As a young professional, Alexan at the Galleria checks every box. My commute is easy, the units are modern with great finishes, and the building feels secure and well-managed. I work from home often, and the coworking spaces make a huge difference. It’s quiet when it needs to be, but it’s also close enough to restaurants and nightlife for when you want to get out. I couldn’t ask for a better blend of work and play.
I toured The Alexan by the Galleria with Coral this week, and wow—what a stunning property. The green, modern aesthetic immediately caught my eye, and the location couldn’t be better. Being just steps from the Galleria Mall is a huge plus, especially since I work in the North Dallas/Addison area and want to stay close. They’re offering some incredible concessions right now, and the Look & Lease special is almost too good to pass up. I’m still exploring a few other options, but this community is definitely at the top of my list.

I toured The Alexan by the Galleria with Coral last weekend and she was seriously the best. She made everything super clear and easy, and the place is gorgeous. I love the modern vibe and the fact that it’s right by the Galleria. She also showed me the specials they’ve got going on and they’re actually really good. I’m still looking around, but she definitely sold me on this one being a top contender.
I’ve lived in several apartment communities, but Alexan at the Galleria has by far the best customer service. Jinsyn is always welcoming, and maintenance requests are handled incredibly fast. My unit is quiet, clean, and beautifully designed with great natural light. I really appreciate how well-kept the property is — from the hallways to the amenities, everything always feels fresh and cared for. Highly recommend for anyone who values great service!
Living at Alexan at the Galleria has been nothing short of amazing! The location alone is unbeatable — being minutes away from the Galleria, top-tier dining, and entertainment makes life so convenient. The amenities feel truly high-end, especially the pool, fitness center, and resident lounges. The staff is always friendly and quick to handle anything I need. If you’re looking for modern, luxury living in the heart of the city, this is absolutely the place.
