Administration won’t enforce the “100% smoke free” rule. I’ve had a constant problem for 2 years with the residents below and the office has continuously lied in saying they’ll resolve it
You can need help and they will not care. You can also have an elevator with no light for three weeks because they don’t care. If you’re looking for a place to live, don’t come here, unless there’s a new administration
All of the staff are considerate, and professional. Request or concerns are addressed with courtesy, importance and urgency.

It is a good condominium, but there are many people in the community who do not take care of the common areas, they were beautiful but they have deteriorated a lot. my neighbors spend their time yelling and fighting. was quiet before.

Just moved in last week. Love the location and amenities are good. It is your standard apartment complex with some luxury features added in. Everyone seems to be nice and they make an effort to provide satisfactory service. If something slips through the cracks they try to place a priority to fix the issue.

As a longtime resident, I'm experiencing first-hand the positive changes that are taking place, progressing from what I perceived to be one of a good-very good status to one now of excellence. From the regular, frequent email, text and other notifications from the management team to keep us updated; to the local police who reside here on property and strive to keep us feeling secure; to the staff's initiating community building through their breakfast socials, an Easter egg hunt, and now weekly visits from local food truck vendors; to the outside landscape companies' regularly maintaining and now beautifying our grounds; to the maintenance team's performing regular checks to upkeep the common areas, such as the pool, business center and gym, I'd recommend that people in need of apartment living space take a look at what's happening here and schedule a visit.

We moved into Bell Frisco in January. The location is close to grocery stores, Target, Walmart, movie theaters, restaurants, etc. The Office and Maintenace staff are professional and courteous. My son uses the Fitness Center regularly. We really like our apartment and have recommended it to a couple of our friends for a place.

When I learned of being approved for my new apartment I was extremely excited. I did everything that was asked of me to provide upon my move in date. You cannot imagine my disappointment when I arrived that morning to pay my rent and accept the keys only be informed that the carpet cleaners were coming sometime that day. I had to postpone my move-in because of this. When I did get to move in, it was obvious nothing towards making my apartment ready had been done. I do like this apartment community and I do like the apartment.
Unacceptable!! A whole week elevator and living on the fourth floor! Not updates about it at all

It is a nice, quiet, clean, well-kept place to live. Residents and Apartment staff are friendly and helpful. There were not many maintence issues, but requests can be called in or placed on-line - either way repairs are completed promptly.

Pros : Its a great apartment , located right on the FM423, lots of shops around, we love the balcony view, Cons: we had few issue with maintenance team during initial days, some of them are rude and some of them are good. lots of dogs , so poops are inevitable , cleanliness can be improved.

Nice apartment , never had a bad experience until my ac went out for over a month and only getting it fixed urgently because it was 20 degrees outside instead of 80. I also had to reach out 85% of the time to keep reminding them it was hot or freezing.

Here only one month; great experience so far. Excellent location. Unit was exceptionally clean at move-in. Airy and flowing floor plan and nice stainless appliances. Lease rates in line with other communities. Receptive and responsive leasing staff.

I’ve lived here for over a year now and I must say this is the worst run apartment complex I’ve lived in. This is not based on one isolated experience. The staff are receptive and somewhat helpful but the trade off is the apartment and the grounds. The people living in the complex aren’t the most friendly or respectful. The gym closes when the office closes...only open 9-5! The pool is only open during office hours too. The exterior lights of our building have been out for weeks now despite telling the office about it. I definitely don’t feel the safest here.

They would also be glad to assist if ever there are any children unattended there. We certainly understand your frustration with the limited amenity hours; unfortunately, this is to ensure management can monitor the safety of each area and can enforce any CDC recommendations. Everything is actually really good. Gym could use leg adductor and abductor machine but other than that it is very satisfactory.

Living here is great. Quiet. Clean. Upkeep of open areas kept clean. Especially the childrens play area. I would recommend it to anyone. Parking is convenient also.

I would not recommend living at Bell Main to anyone unless they like to have constant issues. The motto is "Hassle Free Living" but the reality is quite the opposite in my experience.

I feel that during these times with the virus, Bell Partners isn't doing enough to accommodate its residents. At the very least, removing the online service fee to pay rent online. It is disappointing not seeing enough initiative taken in certain areas.
