The community is great. My kids and I love it here and the amenities are easy to access. Everything is walking distance, but some grocery stores require the bus or a car to get to them. Overall, its a great community and its very quiet

I've lived here at Northlake for over 10 years and have enjoyed it most of the time, with the one caveat and that is the neighbors you get you cannot choose and it's basically the luck of the draw .I've had good neighbors and I've had horrible Neighbors.

Very poor experience.not easy access to the gym.they said that it is not smoke community,but people still smoke inside their building disturbing other who don't smoke and when you report them they don't do nothing to hold them accountable.

Maintenance at Nortlake is great. Requests that I have made have been handled the same day. If it wasn’t for the Roaches (my biggest issue), I would definitely want to stay a longer term. As It’s just enough space for me and my teenager.

Avana Northlake is a nice place to reside. I don’t worry about crimes, etc in the community. For the most part it’s very quiet in the neighborhood. The exterior is always kept up and clean. They also keep the hallways clean and vacuumed, and maintenance is VERY quick to respond and handle your needs.

Residents must have access to fitness room just like other apartments where they use “key fobs”, but this place does not have it. This place needs a change to better improve satisfactions while resources and office hours being cut down.
The management at Northlake is very nice and helpful. The grounds are clean and well taken care of.

I don't really complain about things a lot. But this time I am just so upset with the service team of Avana Northlake. They never called me back even I had their word said that they would. They stood me up for appointment. I was interested in the apartment at Avana Northlake and needed some clarifications from them. I called them 11 times in total, every single time, they said they would get back to me but none of them ever did. Even they said "I am sure I will call you back". I called them again they would just say they were too busy and didn't have the time. I had an appointment for a virtual tour today at 12:30pm today. I didn't receive the link ahead of time. So I called at 12:15pm to ask for the link, the guy said the appointment is still on and he would send me the link right away, so I believed him, again I never received the link. I called again at 12:30 to ask for the link and they said they will forward the message and get back to me. Nothing again. I talked to a lot of them staff member and I don't want to mention their names. I was really shocked with the service quality of this team. Definitely the worst I have ever seen.
