We moved to Arrive in late May. This summer has been great as the outdoor pool is kept so clean and there are plenty of chairs to enjoy the sunshine! We enjoy all the outdoor walking spaces as well. The grill stations are a bonus for outdoor cooking! We missed the Ice Cream social and National Night out as we had other plans, but like that the community plans special events for all to participate in!

apartment's location is very convenient and amenities are well-kept. apartment walls are relatively thin, so you can hear your neighbors sometimes, and sometimes pet owners may not clean up after their pets. unit itself is spacious, and maintenance team is very helpful.

I love living here. Having an apartment that faces the back courtyard is so relaxing with the sound of the pond fountain, the geese, ducks, rabbits and squirrels to watch and being able to sit on my balcony and enjoy it all. The office team responds to maintenance tickets immediately and they communicate a frequently with any community issues.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Maintenance is quick and efficient! The amenities are amazing! I have never gotten any mail stolen, which was a big issue at my last apartment. The in unit washer and dryer are game changing!

Rate has continued to increase, but after 5 years I still have uncleared ducts and a problem with excessive dust. My washer, dryer and refrigerator are very old.

The staff and community has been very friendly and welcoming! A star taken away due to upon move on I found a few things that were not deep cleaned by the cleaning team such as the laundry machine, bath tub, and kitchen. Not a big deal since you can go in and throughly clean it. Overall, Arrive has been a pleasant experience!

Overall, I love this peaceful place; it's a place for the soul. The neighbors here are nice and calm, the staff is friendly and helpful, the area is well-kept, and garbage is taken out almost every day. 1. Sliding doors to storage rooms. They constantly work poorly, jam, and are difficult to open. 2. Blinds in the living room. Those plastic blinds are falling off like a goose's feathers. We deal with them all the time. 3. In our building, the furniture was replaced with iron chairs and lobby tables. I think it's terrible because you can't sit on these chairs If you don't want to catch a cold in your internal organs. The staff works well. I especially like our manager Erin. All questions are resolved quickly and with a smile. I also like the main house maintenance worker. He always arrives quickly to calls and reads or changes what is needed. I like the family of cleaners in our building, I see them almost daily.

Recently moved in. Slightly run down but has everything you need. Large and newly renovated gym. Definitely an affordable apartment for the location.

After touring 9 apartment communities in Chanhassen, Eden Prairie, St. Louis Park and Minnetonka, I chose Arrive Minnetonka. At Arrive Minnetonka, I found a 32 acre park-like community with ponds and water ways wrapped around a European village of custom apartment homes. I enjoy a view of the ponds, geese, ducks and pool from my living room and bedroom. My generous entry way and floor plan leads to French doors, a den, bedroom, several large closets, a dining area, 4 stool bar and open kitchen. It feel more similar to a condo than an apartment. The path from my apartment-home takes me past several community decks, propane grills as well as the new gym and community room. If you are on a budget, but can’t pass up your $6.00 latte you have come to the right community. Save $180 a month and enjoy complementary lattes at Arrive Minnesota. The leasing and maintenance teams are outstanding champions of service excellence at Arrive Minnetonka. Look at the rest and choose the best!!
