Evansdale is a peaceful wooded neighborhood situated about 30 miles south of Washington, DC. Evansdale is made up of cozy neighborhoods, a few service shops, and a middle school. Large shopping plazas are located off the Minnieville Road and Dale Boulevard Intersection outside of the northern corner of town, or residents can travel a bit farther to premier shopping destinations like the Potomac Mills Mall. Outdoor recreation is available south of the neighborhood at the expansive Prince William Forest Park. Evansdale’s neighborhoods mostly include permanent homes, but there are a few apartment options available towards the northern edge of town.

So far great experience living here. Maintenance is extremely fast and responsive. Like within the hour of putting in request online they show up. Valet trash is nice to have for when I don't feel like walking to the dumpster.

Don’t stay here I had two Dobermans and they complain and clearly states in the lease that you can’t have Pitbulls the whole neighborhood has pitbull’s and nobody complained about my dogs and I was always at work. My dogs never disturbed anybody.

Great place to live. Quiet, safe, neighbors are friendly and maintenance responds to and fixes any problems quickly. The leasing office is friendly and helpful. There is a playground for the kids, next to the pool. You can barbecue at the pool.

Whatever your financial situation, I assure you, you can find a better place to live. The air conditioning frequently broke - their solution was merely to restart it. The trash pickup has no rules (for example, trash can only be put out after 6pm), so you will have bags of trash outside your door in the entryway every day, all day. I could hear my neighbors yawn. Management was extremely rude and unhelpful. Noise rules were not enforced. Smoking rules were not enforced. I deeply regret renting here.

I moved in a month ago. I can't count how many times I've had to call maintenance. The AC unit breaks constantly, loose hardware and electrical sockets, holes in the doors, poorly patched holes in the walls, dishwasher smells like something died in it, some mystery oil seeping above the stove that returns every time I clean it. I am now stuck here in a 15 month lease paying way too much money for these issues to keep popping up. I will say that maintenance has been responsive and the staff has been friendly, but it's like whack a mole with new peoplems popping up almost every day. I'm writing this from my 81 degree and climbing apartment in a horrible heat wave. I absolutely regret living here, it is going to be a long 14 months counting the days until i can move.

the neighborhood is quiet and not much goes on, outside of apartments have been updated but the inside is quite dated. floors creak alot, kitchen and bathroom floors are peel and stick tile, which peels up since they were not installed correctly. lots of dogs and is quite dog friendly, however nobody enforces leash laws and the dog park lacks care sometimes. trash pickup is okay, sometimes it builds up outside the doors. no bugs or pest.
Since I moved in in March 2021 all of my maintenance requests have been taken care of either right away or within 48 hours. The maintenance team is very friendly and professional.
I live living here because its close to everything I need
Havana Stoney Ridge Apartments is an amazing place to live. I praise God every moment in this apartment knowing that there is help just a touch away if it is needed. The staff is amazing, the maintenance team is A , neighbors are fantastic!

All in all this is a very nicely laid out community, with many mature trees for your enjoyment, whether you want to take a stroll or cook out by the pool area.

Don’t move here. This place is horrible & they delete reviews. Everything breaks down & if I wasn’t in a lease I’d move today.
