Sharpstown is a diverse urban neighborhood located about 12 miles southwest of Downtown Houston. As one of the first communities in Houston, this historic neighborhood features affordable post-World War II bungalows, modern houses, and chic apartments available for rent. I’m very pleased with the new management and the staff that we have. They are very professional and with excellent customer service. I’ve lived at Sands Point for 4 years and never had any problem with maintenance or the leasing staff. Nancy the Manager and Wendy have been very helpful with my request. Every time I’ve call they make sure maintenance gets to my apartment on time. Keep up the good work girls.

Yes if you do something about parking spots because some of the residents are using all of theme every day so when real visitors came there is no where to park. And now looks like you are charging for everything now we have to pay one more bill
Well at the beginning it was fine. These apartments are infested with roaches. I have done all that i can do to get rid of these pests but to no avail. There have been may times where I've called the management but they have not done anything about it. These apartments are very quiet. No one bother anyone and all the neighbors are nice but my only complaint are the pests.
