Love the amenities, including the gorgeous pool, amazing gym, and fun extras like the pool table and ping pong. Also appreciate how helpful the leasing staff are and the management.
Such a safe and welcoming community! Maintenance is super quick to help and Landlords care about their tenants and also host many events for us.
We have loved our time at Allora Bear Creek. Here recently we have had some issues with our refrigerator and they were in our unit within an hour of the request fixing our issues! We love using all the amenities, and although I can’t make as many as I’d like to, the community events are so much fun. 10/10 would recommend Allora Beat Creek!
It has been pure joy living here. Andrew the manager is beyond amazing he always takes the time to listen to his residents and finds creative ways to keep the residents engaged. Annabelle the assistant manager is so patient and you never feel rushed, she goes above and beyond to assist the residents. Emily the leasing consultant is new to the community but she is truly a great addition to the team. They whole management team does an amazing job sending out surveys to see what kind of activities we would like to have but them they provide those activities. I was so excited when we had yoga by the pool. The property is safe there are cameras all around so its safe to walk the property. You just have to come and see for yourself it’s a whole zen vibe living here.
A peaceful, light-filled place to call home I absolutely love living in this apartment — the natural light is one of my favorite things. During the day, I never have to turn on the lights, which makes the space feel open, bright, and welcoming. The community itself is incredibly peaceful. It’s a non-smoking, quiet environment where I always feel relaxed. The neighbors are genuinely kind, and the management team does a great job of fostering connection. They organize at least one event each month, and those gatherings have helped me meet some truly amazing friends. Another highlight for me is the pool — it’s spacious and serene. Even on warm days, it never feels crowded, which makes it the perfect spot to unwind. Overall, it’s been such a positive experience living here. Between the sunlight, the sense of community, and the thoughtful management, it really feels like home.
We have had an AMAZING experience at Allora Bear Creek. Andrew has been the best and we couldn’t thank him enough for making our experience so worth it.
Allora bear creek is in a great location, the staff is undeniably pleasant, and the units and amenities are class. It is located only 2 minutes from the beltway, 5 minutes from 290, 10 minutes from city center and memorial city mall, 15 mins to highway 6.
Being a new resident is refreshing. The staff and amenities are welcoming. Andrew and staff have been helpful through the entire process. So far so good.
Recently it has been awful. The neighbor upstairs often leave their dog at home so the dog keeps on barking until late at night 1-2am until the owners get home
Had an enjoyable experience here at Allora. There are a few personal drawbacks for me, but nothing Allora can do about it. Leasing team is very helpful and kind.
No complaints! All staff are super friendly & helpful. the community is always clean and taken care of. I have loved my experience and time living here.
Hallways are a little dirty. Could be cleaned more often. Finding parking after 7PM has been difficult. Parking spots by building 10 have oil stains from same vehicle leaking for months.
A Good Community. The staff is friendly. Also it is near Memorial City Mall. I like the area and the resident are quiet . Also the resident pick up after their dog.
I love living here. From the great staff to the amazing amenities. The only thing I wish is that the walls were a little thicker because I can hear the outside noise at night. Other than that, I love this location and very clean!
Great community. Over the past 9 months since I’ve moved in parking has become a little difficult but other than that, no complaints. I’ve enjoyed every day I’ve lived here.

I wish the amenities were available more. Weird how it's so limited. And very weird how guest parking is registered. Too many rules to be honest
Wish I could say it was better. If more time was spent thinking about how to make our stay better versus imposing more rules to follow. Also not allowing access to resident facilities outside of business hours is very strange.
Love this community it’s quite and peaceful and when it comes to needing help the managers are on top and things get done can’t wait to renew my lease
Beautiful apartments and well-kept as well. I haven't had any issues with the apartment or leasing office that weren't addressed in a timely manner. Andrew was and still is super helpful whenever I need any leasing help. Leslie, the manager was also super great from what I remember about my interactions with her via email. I can only say positive things about the office personal because everyone has been kind. I hope they keep it up because it truly makes a difference. My only complaint is the parking situation. If you get home late (any time after 8pm), you're in big trouble to find parking anywhere near your own building. If you're coming from a place where there is always parking spaces, this is going to be very different for you. I am not sure if this is something the leasing office can fix since it is probably a shortage of space or bad planning on the parking spaces.
Great community and thankful to live here. The staff is helpful, maintenance responds quickly, and most everything is a pleasant experience.

Brand new apartments, different sizes for different needs, awesome amenities, great maintenance, and super friendly staff always around. Been here 7 months, and I could've picked better!
Although I haven’t been able to attend any community events solely because of my schedule, I have met a few people and love this community. One of our neighbors even offers to watch our dog. I haven’t encountered anyone just outright rude and everyone you pass walking around is always pretty friendly. 10/10 would recommend Allora Bear Creek.
I've been enjoying my time at Allora Bear Creek, all the staff is friendly and accommodating and they host multiple events during the month.
Allora Bear Creek is super clean and quiet. It's maintained well, that why I chose to sign the lease. I highly recommend it to other people as well. The staffs are very responsive and nice.
It has been pure joy living here. The property is well maintained. I love the fact that they are always finding ways to keep our apartment residents engaged and offer ways to support our community. The office staff is amazing. My only issue are the gates seem to not work properly sometimes, a minor inconvenience/concern due to all the other things living here provides.
Allora bear creek staff have been kind and have worked with me to have a mutually beneficial community and residence. Although on the expensive side, I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else from a service and relationship standpoint.
Super nice units, staff, and was an easy moving process. Though I will say that some tenants need to slow down when driving around the complex. We’ve almost been hit twice already when walking/driving around. Some of us have pets and children please drive with safety and awareness.
Allora is great! Parking is always easy and available. Also appreciate the access to printing services. Overall great experience living here!
Allora Bear Creek has amazing amenities, like the pool and the outdoor hammock area! Having moved from another state, our experience here made us feel at home!

The amenities are top-notch, and I always feel safe and secure. The community is really friendly, and the management team does a great job of fostering connections with monthly events to help you meet your neighbors. It's a wonderful place to call home!
The apartments are nice and big, the people in the leasing office are nice but there so much they can do. Moving in I had so many issues with bugs and awful smelly water. I’m talking waking up to ants on my bed, spiders (had one big spider, I’m talking as big as my palm) everywhere and more. When I mentioned all of that I got “we will put you on pest control” and “that big spider is not poisonous” … pests became better by now but maybe it’s due to cold weather who knows. And water smelled so bad that I had to take showers outside of my apartment. Water started getting good when I said I’m taking it to court and to the news. For the first 10 days of moving in it was inhabitable and I had to sleep/shower outside. When I emailed the leasing office they reached out to whoever can make the decision and never heard back from them (it’s been 7 months).

Staff in leasing office are great. Maintenance crew works awesome and take care my requests very fast. Only problem I have is water smells horrible, it has this sulfur smell.
It has been great living at the Allora at Bear Creek! Great facilities and very responsive management/maintenance teams. Have had no negative experience so far.
I have lived here for 2 weeks and so far everything has been amazing from the staff to my apartment. My apartment feels like a real home and extremely cozy that is the best way for me to describe it.
I recently moved into this newly built apartment, and it has been a fantastic experience so far. Everything feels fresh and well-maintained, with excellent facilities that meet all my needs. The staff at the front desk are incredibly professional and friendly, always ready to assist. Maintenance and management are quick and attentive, addressing any concerns promptly. After a month here, I have no complaints and am thoroughly enjoying my stay!
The community is quiet and clean. Nice dog park where I can take my dog and she can run around freely. The community managers are very nice and helpful whenever we need questions to be asked.

I have been living at Allora Bear Creek now for almost 6 months and I love it here. The open layout is super nice and I have space to move around which I appreciate. I like how quiet it is and the luxury/modern feel it has. It's a great place to live for any family.
It is a Quiet Community. The Staff keep the property clean . Also the people of the community. Pick up after their dog very well. Also I love that the mail room is always clean
The location is great with easy access to the Beltway and I10. Very close to CityCenter, Memorial City and the Energy Corridor. Maintenance is always quick and the front office staff are very friendly and quick to answer questions.
Staff is very nice and haven't had any major problems since I moved in. If I had any maintenance problems they always followed up within a decent manner to fix it. Apartment floor plans are very nice and modern.
The staff here is great. They are very friendly even after the move in. The apartment are very clean and we haven’t had any issues with maintenance.
Overall, it is a good community. Most of the time, the community is clean. However, sometimes the trash area is a bit dirty. The trash company left tire marks on the ground Or people would leave trash outside the bin which is not nice
Great amenities and comfortable living space. I don't like how I have to reset the breaker to use my dryer. Not a lot to do within walking distance so having a car is a must.
