Overall loving here has been great. All the neighbors are friendly. No one's creepy, which is a blessing! Everyone kinda keeps to themselves which is nice. It's extremely quite and I have neighbors all around and above me. The layout is great and my appliances all work great!
Love the location, clean exterior, love all the amenities, friendly people in the office! Very pet friendly, application process & move in was smooth.
I am very fotunate to be part of a Great community and in a Great location. It’s right in the Center between Katy, Cyprus, and Houston. Short drive to everywhere.
Beautiful interior design, landscape is well maintained, great office staffs and building amenities. Location is also great because it is near City Center and Memorial City Mall.
My residence at ABC has been a pleasant experience. There is a sense of community that makes me feel safe. The complex is well maintained and there is always fun events happening thanks to the leasing team.
Great location and very quick maintenance staff. Easy access to major highways, traffic can get bad but if you take the side gate it makes it much easier and safer to leave.

Apartment is decent, minus poor sealing on the door which allows bugs in. Parking sucks. Complex constantly smells like weed despite the smoke free policy.
Thus is a well run and clean neighborhood. The unit exceeds expectations with great amenities. The staff have been very helpful and professional. I'm looking forward to my time living here.

We love it here at Allora Bear Creek! Our neighbors are great and everyone we’ve met has been so nice. We love the amenities and they always throw great community events.
As of 9/05/25, my experience at Allora has been a surprise, of course in a great way. The property maintains the grounds to the tee. All the pet owners seem to respect the poop rules when it comes to their animals, which is always appreciated. Everyone seems to be pretty nice and friendly. Last but not least, the staff keeps us informed on the issues around, and they are professional and easy to speak with.
Very nice apartments, proper staff members and made the entire process very easy. Thoroughly explained everything and were very cooperative to work with
Everything is working as imagined. Amazing and detailed help by Briahna in the moving in. Apartment complex looks clean and internet speed is as stated. All is working fine in the first week.

Unclean apartment and lots of issues. Still not resolved - it’s been over a couple of days 2nd week starting but the issues are still not tackled
So far i got an apartment that had webs in it, many a few things are missing, stained or not working. My date for move in was delayed for cleaning but the apartment was received dirty.
Great community with professional and helpful front office staff and a top tier maintenance team along side great amenities with proximity to City Center and Memorial City.
Clean and pretty! All the staffs are so nice and helpful. The location is also convenient with HEBs, Costco, Walmart, Target, restaurants, and gas stations near by.
Not only do they respond extremely quickly, but they treat you like a person no matter how minor or major the question. I've lived in many apartments, but this one takes the cake!
Good staff who are quick to respond to issues or inquiries. The amenities are great and we enjoy them as well. Only downsides are traffic is noisy on our side and above neighbors are loud. Parking is also an issue sometimes. The community is great, people are nice, and we appreciate the office team.

We have loved our time at Allora Bear Creek. Here recently we have had some issues with our refrigerator and they were in our unit within an hour of the request fixing our issues! We love using all the amenities, and although I can’t make as many as I’d like to, the community events are so much fun. 10/10 would recommend Allora Beat Creek!
It has been pure joy living here. Andrew the manager is beyond amazing he always takes the time to listen to his residents and finds creative ways to keep the residents engaged. Annabelle the assistant manager is so patient and you never feel rushed, she goes above and beyond to assist the residents. Emily the leasing consultant is new to the community but she is truly a great addition to the team. They whole management team does an amazing job sending out surveys to see what kind of activities we would like to have but them they provide those activities. I was so excited when we had yoga by the pool. The property is safe there are cameras all around so its safe to walk the property. You just have to come and see for yourself it’s a whole zen vibe living here.
A peaceful, light-filled place to call home I absolutely love living in this apartment — the natural light is one of my favorite things. During the day, I never have to turn on the lights, which makes the space feel open, bright, and welcoming. The community itself is incredibly peaceful. It’s a non-smoking, quiet environment where I always feel relaxed. The neighbors are genuinely kind, and the management team does a great job of fostering connection. They organize at least one event each month, and those gatherings have helped me meet some truly amazing friends. Another highlight for me is the pool — it’s spacious and serene. Even on warm days, it never feels crowded, which makes it the perfect spot to unwind. Overall, it’s been such a positive experience living here. Between the sunlight, the sense of community, and the thoughtful management, it really feels like home.

Allora bear creek is in a great location, the staff is undeniably pleasant, and the units and amenities are class. It is located only 2 minutes from the beltway, 5 minutes from 290, 10 minutes from city center and memorial city mall, 15 mins to highway 6.
Being a new resident is refreshing. The staff and amenities are welcoming. Andrew and staff have been helpful through the entire process. So far so good.
Recently it has been awful. The neighbor upstairs often leave their dog at home so the dog keeps on barking until late at night 1-2am until the owners get home
Had an enjoyable experience here at Allora. There are a few personal drawbacks for me, but nothing Allora can do about it. Leasing team is very helpful and kind.

Hallways are a little dirty. Could be cleaned more often. Finding parking after 7PM has been difficult. Parking spots by building 10 have oil stains from same vehicle leaking for months.
A Good Community. The staff is friendly. Also it is near Memorial City Mall. I like the area and the resident are quiet . Also the resident pick up after their dog.
I love living here. From the great staff to the amazing amenities. The only thing I wish is that the walls were a little thicker because I can hear the outside noise at night. Other than that, I love this location and very clean!
