Management

The manager Angle is very rude. I don’t understand how she could even be a manager. She seem to always have a attitude. Very unprofessional being. I moved into my unit March of 2020. When I moved in I was told some items in my unit needed to be fixed and they will be fixed. It is not March 2021. I have to moved out my the end of the month and no one ever came to fix nothing that was initially broken. I sent work orders, emailed, and called. No one cares. I I’ll be contacting their headquarters.

thin floors/ rude neighbors

The floor plan does not state how thin the flooring are, you can hear every step you upstairs neighbors make. Can't figure out how the outside big water bugs get in the apartment one every week. The office personal is very rude when you go in for help. I can not recommend this apartments unless your a very very hard sleeper. Can't wait to get out of here.

Definitely does have mold I upgraded to a 2 bedroom full of it and they lied and said it was discoloration and it was affecting my asthma.

Mold infested

Do not move here. There is mold in most of the apartments. They will make you sign waivers before they make a work order. They will shut off your hot water for several months make you promises and never follow through. Unless you dont care about them telling you that your children are not allowed to play outside or you need to live in a moldy apartment this is not the place for you.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. Unfortunately in apartment living maintenance issues will come up. We strive to do our best to address each issue promptly within specified guidelines. We do have residents sign paperwork to help them understand the process when we are making repairs. These are not waivers but actually instructions which we hope will help the residents to feel comfortable about the process so we can work as a team to meet their needs. Essential services are only shut off when required to make repairs. Those repairs are then made quickly as possible. As we have previously discussed, the property had no documentation of your hot water not working properly. I wish I had known so we could have addressed that issue for you. We do have plenty of grass areas around the pool, the picnic tables and along the sides of buildings in our community. It is our hope that all residents will take advantage of these areas to relax and feel at home. There are areas in the community that we do ask residents not to loiter, areas like the parking lots, in between cars, or in front of the automatic gate. These rules are simply to prevent injury or damages, these policies are not in place to deter anyone from enjoying the community. I apologize that you have interpreted our policies and procedures in a manner that affected your time at our community. I wish you all the best in your new home. Sincerely. Alterra Apartments

Apartments could be better. There are many children that live here with no where to play. Maintenance could be more proficient in their work. Grounds are not kept up and dog area trash cans are not emptied on a regular basis.
