Bailey Crossing is a peaceful and beautiful place to live. The maintenance staff is top-notch in responding to and resolving issues. The community has a well-kept Fitness center, a Pool, and recreation rooms.

The apartment itself is great. But the elevator inconvenience makes the garage messy and more time waiting for the other elevator (longest time I waited for an elevator for 16 minutes and it still didn’t come). That’s why they design two elevators for one building. The trash room usually have a bad smell because some people won’t throw the trash properly. Service team responds quickly that’s the good thing. Pet friendly is also great.security is good and bad the both way. I have been into a situation which my phone died and nobody can help me to open the door I have to go to a hotel. I don’t understand why they stop using the fob. Or just give them to elder people. The package delivery and the trash service are useless and a waste of money.

In 2016, my husband and I moved to Bailey's Crossing from The Lansburgh in DC's Penn Quarter and we have NEVER looked back. There is simply no comparison between the two properties. I am a trial attorney working in the District of Columbia courts, and while I once walked to court, I am able to hop on the shuttle to the metro should I desire. Every kind of shopping imaginable is close by, however, the biggest appeal of Bailey's Crossing is its people. This is especially so because the gorgeous apartment homes and lovely grounds speak for themselves! From management and maintenance staff to the contractors that keep the grounds and buildings looking beautiful and pristine--all these people make Bailey's Crossing a truly special and most desirable place to call home. As a one-time landlord-tenant specialist, I understand better than some the challenges faced by both management and tenants. Here at Bailey's Crossing, I have seen first-hand how everyone works as a team to create and preserve our sense of community. Bailey's Crossing is a wonderful place to make your home!

I have lived here for just a few weeks and have no complaints. The space is perfect. Layout is just what I needed and the community is beautiful overall. I went from owning to renting and appreciate the low amount of maintenance at this phase. From touring to moving in, I was done in 3 days and the process was expedient because of the exceptional customer service. I toured 4 properties the day I came to Baileys and what really sold me was the customer service because that is a factor I will have to deal with throughout my time here. I highly recommend.

I love living in Bailey’s Crossing. I like all of the amenities, the gym and the pool are my favorites. I also love there’s a party room that you may rent for larger gatherings. As a dog owner, I appreciate that they provide doggy bags and trash cans to clean up after my pup. I feel very safe in this community and the residents are especially friendly.

I have been here since May. Good place to live. Everyone has been helpful. Thus far, problems raised have been handled promptly. Continuing issues -- middle elevator in building A has a mind of its own. Much appreciate the prompt response on the trash and waste issue in the trash/recycling closet.

Can’t say enough good things about this community. The maintenance is superb and management is stellar! Management has set the bar high on how to properly manage a community, that in afraid to consider moving else where.

Living here was wonderful, perfect maintenance staff, all problems I had got resolved quickly and on time. Clean common areas, the gym and pool is one of the perks of living here as well as the peaceful atmosphere.

Overall the apartment was OK. The trash service is disgusting and the package service is extremely inconvenient. The walls are too thin and I can hear my neighbors on every side of the apartment.

We have lived at Bailey's Crossing since 2016 and would not consider living anywhere else! The staff are friendly, professional, and responsive to all requests. The community is beautiful and well-maintained. Our apartment home is gorgeous and spacious! Bailey's Crossing is located near shops and 395; there is also a shuttle to the metro. All you can desire will be found at Bailey's Crossing!

Bailey’s Crossing is an excellent apartment complex. The staffs are very qualified and work very hard to keep the complex spotless and the grounds clean. Friends and family that visit always comment on the upkeep. It’s the same for the grounds and the amenities provided. Having lived here first in a 2 bedroom and changed to a 1 bedroom with a small den has made no difference. The entire complex is great. Sometimes we are provided entertainment which is nice since it gives us a chance to know our neighbors. It is really special during the holidays. I think most of us look forward to attending the entertainment during that time if we are not traveling.

Here for 3 months now, and loving it. Maintenance works quickly. My first time putting a request, I was thinking what’s the point, as where we used to live, it would take weeks to months to get something fixed. Mom insisted, and well it got fixed as quickly as possible, within a week, due to a part delivery. Communication throughout is helpful. And so far consistent since. Makes me proud of living here and eager to recommend.
Every step above you. Every conversation. My apartment actually shakes when the neighbor above stomps around. Day and night disruptions. Can’t wait to move.

We have lived at Bailey's Crossing since 2014 and love it! The apartments are beautiful but what makes Bailey's truly special are the people. The maintenance staff is first-rate!! Also, we have had great experiences with everyone in the management office. We recommend living at Bailey's Crossing without hesitation, whether you are a family, a couple, or a single person!

I looked at apartments for 2 1/2 months and Bailey's Crossing Apartments was the ONLY one that reviews were not negative for any reason going back a few months. All others had mentions of roaches or other insect/bug problems and that worried me. Bailey's Crossing was a bit more, but I believe it has been worth moving in... it is quiet and with underground parking, it really isn't bad at all.

Bailey’s Crossing is an excellent community to reside in. It’s very secure, we have a safe parking garage that requires an entry card, always clean and the maintenance group really work hard. The location provides easy access to highways, grocery stores, pharmacy, local shops for gifts and cards. It’s also very insulated, I never hear sounds coming from other apartments. I am very comfortable and happy with all the surroundings.
