When I went to the office Ms. Raquel and Brianna were very professional, and kind, they answer my question and concerns. I do recommend you to live here, is a nice place.
New management is making a lot of changes and the staff is very friendly.

I see that things are starting to improve. They are getting ready to paint, buildings are being torn down and the laundry room changed.
The community has a new management and they are making changes to it, the staff is very helpful and maintenance take care of your issues prompt.
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO EVEN HAVE A THOUGHT OF LIVING. IT IS RIDICULOUS WHAT YOU PAY HERE FOR RENT AND THE SERVICES THAT YOU RECEIVE. THE MANAGEMENT DRAGS THEIR FEET WHEN IT COMES TO MAINTENANCE. NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN. THEY HAVE 1 SECURITY GUARD THAT COMES EVERY NOW AND AGAIN. PEOPLE BREAK IN YOUR APARTMENT AND THE OFFICE IS NO HELP AS THE SO CALLED SURVEILLANCE IS NOT WORKING. THIS IS A BIG RED FLAG ZONE. GUNSHOT, DEAD BODY, FIGHTS, THEFT YOU NAME IT, IT IS THERE. ALL I CAN SAY FOR PEOPLE IF YOU CANT DO NO BETTER BECAUSE OF WHAT EVER YOUR SITUATION IS BE CAREFUL BE CAREFUL WISH THERE WAS A 0 RATING BUT I ONLY PUT 1 SO I COULD POST.
If I could rate zero stars I would. Bed bug infestation, roaches, horrible management, water not work on weekends and no one to call for emergency repairs. Don't care about your well being they just want your money. They won't work with you and I'm not talking about paying rent because I've NEVER been late. They should shut these apartments down or get new management and better communication skills. Stay FAR away from Sago Palms unless you don't care where you lay your head.
THIS PLACE HERE HAVE ALL KIND OF JUST WRONG HERE. 1. THEY DON'T HAVE HOT WATER ALL THE TIME. 2 THEY HAVE BEDBUGS. ROCHERS RATS ''YES'' RATES AND THAT'S JUST A FEW THING GOING ON OV. HERE POEPLE DON;T WANT TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT THERE ARE NOT GOING TO FIX. AND THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RATS & ROCHERS THAT THEY WILL NOT GET REED OF. PLEASE SOMEBODY NEED TO CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND TELL THEM THAT THEY NEED TO COME NOW AND FINE THIS PLACE. FOR THE KIDS ARE GOING WITH OUT OVER HERE ON A DAILY BASE VEREY DAY. AND THAT'S NOT RIGHT AT ALL.
It a stepping to most. What bothers me is the environment not a place to raise your children safety is my concern when u have children.
This is a horrible nightmare. Crime infested and I am unemployed and not able to move. It floods and I have to carry rain boots with me when it rains. I have had 6 different neighbors in the 2 1/2 years I have been here. And some some times I didn't have neighbors for a few months. I have not signed a new lease because I do not want be stuck in a lease. Right now my florescent kitchen light is out, it have been out for 4 days. When I call the office the phone is busy. And when it rings no one answers. I have to send them emails, or go the office. They only have one phone line and it don't even have call waiting. And now I have a mice and flea problem.
Roach infested! Maintenance takes weeks to come out! My toilet pipe busted and it took someone 13 days to come and fix it... water was leaking in the wall and on my floor the entire time! My kitchen sink has been leaking for nearly 6 months!
Not a good environment to leave the apartments handling not great they take advantage of they job to control you. Property manger not great.
