Roaches. There is a constant battle with roaches. The hallways stink all the time. The amenities are unreliable at best. The windows are difficult to open and close, and there are drafts all winter and summer. This causes the heating and cooling costs to go through the roof. The elevators and hallways are always dirty, this includes dog waste from people not cleaning up after their pets. Valet trash doesn't include boxes and you cannot take them to the trash shoot. You have to walk it down to the roach-infested trash bins. I could go on and on but I think you get the point. I cannot wait until this lease is up so I can move.

I’ve spoken to every member of staff at the complex and literally nobody has done anything about my washer being broken. When they did come repeatedly to repair it, it’d be broken again with 72 hours. I’m going on my third month with no washer for me and my 1 year old child. No way to live. Will be moving out ASAP. My neighbor had a roach problem and they also took entirely too long after too many complaints from him to fix the issue. This place doesn’t care about their residents and I wish someone told me before moving here. 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND. If I could leave 0 stars…. I would.

Once the management team changed to ZRS the upkeep and customer service has declined tremendously. Please reconsider before leasing.

overprice terrible service they don't answer the phone or emails you can't have things delivered to you apartment (I've had countless problems with this) the maintenance is not good and i've lived here for less than 4 months, definitely a horrible and expensive experience

DO NOT LIVE HERE. They don’t enforce parking rules and will let vehicles park in your reserved spots. They will let non electric cars park in the designated spots for us to charge our vehicles. They will let some electric drivers keep their car in a spot for days and weeks to where others can’t charge their vehicle. I’m sad to be living here and I hate it. Hate that I’m stuck for now.

I gave one star for the apartment's location. It is located in the center of the Galleria and the neighborhood is beautiful to walk around especially the duck pond nearby. I give half a star for the amount of parking space available. There is more than enough parking spaces available to park at this complex. I removed one star because I was lied to about the construction of the apartment complex. The building looks pretty on the outside but it's cheaply made on the inside. For example, I was looking for an apartment that has concrete padding between the floors because my previous upstairs neighbors were always stomping and making noise. During the tour, I was told this building had concrete insulation padding between the units. Turns out that there is only concrete padding between the 1st and 2nd floors. I got this info from residents who live on the 1st and 2nd floors. I do not live on the 1st floor so I hear every single time my inconsiderate upstairs neighbor intentionally stomps around, drop things and move the furniture around all day and night... So aggravating! Therefore, if you do choose to live here, select the 1st floor or cough up the extra money and stay on the top floor. I removed another star because of my inconsiderate neighbor upstairs and all the unneeded noises (stomping, moving furniture, throwing and dropping heavy objects and their whining dog). Since the floors are so thin between the floors, the noise is amplified in my unit and it pisses us off. I spoke to neighbor to let them know they are being too loud and they continue to make the noise -_- I removed a star because the leasing office doesn't respond to our requests to tell the neighbor to stop making unnecessary noises. And the leasing office doesn't take any action when we repeatedly call about it. When we call the apartment security officer about the noise especially late at night (past midnight), his response is that he's not on site and we'll have to wait a few hours until he's on site... Useless. Some other things that we didn't or don't like. There were instances of residents posting their units on AirBnB and this was going on for a while. So a lot of randoms were showing up and throwing parties on weeknights. And with the walls and floors being so thin, the noise, footsteps and music kept us up all night. Speaking of randoms, there is a false sense of security because anyone can enter the apartment complex and have access to all the floors at will.
