly and having to get it reconnected

Complex seems really nice! I love my pool view and large balcony! All the residents I have met so far are very friendly. I really like that my apartment is close to both the elevator and parking garage.

I love living here. Neighbors are nice and quiet. Staff is very friendly, and maintenance is quick! The grounds are well-kept and parking is effortless.

The apartments are nice and the location is good. The administration aspect is a little unorganized- some employees know what they're doing and seem to care more than others but as long as you work with the right person, it's a good experience.

Hallways smell. Elevator doesn’t work. Random people come into the building so easily. No security at all. Neighbors are always loud. Trash is everywhere

Honest review is first apartment was a stressful rocky start (hence the 3 stars) but after discussing issues in that one they accommodated very well and we love the apartment we are in now. I appreciate all the understanding and assistance in the new place. Review will go up from how it moves forwards in good direction.

Great! From everyone with the staff to all the neighbors. This place is beautiful! Well kept and clean! Our apartment is very spacious with and awesome view of the pool!

Move in was easy and Alexis helped me every step of the way. My apt is the perfect space for me and my ESA. Maintenance helped me with my dishwasher within 30 mins of asking for assistance. Everyone has been so lovely and I feel right at home

The apartment was immaculate upon move-in, and I'm really impressed with the layout and overall quality. It's clear that the management takes pride in maintaining the property. I'm excited to explore the neighborhood and truly make this place my own. Highly recommend!

Overall it’s a great place to live. The maintenance team does a great job at responding to and fulfilling requests quickly. I can see all the improvements they’re making and effort they’re putting in to maintain and spruce up the place.

Absolutely love this place. Quiet and always well kept. Foa a hard working senior citizen, this place is perfect. I especially like the respect all of my neighbors have for everyone around. Really easy to live here!

The location of the apartment is very good. I have lived here for 8 months and the manager I initially worked with left last fall. I think I should’ve been told about the daily construction below my unit. It is extremely noisy every morning and continues through most of the day. It’s not just the equipment, but the workers talk loudly. The garbage cost is excessive. This is the fourth apartment I have leased in the area and I have never paid so much! It’s $30 for Valet Trash and then $40-50 per month more. I was told other building isn’t billed this way. I think the management should be proactively trying to change this. The trash chute rooms are filthy and people just throw their trash on the floor because there are rats in them! I also have had packages stolen even though my delivery instructions say to use LuxerOne which is great when it’s used. The office staff has been professional and helpful.

Decent community with all amenities near by, great location next to DNT , very accessible to all shopping areas. Right next to HEB and lifetime which are within walking distance

So far so good. Regarding the WIP in the community there is no hassle that i have faced. Especially the maintenance requests are handled right.

We like it just have to get everything in order and also learn our way around, I have gotten lost a few times but I’m sure in time it will get easier, we also have a neighbor over head and they have a curtain hanging from their balcony and it looks bad because it comes down to my level

I enjoy living here. A few things that are frustrating are the fire alarms go off a lot. It's in a great location. The ground are kept clean.

I would give less than one star if I could. My sink has been leaking onto the floor and maintenance continues to not repair the issue and management has been unable to offer any assistance. Beyond that there have been constant issues with loss of power/water/every day it is something else. Almost none of the doors work properly and the hallways are disgusting and smell terrible. I cannot wait for my lease to end so that i can get away from this mismanaged dump

Bell Frisco Market Center is a place that values its tenants' investment. Maintenance of common areas is constant, the apartments are beautiful, and you receive excellent quality accommodations and service at a competitive price.

All is well within the walls of this building, where harmony thrives and a sense of community flourishes. The atmosphere is vibrant, filled with the laughter of neighbors and the comforting hum of daily life. Each corner reflects a tone of positivity, making it a truly welcoming place to be.

When i first moved in the apartments, it was nice and safe. I didn’t have too many problems and the price was reasonable. Now, since new management, it’s like a problem happens every other work. They take weeks to fix things, communication is non existent. The actual gate inside the garage still doesn’t work and that hasn’t been fixed since i moved in and that May of 2022, it’s been broke since July, so paying for safety when it’s not there is insane.

Move in was made as easy as possible, very nice leasing agents and neighbors. I love the amenities and aspects that make moving in easier. The elevator and the parking garage are a huge plus.

I absolutely love my Bell Frisco Market apartment and community. No problems whatsoever! If something goes wrong in my apartment, like say a clogged drain, I write about it in repairs and without fail, 24 hours later, it is fixed! The community is also amazing. People and families of all kinds, and everyone respects their neighbors and neighborhood. Quiet. The place is quiet all the time. Love it! I recommend the place daily. Even a number of my teaching colleagues have come and become residents! Super great place and a very decent price!

So far, I love the property and inside my unit. The view I have of the pool is beautiful and so is inside my apartment. I was worried about not having enough space since the apartment I chose was not my first choice, but everything seems to be working out the more I get my things situated. The only con that I have is the heavy footsteps and screaming of my top neighbors. Other than that my move was very smooth and the leasing office was a big help in my transition to Bell Frisco.

Everything is good. Staffs are friendly. I love this place. Nice apartments, cozy and light enough. It is located near H-E-B so i can go shopping without a car!

It's nice place to live.everthing is near by the heb petrol pump pharmacy day care target .lot of parking available . It's so affordable .

This property is not luxury. Many people who live here are disrespectful, dirty, and slow. They leave garbage around, they make too much, they steal your packages, and they leave shopping carts everywhere. You will not have a peaceful night's sleep. Look at the cost of the apartment and the specials they run. There is a reason why the property is in disrepair. The worst people are able to rent here, so good luck.

Late rent fees are horrible, rent rate is too high, apartment is too small, nosy neighbors and hallways, dogs barking, parking too close to my vehicle, office never answers phone, switching managers and hallways look the same.

So far so good. only on day 3 here. Staff checked in to make sure move in went well. Parking garage is something I didn’t have before and now know I always needed it.

I love my apartment. Love the space I have. It is very spacious. I have a good view apartment facing the pond. I love that my guest doesn't have to enter my bedroom to get to the bathroom. Love the location it's close to different restaurants Frisco downtown and close to the highway.

So far have really enjoyed the atmosphere and community. Still try to figure out everything and learn my way around. If yall ever look to expand or add something a putting green would be awesome.

The community is not good at the moment. It doesn’t feel at all like a commmunity. I have always been able to tell what apartments are good based on this culture. There is not a culture here nor does it strive to be. If you want a place to come and go and not know your neighbors this is the place. It’s very transactional, dog eat dog and no respect for the other.

Good place to live, close to major routes, Frisco downtown, Frisco library, Toyota stadium, elementary School and high school walkable, restaurants, heb. Everything is ok, front office organizes community gatherings..... concerning things elevators and annoying fire alarms.

I had a smooth move into the property. The staff is super helpful, maintenance came quickly as well. The community is nice and quiet with a great location.

Living here has been great. It’s quiet and the people are all friendly. Staff is quick to fix any issues that do pop up. The grounds are nice too. A really great area to walk my dog

New apartments and good resident events. The management is also good. They are available most of the time. I have been living here since 2020.

The staff is wonderful, however no one ever answered the phones. Once there it seemed the issue was they are understaffed. But, I digress the staff was super helpful and friendly. The process of getting approved was fast and easy.

apartment is cheap. good location to HEB. looks fine and repair are fast in response. so far so good and i hope they can offer more discount.

Seems like everything is getting worse. Place is too dirty. The other residents seem like they don’t care about the mess or are the ones leaving a mess. Elevator keeps on breaking. Pretty much no security with all these doors being broken

Good place. I like living here so far, it’s a nice place. Lots of kind people. Great area. Would raise kids around here. Love Frisco. Very convenient location

I had a lot of initial issues upon move in including a 6 hour delay from being able to actually move into the unit due to them redoing the flooring . There were additional issues including lack of AC, and plumbing problems, but the biggest perk with the property is they responded to ALL issues the next day and handled them within a max of an hour (minus the AC since I needed a new unit entirely). Ever since the whole situation with my apt they've been on top of responding to requests. Property is well maintained and the apartment is very spacious and modern. There is a large amount of spiders within the balconies and at night youll find a bunch of rabbits and even mice wandering nearby, although they do have rat traps all throughout the perimeter of the property. Definitely recommend checking them out and maybe calling the day before your expected move date to make sure it's actually ready

The Bell is really nice very quiet and I’m a good location it’s like a hidden gem. Love the waterfall and that it’s right by the great H-E-B!!
