Property Ratings at Atlantic Station West
After 13 years in NYC, I decided to leave to provide a safer and more serene atmosphere for myself and my dog. I was directed to Atlantic Station by a leasing professional at a competitor in the area and I’m so thankful for his direction. I met with Luke and he is so sweet and knowledgeable. He listened to everything that I cared about most and found me an apartment that was better than I even imagined! I knew I could trust him (which I usually don’t do easily) and I’m so glad I did! On my move date my movers forgot I was scheduled so I ended up being three hours late, but David from the leasing office was flexible, warm and most importantly extremely calming to my nerves! All of the building staff and leasing office have been so impressive in their demeanor and helpfulness. There must be something in the water because everyone is so happy! I thought I would miss NYC, but I don’t think I could ever go back. Every aspect of my life has massively improved and I can’t believe how happy I am. Best decision I have ever made!

Luke Stone was incredibly helpful through the entire process. I appreciate the assistance of the staff in making the move-in process as seamless as possible.
I have been living in ASW for a year, and I am happy with everything, therefore, I extended my stay. The people are kind and helpful. When a problem occurs in the building, the team takes action immediately and make the announcement on time. Monthly social activities are very diverse and they are great opportunities to meet neighbors. Every part of the building is very clean. In short, I highly recommend to live in ASW.
ASW is a wonderful place to live. I love the events compared to other places I lived. It’s quiet and residents are friendly. The staff is amazing and go beyond their duties. Eshay, Braxton, Fiona and Tjana, and Glenda make my day all the time. Glad to be apart of the community.
Great location, clean facility, responsive maintenance staff ... the apartment units are clean and crisply designed. The neutral tones can fit any style.
Great staff, beautiful buildings, convenient location
The building does a very good job keeping the building at a high-standard. The staff is dedicated to maintaining the interaction (interface) with residents at the hi-end level for which the building is marketed. The management takes all (in my opinion) requests or concerns seriously and addresses them quickly.
Since moving into Atlantic Station west 8 months ago.i could not be happier with my decision.we feel at home and have made new friends.which is a plus. The staff here are friendly and keep this place perfect. Maintenance are always on point and take care if any problems we have straight away.overall i would recommend Atlantic Station west to my friends and family.

My glowing review has changed since living here. Expect maintenance to use their access to walk into your apartment without permission, even after you've asked them not to. Expect loud alarms going off with no explanation. Expect the pool to always be cold even in the summer. Expect them to lie and tell you no one has lived in your apartment before you but things were broken before we moved in. Maintenance accused us of breaking it. Lastly, expect to deep clean before moving out because they will charge $140 for any small dust they find! The front desk staff was the only plus side

I moved Atlantic Station West about a month ago, and I am very happy with my decision. Mike Philippe was awesome and super helpful since the moment I made a visit to see the available units. He explained the process very clearly and was very patient to guide me to complete the paper works on time, and made my move in very easy. All the staffs have been very helpful and kind so far. I am very happy in ASW and hoping to live here more than my current lease term.

ASW is a gorgeous building in a great location! The apartments are spacious with full size appliances, and the amenities are amazing. But it's the extra touches, like friendly and quick maintenance services, chocolate in the lobby, and fun community events, that really make ASW a luxurious living experience.
