Extremely peace, clean and nice to live. The staff and neighbors are excellent. I would rate this community 10 out of 10. If you do not have a home this will be the perfect suggestion.
Fantastic place. My apartment is quite, spacious and comfortable. All staff members are all extremely nice. Our experience is positive and I'd definitely recommend it.
Just moved in and the experience so far is fantastic! love the apartments, the service at the front desk and the amenities, it's all just beautiful! the 6th floor rooftop is also just gorgeous!
Everyone here is very respectful and friendly. When and if there is any issue with appliances and living spaces, they will resolve it as soon as possible. I recommend this place to everyone.

Arrive Upper Kirby is a stand out place from the other residences in Houston. It's very quite and secure with 24 hour security. Upper Kirby is prime location for being a central location in Houston. The views in this high rise are immaculate especially during sunrise and sunset! The pool has a very Miami 1 feel and the residence community has events throughout the month. This building is amazing. It's been 2 years I'm living here and I would not move for another place except if I buy a house! The floor plans are very unique and the appliances are the best in town. The quality of service it amazing. The maintenance team with Julian and Daniel are on point. The leasing office team with armando, Quyn, Lynn etc are the best. The building has taken a rapid turn for the worse since new management has come in. Broken fixtures & stained carpets in common areas, valet is completely incompetent as well as the leasing office. Several of the elevators have been out of service for weeks. After all the issues they have had and they still want to raise your rent astronomically. The cherry on top was that maintenance decided to throw away stuff I had in my apartment before my lease was up.
